Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Applikator zur Farbübertragung gemäss der Gattung des Anspruches 1.
  • Als Applikatoren zur Farbübertragung sind Pinselchen bekannt. Diese haben für den Auftrag von Korrekturflüssigkeit auf Schreibpapier, Zeichnungen, Fotos und Fotokopien den Nachteil, dass kleinste Flächen, wie Punkt und Komma, nicht sauber und nicht mit der nötigen Sicherheit abgedeckt werden können. Weiterhin zeigt das Pinselchen bereits nach kurzem Gebrauch schon ein quastenartiges Aussehen, da sich die Pinselhärchen auseinanderdrücken.
  • Andere bekannte Applikatoren bestehen aus offenporjgem Kunststoff- oder Metall-Schwamm, der von innen her mit der betreffenden Flüssigkeit getränkt wird (s. z. B. US-A-2 481 803 und 2081 101, FR-A-2192918 und DE-C-431 521).
  • Der Erfindung liegt von daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Applikator zur Farbübertragung der gattungsgemässen Art zu schaffen, mit dem auch kleinste Flächen mit der nötigen Sicherheit mittels Korrekturflüssigkelt abgedeckt werden können, wobei eine Veränderung des Applikators durch den Gebrauch vermieden werden soll.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich aus dem kennzeichnenden Merkmal des Anspruches 1. Das geschlossenzellige Kunststoffmaterial erhält durch mechanische Bearbeitung kleinste Vertiefungen an seinem Aussenumfang, in welche sich die Korrekturflüssigkeit oder andere farbstofftragende Flüssigkeiten absetzen können. Ein Eindringen der Korrekturflüsslgkeit oder anderer farbstoffiragenden Flüssigkeiten in den Applikator ist durch dessen geschlossenzellige Struktur unmöglich. Der erfindungsgemässe Applikator kann alsp auch nicht versehentlich ausgedrückt werden, wie es bei einem Pinsel ähnlich einem Schwammeffekt möglich ist. Ein Kleckern und Klecksen der Korrekturflüssigkeit wird somit verhindert. Als Farbträger dienen somit die insbesondere bei der Herstellung angefrästen Poren an dem Aussenumfang des Applikators. Die Grösse der angefrästen Poren bzw. Zellen bestimmt die Menge der aufnehmbaren Farbe. Der Applikator kann nach dem eventuellen Antrocknen der Korrekturflüssigkeit oder Farbe leicht durch deren Abblättern gereinigt werden.
  • Als geschlossenzelliges Kunststoffmaterial findet insbesondere geschlossenzelliger Polyäther, Polyesterschaumstoff oder Gummi auf Neoprenbasis Verwendung.
  • Bedingt durch die Art des Materials, d. h. des geschlossenzelligen Kunststoffmaterials kann an den Applikator eine bleistiftartige Spitze angearbeitet werden. Mittels der Spitze ist es möglich, auch kleinste Flächen abzudecken. Die bisher verwendeten Pinselchen sind zu weich und können nur grossflächig eingesetzt werden.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Applikator besitzt insbesondere die Eigenschaft, jeweils gleiche Flüssigkeitsmengen aufzunehmen bzw. einem Behälter, insbesondere für Korrekturflüssigkeit, zu entnehmen. Daher kann ein sich sonst im Vorratsbehälter befindender, für das Pinselchen notwendiger Abstreifer entfallen.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachfolgend anhand eines in der einzigen Figur dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles eines Applikators näher erläutert. Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Ansicht des Applikators.
  • Der Applikator 1 aus geschlossenzelligem Kunststoffmaterial, das insbesondere durch seine Herstellung angefräste Poren bzw. Zellen besitzt, ist am freien Ende eines Schaftes 2 auf einem am Schaft 2 angebrachten Kern 3 festaufgeschoben, der dem Applikator 1 einerseits einen festen Halt gewährleistet, jedoch andererseits eine genaue Führung beim Flüssigkeitsauftrag gewährleistet. Der Schaft 2 ist am anderen Ende mit einem Verbindungsstück 4 versehen, das insbesondere in den Deckel eines nicht dargestellten Behälters für Korrekturflüssigkeit eingesetzt wird.
  • Der Applikator 1 besitzt eine rauhe Oberfläche, die insbesondere durch Herausfräsen der Kontur erzielt wird. Der Applikator 1 besitzt ferner eine bleistiftartige Spitze 5 zum feinen, punktförmigen Flüssigkeitsauftrag bzw. zur Abdeckung kleinster Flächen.
  • Durch die Rauheit der Oberfläche des Applikators 1 ist die an diesem hadtende Flüssigkeitsmenge, die einem Vorratsbehälter entnommen wird, immer konstant. Durch die immer konstant am Applikator 1 anhaftende Flüssigkeitsmenge kann ein sonst notwendiger Abstreifer im Vorratsbehälter entfallen.
  • Die Verwendung des erfindungsgemässen Applikators ist auch bei anderen Farbstoffe tragenden Flüssigkeiten möglich.

Claims (4)

1. Applikator zur Farbübertragung, insbesondere zum Auftrag von Korrekturflüssigkeit auf Schreibpapier, Zeichnungen, Fotos und Fotokopien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (1) aus einem geschlossenzelligen Kunststoffmaterial mit rauher die zu applitierende Farbe annehmender, Oberfläche besteht.
2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das geschlossenzellige Kunststoffmaterial synthetischer Schaumstoff, insbesondere Polyäthylen Polyesterschaumkunststoff oder Gummi auf Neoprenbäsis ist.
3. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (1) eine bleistiftartige Spitze (5) zum feinen, punktförmigen Flüssigkeitsauftrag zur Abdeckung kleinster Flächen aufweist.
4. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (1) von einem festen jedoch flexiblen Kern (3) getragen ist.
