Claims (8)

1. Installation de coulée continue à lingotière courbe, avec, disposé en dessous de la lingotière, un dispositif (2) de cintrage de la barre et avec, s'y raccordant, un guide en arc de cercle (3) pour la barre, présentant des trains de rouleaux d'appui opposés (32, 35) s'étendant d'une pièce à peu près de la verticale jusqu'à peu près l'horizontale, où le dispositif de cintrage (2) présente deux parties opposées de bâti en arc (7, 8) portant chaque fois des rouleaux cintreurs, respectivement d'appui (10, 43), qui prennent appui l'une sur l'autre, et où la distance (36, 37) des trains de rouleaux d'appui (32,35) du guide en arc de cercle (3) peut être modifiée, suivant une section de barre à établir, par déplacement parallèle d'au moins l'un des trains de rouleaux d'appui (32, 35), caractérisée en ce que l'une des parties de bâti en arc (8) du dispositif de cintrage (2) présente des supports de rouleaux (21, 22; 21', 22') fixés de manière amovible à cette partie, interchangeables, adaptés en longueur (44, 45) à différents formats de section de barre (36, 37).
2. Installation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les supports de rouleaux (21,22; 21', 22') sont fixés à une partie intérieure de bâti en arc (8) du dispositif de cintrage (2).
3. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la distance (36, 37) des rouleaux de cintrage, respectivement d'appui (10), se faisant face, du dispositif de cintrage (2) est modifiable par échange des supports de rouleaux (21, 22) adaptés par leur épaisseur (47) à des formats de section de barre différents (fig. 5).
4. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre une partie intérieure de bâti en arc (8) et une partie extérieure de bâti en arc (7) du dispositif de cintrage (2) est modifiable par déplacement parallèle d'une des parties de bâti en arc (7, 8).
5. Installation suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la partie intérieure de bâti en arc (8) est fixée à la partie extérieure de bâti en arc (7) au moyen de boulons (14, 16) le long desquels l'une des parties de bâti en arc (7, 8) est guidée de manière déplaçable, et par lesquels cette partie prend appui contre la deuxième partie de bâti en arc, par interposition de fourrures (19).
6. Installation suivant les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les supports de rouleaux (21, 22; 21', 22') sont faits d'une pièce sur la longueur du dispositif de cintrage (2).
7. Installation suivant les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les supports de rouleaux (21, 22) prennent appui contre les parties de bâti en arc (8) par l'intermédiaire de fourrures interchangeables (30).
8. Installation suivant les revendications 1 à 7, avec des rouleaux de cintrage, respectivement d'appui du dispositif de cintrage, à monture double ou multiple, caractérisée en ce que, en chacun des points d'appui, est prévu un supportde rouleaux (21, 22; 21', 22'), les supports de rouleaux disposés les uns à côté des autres étant reliés pour former une unité constructive susceptible d'être montée et démontée en un ensemble, de préférence au moyen de boulons (25) traversant les supports de rouleaux.
