Claims (12)

1. Reinigungsvorrichtung für ein Übertragungssystem einer Naßkopiermaschine, wobei auf einer lichtempfindlichen Oberfläche (1) mittels Toner und einer Entwicklerlösung ein Bild erzeugt wird, wobei die Reinigungsvorrichtung (16) zum Reinigen der lichtempfindlichen Oberfläche (1) eine Reinigungswalze (15) mit einer federelastischen und absorbierenden Umfangsfläche, die die lichtemfindliche Oberfläche (1) über deren volle Breite kontaktiert, eine Quetschvorrichtung (29, 40), die an der Reinigungswalze (15) angreift und aus dieser von der lichtempfindlichen Oberfläche (1) entfernte Entwicklerlösung abquetscht, sowie eine Ableitvorrichtung (31) zum Ableiten der aus der Reinigungswalze (15) gequetschten Eintwicklerflüssigkeit aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Reinigungsklinge (22) ebenfalls in Kontakt mit der lichtempfindlichen Oberfläche (1) angeordnet ist und daß ein Endabschnitt der Reinigungsklinge mit der Umfangsfläche der Reinigungswalze (15) in Gleitkontakt steht und dadurch von der Reinigungswalze (15) gereinigt wird.
2. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Einleitorgan (32) zum Einleiten der aus der Reinigungswalze (15) von der Quetschvorrichtung (29, 40) ausgequetschen Entwicklerlösung in die Ableitvorrichtung (31).
3. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quetschvorrichtung (29), das Einleitorgan (32 und die Ableitvorrichtung (31) als eine Einheit ausgebildet sind.
4. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche der Reinigungswalze (15) mindestens, einen Endabschnitt mit größerem Durchmesser als die übrige Umfangsfläche aufweist, wobei dieser Endabschnitt mit einer entsprechenden Seitenfläche der lichtempfindlichen Oberfläche (1) in engem Kontakt liegt.
5. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungswalze (15) auf ihrer Umfangsfläche eine Mehrzahl Vorsprünge (20, 20b) aufweist.
6. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (20) an mindestens einem Endabschnitt der Reinigungswalze (15), dessen Durchmesser größer als derjenige der übrigen Walze ist, ausgebildet sind.
7. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (20) als Verzahnung ausgebildet sind.
8. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (20) als Laufrad ausgebildet sind.

Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in oder auf der Umfangsfläche der Reinigungswalze (15) mindestens eine wendelförmige Ausbildung vorgesehen ist, die an dem Endabschnitt der Reinigungsklinge (22) verbliebenen Toner in Axialrichtung der Reinigungswalze (15) abfördert.
10. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitvorrichtung (31) eine Wendelschaufel (35) aufweist, die zur Ableitung der Entwicklerlösung umläuft.
11. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quetschvorrichtung einen Quetschabschnitt (29), der an der Reinigungswalze (15) angreift, sowie einen langen Abschnitt aufweist, der sich von dem Quetschabschnitt (29) nach unten erstreckt und der Reinigungswalze (15) zugewandt ist.
12. Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsklinge (22) eine Rippe (30) aufweist, die ein Ende des langen Abschnitts kontaktiert.
