Claims (10)

1. Tamis d'égouttage sans fin à deux ou plusieurs couches, dans lequel les couches sont associées entre elles par un chaînage de liaison, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux couches ou deux groupes de couches comportent des raccordements sans fin séparés, et en ce qu'au moins une couche comporte un raccordement sans fin constitué par une épissure tissée.
2. Tamis suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les raccordements des couches ou des groupes de couches sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans le sens de la longueur du tamis.
3. Tamis suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que toutes les couches comportent des raccordements séparés, constitués chacun par une épissure tissée.
4. Tamis suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans l'épissure tissée de la couche qui porte le papier, les extrémités des brins de chaîne ressortent par la face qui ne reçoit pas le papier.
5. Tamis suivant l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 4, comportant au moins trois couches, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités d'une couche ou de quelques couches sont disposées bout à bout, sans comporter de raccordement sans fin, les autres couches étant pourvues d'un raccordement sans fin.
6. Tamis suivant l'une des revendications 1, 2, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche située tout en bas n'est pas pourvue d'un raccordement sans fin, et en ce que l'extrémité de cette couche inférieure, orientée dans le sens du mouvement du tamis, recouvre l'autre extrémité de cette même couche inférieure, orientée à l'envers du sens du mouvement du tamis, et se trouve disposée entre cette autre extrémité et les autres couches.
7. Tamis à deux couches suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche supérieure comporte un raccordement sans fin constitué par une épissure tissée.
8. Procédé pour réaliser le raccordement sans fin d'un tamis d'égouttage sans fin, à deux ou plusieurs couches, conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on assure séparément le raccordement sans fin d'au moins deux couches ou deux groupes de couches, en réalisant une épissure tissée pour le raccordement sans fin de la couche traitée en dernier lieu.
9. Procédé suivant la revendication 8, consistant à confectionner l'épissure tissée au moyen des brins de chaîne-des deux extrémités d'une bande, en enlevant les brins de trame sur une certaine longueur des brins de chaîne pour libérer ceux-ci; puis à fixer par serrage les extrémités de la bande en parallélisme exact avec un écart déterminé, pour entrelacer les brins de chaîne libérés avec des brins de trame, en réalisant des nappes de tissage avec les brins de trame, au moyen d'un appareil de tissage; le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'on écarte hors du plan du tamis les brins de trame de la partie déjà constituée de l'épissure de jonction, suivant un angle d'obliquité tel que les brins de trame se trouvent en position basse dans le plan du tamis, ou au-dessus de ce plan.
10. Procédé suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'écartement des brins de trame hors du plan du tamis est assez grand pour éviter le contact de l'appareil de tissage sur la couche déjà pourvue d'une épissure de jonction, ou sur les autres couches du tamis si celles-ci comportent des épissures décalées.
