Claims (18)

1. 4. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur élastique qui est déterminante pour la fermeture du contact (4, 5) est la somme de la longueur (LI), du point d'appui de la première pièce d'actionnement (7) à la base (15) de la section élastique (1') sur le ressort de contact (1), et de la longueur (L2), de la base (15) au point de contact (LI + L2 dans fig. 1 ).

où L3 est la longueur élastique entre la pièce d'actionnement (6) qui ouvre le contact et le contact fixe (4, 5), L, une longueur élastique plus grande entre la pièce d'actionnement (7, 7') qui ferme le contact et le point de contact (K) des deux sections élastiques (1, 2), et h voire h' les épaisseurs de ressort efficaces des longueurs L3 voire L, -
10. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, pour réaliser des rigidités différentes, les sections élastiques (1, 2) présentent des profils différents.
11. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la longueur élastique efficace lors de l'établissement du contact est augmentée d'une longueur (L2) de respectivement l'autre section élastique, entre le point de contact (K) des deux sections élastiques (1, 2) et le contact fixe (5) (fig. 6).
12. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les deux sections élastiques (1, 2, 2') sont précontraintes par les pièces d'actionnement (6, 7) de telle façon que l'établissement du contact commence avec une force de contact initiale FK.
13. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs (L5, L7) des deux sections élastiques (1, 2') sont différentes.
14. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la mise en contact des deux sections élastiques (1, 2) se fait par l'intermédiaire d'une moulure qui est conformée dans l'une (2) des deux sections élastiques.
15. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'actionnement (6, 7) de l'induit agissent sur l'extrémité libre des sections élastiques (1, 2) et que le point de contact (K) des sections élastiques (1, 2) se situe dans la zone de contact de telle façon que le courant de contact passe par les deux sections (fig. 7).
16. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon l'une des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de contact est conformé en une seule pièce, fixé au centre sur une borne (3) et muni des deux côtés de respectivement deux sections élastiques (1, 2); et que les sections (1, 2) qui s'étendent l'une à côté de l'autre sont reliées de part et d'autre de la borne (3) par respectivement une nervure (11) (fig. 12).
17. Agencement de ressorts de contact selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de contact est positionné sur la borne (3) par les deux nervures de jonction (11) (fig. 12).
