Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a moléculas de unión a antígeno (ABMs). En realizaciones particulares, la presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos monoclonales recombinantes, incluyendo anticuerpos quiméricos, primatizados o humanizados o variantes de los mismos específicos para CEA humano de superficie celular o unido a membrana. Además, la presente invención se refiere a moléculas de ácidos nucleicos codificantes de dichas ABMs, y a vectores y células huésped que comprenden dichas moléculas de ácidos nucleicos. La invención se refiere además a métodos para producir las ABMs de la invención, y a métodos de utilización de dichas ABMs en el tratamiento de enfermedades. Además, la presente invención se refiere a ABMs con glucosilación modificada que presentan propiedades terapéuticas mejoradas, incluyendo anticuerpos con unión a receptor de Fc incrementada y función efectora incrementada.
