Abstract
Вариант способа точного позиционирования заготовки, в частности зубного протеза (1), в станке заключается в создании слепка на детали, выполненной с возможностью точного позиционирования относительно станка, в известной позиции в станке, чтобы иметь возможность точно расположить заготовку на слепке и, тем самым, в станке для обработки. Устройство для осуществления этого способа содержит полуфабрикат (3) и ответную деталь или контрпрофиль (25), на котором формируется слепок (20). Полуфабрикат и контрпрофиль содержат ключевые структуры (9, 10; 21, 22), позволяющие разъединять и воспроизводимым образом соединять их в том же расположении друг относительно друга. Вычислительная альтернатива заключается в установке на заготовке опорных элементов (41), определении их позиций путем сканирования заготовки (1), генерации этапов обработки на основании сканирования и сканирования в станке (подготовленной) заготовки на полуфабрикате с ключевыми структурами (9, 10), координаты которых в станочной системе известны, для определения положения заготовки в станке как в системе координат станка, так и в системе координат проектирования.
