Abstract
Согласно настоящему изобретению предложены антитела, их антигенсвязывающие фрагменты, химерные рецепторы антигенов (CAR) и сконструированные T-клеточные рецепторы, кодирующие их полинуклеотиды и содержащие их клетки in vitro. Полинуклеотиды, полипептиды и клетки in vitro согласно настоящему описанию могут быть использованы для терапии с применением сконструированных T-клеток, экспрессирующих CAR, для лечения пациента, страдающего от рака. В одном варианте реализации полинуклеотиды, полипептиды и клетки in vitro согласно настоящему описанию могут применяться для лечения множественной миеломы.
