Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к некоторым производным замещенных трициклических кислот формулы (I) и их фармацевтически приемлемым солям, которые проявляют полезные фармакологические свойства, например в качестве агонистов рецептора S1P1. Кроме того, в настоящем изобретении предложены фармацевтические композиции, содержащие соединения изобретения, а также способы применения соединений и композиций изобретения при лечении S1P1-ассоциированных нарушений, например, псориаза, ревматоидного артрита, болезни Крона, отторжения трансплантата, рассеянного склероза, системной красной волчанки, язвенного колита, диабета 1-го типа, акне, ишемического-реперфузионного повреждения миокарда, гипертонической нефропатии, гломерулосклероза, гастрита, полимиозита, тиреоидита, витилиго, гепатита, билиарного цирроза печени, микробных инфекций и ассоциированных заболеваний, вирусных инфекций и ассоциированных заболеваний, заболеваний и нарушений, опосредованных лимфоцитами, аутоиммунных заболеваний, воспалительных заболеваний и рака.
