Abstract

Изобретение относится к устройству и способу управления двухцилиндровым насосом для густой среды, перекачивающие поршни которого приводятся в действие в противофазе, посредством гидравлического реверсивного насоса (6) и управляемых им гидравлических приводных цилиндров. Перекачивающие цилиндры (50, 50') связываются при каждом ходе нагнетания посредством переходника (56) с нагнетающим трубопроводом (58). По окончании каждого хода нагнетания совершается процесс переключения реверсивного насоса (6) и переходника (56). Чтобы достичь целенаправленного переключения реверсивного насоса и переходника даже при изменении производительности, при котором гарантировано полное опорожнение перекачивающих цилиндров без ударов поршней в приводных цилиндрах, предлагается согласно изобретению, чтобы было предусмотрено автоматизированное переключающее устройство, которое имеет измерительную и вычислительную программу для измерительной и/или вычислительной регистрации временного процесса движения поршней на их пути между обоими концами цилиндров, а также для расчета выведенного из этого момента времени срабатывания для следующего переключения реверсивного насоса и переходника.
