Abstract

Способ получения циталопрама, заключающийся: (i) во взаимодействии 1-(4'-фторфенил)-1-(3-диметиламинопропил)-5-галофталана с активированным магнием до образования реактива Гриньяра [3-[1-(4-фторфенил)-1,3-дигидроизобензофуран-1-ил]пропил]диметиламин-5-магнийгалогенида с последующим (ii) взаимодействием [3-[1-(4-фторфенил)-1,3-дигидроизобензофуран-1-ил]пропил]диметиламин-5-магнийгалогенида с соединением, содержащим CN-группу, связанную с уходящей группой, для получения циталопрама.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
