Раскрыт способ извлечения летучих соединений из водного чайного экстракта с помощью дистилляции указанного экстракта путем фракционной перегонки, предусматривающий конденсацию паров, отделение конденсата масляной фазы от водной фазы и дефлегмацию практически не содержащей масла водной фазы.
