Claims (14)

1. Polypeptid med amylaseaktivitet, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens med mindst 65 % sekvensidentitet med aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1, og hvor polypeptidet omfatter en aminosyresubstitution ved følgende position: 88, med reference til positionsnummereringen fra sekvensen vist som SEQ ID NO: 1; hvor polypeptidet har forbedret termostabilitet sammenlignet med amylasen af SEQ ID NO: 1.
2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, hvor polypeptidet omfatter én eller flere aminosyresubstitutioner ved følgende positioner: 88, 205, 235, 240, 311, eller 409 og/eller én eller flere af følgende aminosyresubstitutioner: 42K/A/V/N/I/H/F, 34Q, 100Q/K/N/R, 272D eller 392K/D/E/Y/N/Q/R/S/T/G.
3. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor polypeptidet endvidere omfatter aminosyren 223A/K/S.
4. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3 med mindst 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, eller 99 % sekvensidentitet med aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1.
5. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, der omfatter en aminosyresekvens valgt fra gruppen bestående af SEQ ID NO: 21.
6. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5 med en linker kondenseret ved C-terminus.
7. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6 med exoamylaseaktivitet, fortrinsvis ikke-maltogen exoamylaseaktivitet.
