Claims (12)
1. Injektionsapparat omfattende et hus (2, 102), i hvilket der er udformet en holder (5) for en beholder med injektionsvæske, hvor injektionsapparatet (1, 101) har et betjeningselement (6, 106) til indstilling af en injektionsdosis, hvor injektionsapparatet (1, 101) har et doseringselement (16, 116), som drejes omkring en central langsgående akse (50) for injektionsapparatet (1, 101) i forhold til huset (2, 102), ved indstilling af injektionsdosis, hvor doseringselementet (16, 116) har en nul-position (85,185) og i det mindste én injektionsposition (73, 173), hvor, i nul-positionen (85, 185), ingen dosis er indstillet, og hvor, i hver injektionsposition (73, 173), en tilvejebragt dosis af injektionsvæske er indstillet, hvor injektionsapparatet (1, 101) har en rasteindretning (26, 126), som fungerer imellem en fremføringsdel (20, 120) og huset (2, 102), hvor fremføringsdelen (20, 120) kan drejes omkring den centrale langsgående akse (50) for injektionsapparatet (1, 101) for indstilling af en injektionsdosis, hvor fremføringsdelen (20, 120) er forbundet på en rotationsmæssig fikseret måde med doseringselementet (16, 116) ved indstilling af en injektionsdosis, hvor fremføringsdelen (20, 120) ved udpresning af dosis bevæger sig, i retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) i forhold til huset (2,102) og er ført på i det mindste én langsgående ribbe (52,152) i huset (2,102), hvor i det mindste ét rasteelement (53, 153) i rasteindretningen (26, 126) er udformet på den langsgående ribbe (52, 152), hvor en rasteposition for rasteindretningen (26, 126) er knyttet til hver injektionsposition (73, 173) for doseringselementet (16, 116), kendetegnet ved, at doseringselementet (16, 116) kan bringes til i det mindste én mellemliggende position (74), i hvilken ingen tilvejebragt dosis af injektionsvæske er indstillet, og en fjeder (82, 182) virker imellem doseringselementet (16, 116) og huset (2, 102), hvilken fjeder tilbagestiller doseringselementet (16, 116), når betjeningselementet (6, 106) ikke er aktiveret, fra en mellemliggende position (74) til en injektionsposition (73, 173) eller til nulpositionen (85, 185).
2. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fjederen (82,182) spændes ved indstilling af injektionsdosis.
3. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at fjederen (82, 182) virker imellem doseringselementet (16, 116) og huset (2, 102).
4. Injektionsapparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at rasteindret-ninger (26, 126) ikke udøver nogen kraft på doseringselementet (16, 116) i mellempositionerne (74) for doseringselementet (16, 116).
5. Injektionsapparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste to injektionspositioner (73, 173) er tilvejebragt, som har en vinkelafstand (β, δ) på i det mindste omtrent 30° i forhold til hinanden i den rundtgående retning omkring den centrale langsgående akse (50).
6. Injektionsindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at betjeningselementet (6, 106) er udformet i flere dele og har en betjeningsknap (8, 108) og en justeringsbøsning (7, 107), hvor justeringsbøsningen (7, 107) er fast forbundet med doseringselementet (16, 116), hvor betjeningsknappen (8, 108) er forbundet, via en medbringer (13, 113), med fremføringsdelen (20, 120), og hvor betjeningsknappen (8, 108) for udpresning af injektionsvæske ud af beholderen, forskydes i retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) i den proximale retning for injektionsapparatet (1, 101).
7. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at betjeningsknappen (8, 108) er forbundet, via et koblingselement (14, 114), med justeringsbøsningen (7, 107), hvor koblingsselementet (14,114), i en første distal position (71,171) for betjeningsknappen (8, 108), tilvejebringeren rotationsmæssig fast forbindelse imellem medbringeren (13, 113) og justeringsbøsningen (7, 107), og, i en anden, proximal position (72) for betjeningsknappen (8, 108), tillader en roration af justeringsbøsningen (7, 107) i forhold til medbringeren (13, 113).
8. Injektionsapparat ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at rotationsbevægelsen af fremføringsdelen (20, 120), ved indstilling af injektionsdosis, forårsager en aksial bevægelse af fremføringsdelen (20, 120) via en første gevindforbindelse (25, 125), hvor fremføringsdelen (20,120) forskydes med et første bevægelsesstykke (a, d) i retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) for injektionsapparatet (1,101).
9. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at doseringselementet (116) er monteret roterbart og ikke forskydeligt i retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) i huset (102).
10. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at injektionsapparatet (101) har et forskydningselement (119), som bærer et gevind for en anden gevindforbindelse (121), hvor rotationsbevægelsen af forskydningselementet (119) forårsager en bevægelse i den distale retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) med et andet bevægelsesstykke (e), som er i det mindste lige så stort som det første bevægelsesstykke (d), og forskydningselementet (119) omfatter et medbringerfremspring (162), som samvirker med et medbringerfremspring (163) på fremføringsdelen (120), og som overfører en aksial bevægelse af forskydningselementet (119) i den proximale retning til fremføringsdelen (120).
11. Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at doseringselementet (16) er forbundet med huset (2) via en anden gevindforbindelse (18), hvor rotationsbevægelsen af doseringselementet (16) forårsager en bevægelse af doseringselementet (16) og betjeningselementet (6) i retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) for injektionsapparatet (1), med et andet bevægelsesstykke (b), hvor det andet bevægelsesstykke (b) er større end det første bevægelsesstykke (a).

Injektionsapparat ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at injektionsapparatet (1) omfatter et forskydningselement (19), som bærer et gevind for en tredie gevindforbindelse (21), hvor rotationsbevægelsen af forskydningselementet (19) forårsager en bevægelse i den distale retning af den centrale langsgående akse (50) med et tredie bevægelsesstykke (c), som er i det mindste lige så stort som det første bevægelsesstykke (a), og forskydningselementet (19) har et medbringer fremspring (62), som samvirker med et medbringerfremspring (63) på fremføringsdelen (20) og som overfører en aksial bevægelse af forskydningselementet (19) i den proximale retning til fremføringsdelen (20).
