Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil, hvilken frem- gangsmåde omfatter trinnene: tilvejebringelse af en frugt- eller grøntsagspresserest, omfattende vand i området af 60 % til 95 % (m/m) og en plantefiber; findeling af presseresten, fortrinsvis ved maling eller raffinering, for at tilvejebringe en findelt presserest omfattende plantefibre af en fiberlængde mindre end eller lig med 2,0 mm, såsom i området fra 0,3 mm til 2,0 mm, 0,3 mm til 1,5 mm, 0,3 mm til 1,0 mm, 0,5 mm til 1,5 mm, 0,5 mm til 1,0 mm eller 0,3 mm til 0,8 mm; dehydrering af den findelte presserest ved reducering af vandindholdet med 10 % (m/m) til 30 % (m/m), fortrinsvis med 10 % (m/m) til 20 % (m/m), for at tilvejebringe en vandreduceret presserest, hvor dehydreringstrinnet fortrinsvis omfatter én eller flere frem- gangsmåder fra listen bestående af opvarmning, centrifugering, filtrering eller mekanisk presning; fordeling af den vandreducerede presserest på en overflade og tørring af den fordelte vandreducerede presserest ved en tørringstemperatur i området af 20°C til 90°C, fortrins- vis i området af 40°C til 80°C, mere fortrinsvis i området af 45°C til 70°C, i en tørringsva- righed for at reducere vandindholdet til 10 % (m/m) til 30 % (m/m) af den vandreducere- de presserest, fortrinsvis til 20 % (m/m) til 30 % (m/m), for at tilvejebringe et ikke-vævet tekstil; og belægning af det ikke-vævede tekstil med en hydrofob polymer for at tilvejebringe det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil, kendetegnet ved, at et første densitetsmodificerende middel blandes med den findelte presserest i en mængde af densitetsmodificerende middel i området af 10 % (m/m) til 40 % (m/m) af vægten af tørstof af den findelte presserest og eventuelt at tilsætte et andet densitetsmo- dificerende middel i en mængde af densitetsmodificerende middel i området af 15 % (m/m) til 60 % (m/m) af vægten af tørstof af den findelte presserest.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge krav 1, hvor det første densitetsmodificerende middel og det andet densitetsmodificerende middel er valgt fra listen omfattende kulhydrater, plantefibre, proteiner, polymeremulsioner, gummier, polyoler og kationiske polymerer.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor belægningen omfatter én eller flere af sprøjtebe- lægning, våd-type-sprøjtebelægning (EN: wet spray coating), dyppebelægning, suspensi- onsplasmasprøjtning, valsebelægning, direkte belægning, opskummet-skumbelægning, knust-skumbelægning, overførselsbelægning, hotmelt-ekstruderingsbelægning, kalender- 40 belægning, roterende-skærmbelægning, tørpulverbelægning, gardinbelægning, spaltedy-
sebelægning, ekstruderingsbelægning, mayerstangbelægning, ”kiss-roll”-belægning, gra- vurevalsebelægning eller reversvalsebelægning.
4, Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor belægningstrinnet omfatter påføring af ét eller flere belægningslag, hvor hvert belægningslag omfatter én eller flere af en amfifil polymer, en hydrofob polymer eller et konditionerende middel.
5. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil opnået ved fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af et hy- drofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 4.
6. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil omfattende vand, en frugt- eller grøntsagspresserest omfattende en plantefiber med en fiberlængde mindre end eller lig med 2,0 mm, såsom i området fra 0,3 mm til 2,0 mm, 0,3 mm til 1,5 mm, 0,3 mm til 1,0 mm, 0,5 mm til 1.5 mm, 0,5 mm til 1.0 mm eller 0,3 mm til 0,8 mm, og et lag af hydrofob belægning, hvor indholdet af vand er i området fra 10 % (m/m) til 30 % (m/m), fortrinsvis i om- rådet fra 20 % (m/m) til 30 % (m/m), af det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil; kendetegnet ved, at det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil omfatter et første densitetsmodificerende middel i en mængde i området af 4 % (m/m) til 40 % (m/m) af det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil; og det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil eventuelt omfatter et andet densitetsmodificerende middel i området af 10 % (m/m) til 40 % (m/m) af det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil.
7. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge krav 6, hvor det hydrofobe ikke-vævede tekstil middel har en trækstyrke i området fra 2 N per mm? til 12 N per mm?, 3 N per mm? til 12 N per mm?, 3 N per mm? til 10 N per mm?, 3 N per mm? til 9 N per mm? eller 5 N per mm? til 10 N per mm?.
8. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 6 eller 7, hvor det første densitetsmodificerende middel og det andet densitetsmodificerende middel er valgt fra listen bestående af kulhydrater, plantefibre, proteiner, polymeremulsioner, gummier, polyoler og kationiske polymerer.
9. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 6 til 8, hvor det ik- ke-vævede tekstil omfatter mindst 30% (m/m) frugt- eller grøntsagsmateriale.
10. Hydrofobt ikke-vævet tekstil ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 6 til 9, hvor laget af hydrofob belægning omfatter én eller flere valgt fra listen en amfifil polymer, en hydro- fob polymer og et konditionerende middel.
