Description
Reversible conveyor belt line The invention relates to reversible conveyor belt lines with several conveyor belts arranged one behind the other, which revolve around vertical axes pivotable on sleepers, and with one that runs over all belt frames Conveyor belt.
A well-known conveyor belt of this type has closely spaced conveyor frame units, and the ends abutting one another in each case of two individual fields rest on a common one Camp. These common supports are spatially movable as well as transversely adjustable and lie in one embodiment of the known conveyor belt on cross sleepers. These The design has the disadvantage that very large constraining forces when the conveyor belt is back transferred from the sleepers to the scaffolding sections and the means for fastening the back rail are extremely heavily used. So you have with one another embodiment of the known conveyor belt the common supports for each two single frames, moveable and transversely adjustable, placed on a turntable, the with flange wheels on rails laid on the sleepers on both sides of the conveyor belt to run. Since these rails are not used as rails for loading wagons or the like. Or can serve as back rails, additional rails are required for this purpose to be laid on the then correspondingly extended sleepers. Naturally, this is necessary a great expense. In addition, the known strip line has the disadvantage that the individual strip framework fields adjoining each other without any gaps Back only under the influence large constraining forces diagonally against one another can adjust. In addition, this conveyor line required the idler stations for the conveyor belt can be tilted sideways and under certain circumstances Can also be swiveled around vertical axes on the scaffolding fields that are to be designed as long as possible to store what an additional construction effort and corresponding additional costs caused.
According to the invention, all of the disadvantages mentioned are eliminated by that the band scaffolding, on both sides of which rails for one as a track-moving machine trained task wagons are relocated, with distances from each other on two special Sch, welien stored and independent of at least one of these two thresholds are longitudinally displaceable from one another.
The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention shown, namely Fig. I shows a side view of the conveyor belt line according to the first embodiment, Fig. 2 is the plan for this, the upper part of the Feed carriage is removed, Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the belt line with a Front view of the loading wagon, FIG. 4 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 3 of the lower part of a modified embodiment, Fig. 5 is a plan view of a Part of the track grid on a larger scale, FIG. 6 one of FIG. 2 corresponding Representation of the second exemplary embodiment and FIG. 7 a side view of a End of a band frame with a cross section through the associated clamp in one larger scale.
The conveyor belt line has several spaced apart one behind the other Belt frames I on, which carry the rollers 2 for the conveyor belt 3, which is about extends the entire length of the conveyor belt. There is one on each side of the belt framework Rail 4 laid on continuous sleepers 5. A feed trolley runs on the rails 6, which bridges the band framework I like a portal. The frame of the feed trolley 6 is based on one of the rails 4 via a side part rigidly connected to it 7 and two pairs of running wheels mounted in swing arms 8. On the other rail 4, the wagon frame is supported with the help of pendulum supports 9, which are perpendicular to the track direction able to commute. The feed carriage contains rollers I0, which the conveyor belt I lift off the support rollers 2 of the conveyor frame. The task of the conveyed goods on the The raised conveyor belt is carried out by a conveyor belt that is accommodated in the loading carriage Funnel I I; instead, however, a feed conveyor can also be provided, for example be.
On the side part 7 of the loading wagon is a known track rearward device attached, whose rollers 12 engaging the rail are shown in FIG. Means of this device, when the loading carriage is moved, the one from the rails 4 and the sleepers 5 formed track grid are moved sideways.
The band frameworks I are not based on the sleepers 5, but to two shorter thresholds 13. Each of these thresholds is, as shown in particular in Fig. 5 shows, connected by a back anchor I4- to that rail 4 on which the Attack roles I2 of the rear device. The thresholds I3 are close to continuous ones Sleepers 5, with which they are connected by two tabs 15 each.
Two drivers I6 sitting on the sleepers I3 lie on the opposite one Sides of the band framework I, which otherwise rest loosely on the sleepers I3. At the advancing back of the track grid 4, 5, the sleepers I3 and under mediation the driver I6 took the belt frames I along one after the other, first with one end and then the other end. As a result, the band frameworks I temporarily at an angle to the track direction, which is easily possible because they only lean on the two thresholds I3, i.e. on the ones in between Rail sleepers 5 fre; can move away. The contact surfaces of the driver I6 are convex and therefore enable the aforementioned inclination the belt framework.
To make your back easier, the thresholds 5 and I3 are on the Ends formed like a runner.
As Fig. 4 shows, you can on the side of the belt framework on the the track return device is located, instead of one rail, two adjacent rails Provide rails.
The sleepers 13 carrying the belt scaffolding can advantageously be so long run that at least on one side of the track grid their ends with the Ends of the rail heads are aligned so that, if necessary, by means of a pressure device (Bulldozer) all sleepers can be brought into alignment.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7, each belt frame is at rest I on two of the rail shafts 5, in such a way that the band frames can rotate around a vertical axis with respect to these thresholds. To this end can, as FIG. 7 shows, in the relevant threshold I5 in its longitudinal center be used perpendicular pin 17, which at its upper end by means of a the threshold attached bracket I8 is supported. A joint piece engages around the pin I7 I9, which is attached to a foot 20 supporting the band frame I. To clamps to be avoided if the belt frame is inclined to the sleepers 5 during the return process represents, at one end of each band frame, the joint piece 19 engages around the associated Pin I7 mediated by an elongated hole that, within certain limits, a Shifting of the band frame in its longitudinal direction relative to the pin is permitted. In this embodiment, too, each band structure rests on only two sleepers, in this case swell on two continuous rails 5. The rest Rail sleepers 5 are but not burdened by the scaffolding of the Laiid, so that they do not prevent the back of the belt from tilting.
