Description
Mining of brown coal seams by means of cable excavators The invention relates to a method for mining lignite seams, for creating canals and for Similar earthworks with two separate extraction sites and two opposite one another Deposits by means of a cable excavator.
In the known cable excavators, the height adjustment engines are located the suspension ropes stretched between the two towers and the engines for the Trolley driving, emptying, lifting and lowering of the excavator bucket also in one of the two towers, the so-called machine tower, if two separate extraction points and there are two opposing deposition sites. The other tower serves as a counter tower, which only supports the suspension structure b @ zw. the turning stations for the different ropes carries. The machine tower is equipped with the driver's cab, from which the electrical control of all movements of the excavator bucket takes place.
In general, the well-known cable excavator is used in the manner that the excavator bucket starting from below the excavator embankment with the direction of movement dredged up towards the machine tower. So it's the better one Filling and overview because of the digging direction of the excavator bucket always towards the machine tower directed towards it, even if there is a depository for the dredged Well located on the side of the mine opposite the machine tower. In Accordingly, the excavated overburden has to be excavated from the upper edge of the embankment of the overburden to the edge of the slope of the dump to be backfilled over the opencast mine be promoted away. The direction of movement must be determined after the end of the digging work of Bucket are switched, d. that is, the movement of the excavator bucket must follow when the prospecting movement is completed, it must be reduced to zero and then increased from zero to be able to take up the movement to the heap in the opposite direction. the Suspension ropes are initially used along the length of the dig and driving through the digging work of the excavator bucket and then again through the The journey of the filled excavator bucket to the deposition site is subject to wear and tear and thus wear out prematurely on the double-traveled section. Which with each work cycle repeated double driving of the suspension ropes at the digging point therefore leads to increased operating costs as a result of the frequent replacement of the suspension ropes and also to a corresponding loss of time during a work cycle.
In contrast, when the coal is broken down, if it is on the machine tower side is overloaded in conveyor trains, the digging speed of the excavator bucket transferred directly to the higher speed of the travel movement will. After emptying, the one located above the coal mining site will be Part of the suspension rope only 'loaded by the empty bucket, so that on this Avoid driving twice under load on the suspension ropes.
The method according to the invention consists in that the digging movement of the excavator bucket is always directed towards the disposal site, with both cable towers are designed as machine towers. You can use either of these to perform this procedure Cable towers be designed so that they can take the great forces that occur during prospecting can pick up or transfer to the other machine tower. Both can Machine towers with optional devices to control the movements of the excavator bucket. The excavator bucket is optionally available in both Working directions for the digging work and by the pulling force of the digging or. Driving ropes automatically brought into the position required for the digging process.
There are scrapers that can be used in either direction can work, known per se, but these are scraper buckets without a bottom, which is therefore not suitable for conveying high over a clear path are. The scraper is here from two individual scrapers to a double scraper assembled, while with the bucket according to the invention without dead filling space is being worked on.
With the invention it is achieved that the above the digging point the part of the suspension ropes that is located is not subjected to premature wear. Of further is achieved with the method according to the invention that. the digging movement can be transferred directly to the travel movement without loss of time, which means Time saved and a significant increase in the performance of the device compared to the previous one Working method is achieved. The invention is shown in the drawing in exemplary embodiments shown.
Fig.r shows a cable crane system for an open-cast lignite mine in Side view, Fig. 2 the path-speed diagram of the excavator bucket during execution the method f according to the invention; In contrast, Fig. 3 shows the path-speed diagram in the previous way of working; Fig, q. shows in side view one in both Working directions attachable excavator buckets.
In Fig. R, the two cable towers a and b are set up on both sides of the opencast mine c with the overburden d, the coal seam e and the heap f . The suspension cables g for the bucket trolley h with the excavator bucket i attached to them are attached to the rockers a1 and b1. The driving ropes h attack the bucket trolley h and possibly also the emptying and hoisting ropes for the excavator bucket i. Both cable towers a and b are designed as machine towers and are each equipped with a driver's cab L and m that can be used optionally or in sections.
Since the overburden dredged on the overburden side is tilted on the dump side, according to the invention the scraping movement of the excavator bucket is directed towards the dump side, and the excavator bucket i dredges the overburden d from top to bottom. When mining the coal seam e, the digging movement of the excavator bucket i is reversed, and the scraper i dredges the coal seam e from bottom to top and conveys the dredged coal to the machine tower a, where it is fed to waiting coal trains. 'Fig. 2 shows the path-speed diagram for this mode of operation. At r, the excavator bucket i begins its excavation work, increasing from zero and, after a certain approach, reaches the working speed according to curve 2. At 3, the excavation work is finished and the movement of the excavator bucket can be accelerated without interruption to the travel speed, which at q. is reached. Once at cable tower b, the speed of the excavator bucket is decelerated to zero. The excavator bucket is emptied at 5 and driven empty across the opencast mine to tower a at full speed.
The path-speed diagram according to the old working method is shown in Fig. 3. The bucket i is in the lower part of the overburden slope a1 set for dredging and its speed up to working speed increased, which is delayed to zero at 2 after the excavation process is completed. Then After reversing the direction of movement, the full excavator bucket i with the higher one Driving speed over the open pit. Driven to tower b, where at 3 the emptying takes place, for which the driving speed is again decelerated to zero. To Once emptied, the excavator bucket is moved to point z. He achieved his Top speed only for a short distance since its Speed must be reduced to zero before starting to dig got to. The time saved when working according to the invention is shown in Fig.2 by the hatched area shown.
The excavator bucket i according to Fig. 4 is designed to work in both directions of movement. For this purpose, the side wall has the shape of a rhombus, the two lower edges of which i1 and i = are connected to one another by the bottom of the bucket. The two front edges of the floor are reinforced with excavator teeth i3. For better emptying of the bucket i, the bucket is designed in two parts in the manner of a grab bucket and both parts are connected to one another by a hinge i4. The evacuation winch acts on the joint i4, which acts on the trolley h that can be moved on the carrying rope g. To switch the excavator bucket i from one working direction to the other, a rope o engages in the vicinity of the excavator teeth i3 that is guided over rollers p of a rod q that can be displaced with respect to the trolley h. The two driving ropes hl and k2 are attached to the ends of the rod q. When changing the direction of movement, the pull of the rope k2 pushes the rod q through against the trolley h , so that the lower part i2 of the bucket floor is raised and the rising part il of the bucket floor is lowered. When excavating, the cat h lies on the excavator bucket i. The weight of the trolley h and the bucket i ensure the necessary contact pressure when excavating.
