Description
- Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel Es wurde gefunden, daB (Thio)Phosphorsäureamidverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel in der X für einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Kohlenwasserstoffrest oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe und Ac für einen beliebigen Säurerest mit Ausnahme eines Fluoratoms stehen, gut als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel geeignet sind.
- In der vorgenannten Formel bezeichnet X z. B. einen Methyl-, Äthyl-, n-Propyl-, Isobutyl-, Cyclohexyl-, 2-Chlorisobutyl-, Phenyl- oder p-Chlorphenylrest. Weiterhin kann X z. B. eine mono- oder disubstituierte Aminogruppe, z. B. eine Monomethylamino-, Monopropylamino-, Monoäthylamino-, Monocyclohexylamino-, Monobenzylamino-, oder auch eine Dimethylamino-, Diäthylamino-, Diisopropylamino-, Äthylmethylamino-, Morpholyl- oder Piperidylgruppe bedeuten. In dem Aminrest kann die Kohlenwasserstoffkette noch substituiert sein, z. B. kann X für einen p-Chlorphenylaminrest stehen.
- Ac steht z. B. für ein Chlor- oder Bromatom oder einen Pseudohalogenidrest, wie C N, CNS, CNO oder den Azidrest. Es kann weiterhin für den Rest einer beliebigen anorganischen oder organischen Säure, z. B. den Rest einer gegebenenfalls substituierten Phosphorsäure, einer Sulfonsäure, z. B. der Methansulfosäure, oder einer organischen Carbonsäure, wie der Essigsäure, Chloressigsäure, Propionsäure oder Benzoesäure stehen.
- Die Anwendung der genannten Verbindungen als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel erfolgt in üblicherWeise. So können sie z. B. in Lösung oder Emulsion, z. B. in Wasser, gegebenenfalls chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen oder Ölen, als Spritzmittel gegen Insekten verwendet werden.
- Die nach der Erfindung anzuwendenden Verbindungen sind noch nicht bekannt. Solche, in denen Ac für Cl oder Br steht, lassen sich aus den bekannten Dichloriden oder Bromiden durch Umsetzung mit 2 Mol eines Amins herstellen. Die entsprechenden Cyanide erhält man aus den Dicyaniden (herstellbar durch Reaktion von (Thio)Phosphorsäuredichloriden oder -bromiden in Abwesenheit von Verbindungen mit reaktionsfähigen Wasserstoffatomen, wie Wasser, Alkoholen, Säuren oder Aminen, mit Alkalicyaniden in einem indifferenten Verdünnungsmittel, wobei man das Alkalicyanid zweckmäßig in möglichst feinverteilter Form anwendet) durch Umsetzung mit i bis 2 Mol eines Amins. Die Verbindungen, in denen Ac für einen Pseudohalogenidrest steht, lassen sich aus Verbindungen der Formel durch Umsetzung mit den Alkalisalzen der Pseudohalogenide herstellen. Verbindungen der Formel in der Ac für den Rest einer anderen Säure steht, erhält man am vorteilhaftesten aus Verbindungen der Formel (R = Alkylrest) durch Umsetzung mit 2 Mol eines Amins und Erwärmen der so erhaltenen Verbindung mit einem Säurechlorid oder -bromid auf höhere Temperaturen (etwa i2o bis i50°). Die Umsetzung verläuft nach folgendem Reaktionsschema Will man Verbindungen der Formel herstellen, so geht man zweckmäßig von den bekannten Monoalkoxy-(thio)-phosphoryl-dichloriden (bromiden) aus und setzt diese mit q. Mol eines Amins zu den (Thio) Phosphorsäure-monoälkylester-diamiden um, die dann, wie vorher beschrieben, mit Acylchloriden in die gewünschten Verbindungen gemäß obiger Formel übergeführt werden. Beispiel Chrysanthemen, die von Blattläusen befallen sind, werden mit wäßrigen Lösungen der nachfolgenden Verbindungen gespritzt. Die Lösungen enthalten noch einen Netzmittelzuschlag.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an (Thio)Phosphorsäureamidverbindungen der Formel in der X für einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Kohlenwasserstoffrest oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Aminogruppe und Ac für den Rest einer beliebigen Säure mit Ausnahme eines Fluoratoms steht.
