The invention relates to a tower crane with a boom
and a counter jib, the jib articulated at the top of the tower by means of
a jib pull-in rope is pulled in and the load rope from the jib tip
leads over the top of the tower to the load winch.
The aim of the invention is to build tower cranes of the type mentioned so that
that the boom weight is smaller and lower pulling rope forces than before
Pulling in the load are required. This is essentially the case according to the invention
achieved in that, from the articulation point of the boom a gate-shaped
Strive for. is guided above, at the head end of which is located above the spire
on the one hand the jib holding rope leading to the jib head and on the other hand the to
the pull-in rope leading to the pull-in winch provided on the counter-jib
and which is unhindered in its retraction movement due to its gate-like design
can be pivoted over the top of the tower. Appropriately one chooses the length of the
gate-shaped strut at least twice as large as the height of the rotating spire.
The invention is described below with reference to one in the drawing
illustrated embodiment described, with further characterizing
Features will result. It shows Fg. I a tower crane in which the boom
once with solid lines and a second time with dash-dotted lines
is shown in another position, Fig. 2 and 3 views of details.
angeordneten Hubwinde g.i is the tower column of a mobile tower crane, for example.
2 is its spire, which is usually on the top of the tower column
is rotatably mounted. At 3 are the boom designated 4 and a strut
pivoted articulated. A load rope 7 leads over from the head end 6 of the boom
a roller 8 'provided on top of the rotatable tower top 2 to one in the tower column,
arranged hoist winch g.
From the top or head end ii of the strut 5, on the one hand, a jib retaining rope io leads to the head end 6 of the jib and, on the other hand, a pull-in rope 12 to the boom pull-in device 1-3, which is arranged on a counter-jib 14: If the boom pull-in device 13 is actuated in the sense of shortening the pull-in rope i2, the boom 4 is pivoted upwards in the direction of arrow 15 or vice versa via the boom retaining rope. So that the upward pivoting is not hindered by the rotatable tower tip 2, the strut 5 is designed in its lower part, as can best be seen from FIG. 2, in the shape of a gate. The strut 5 can therefore easily be pivoted into the position 5 'by the cable 12, the cables io and 12 moving into the position io' and 12 '. Due to the fact that the point of application of the rope 12 compared to previous designs, in which the jib tether engages at the level of the upper end of the tower tip, is set much higher, the forces in the jib tether are significantly lower than before, and there are also significantly in the boom 4 lower pressure forces. This is a particular advantage of the new design. The pull-in rope 12 is expediently suspended in the manner of a pulley block, as can best be seen from FIG. There are two rollers 18 arranged on the upper cross bar 17 of the strut 5, over which the cable 1a runs, which comes from the two cable drums i9 of the jib winch 13 and is guided from the rollers 18 over a stationary roller 2o. The longer the strut is chosen, the more favorable the force relationships in the boom rope, but for practical reasons the length of the strut 5 is limited. In the case of tower cranes with a rotating tower tip 2, it will usually be made about twice as long as the height of the tower tip.
