Knife slide drive The known sewing machines move
of the feed valve in such a way that the displacement and the stroke pulses each on a shaft
are transmitted, each carrying a lever, which is fed by the shaft
Impulses is set in oscillating motion. On the actuated by the travel impulses
Lever is hinged to a rod that carries the tooth head at its free end and
is set in a horizontally swinging motion by the lever. On the rack
a fork is attached, in which the lever actuated by the stroke impulse engages,
so that it raises and lowers the rack in this way. In relation to both
Impulses, the toothed head rod acts like a lever, its pivot point for the displacement impulses
at the fork and for the stroke impulses on the lever of the path impulse wave. Consequently
In addition to adjusting the tooth tip, the impulses also act in an inclined position
from the same, which is undesirable for the safe transport of material when sewing. These
The shorter the rack, the greater the inclination of the head of the tooth. at
Using a long rack can reduce the inclination of the head of the tooth though
can be greatly reduced, but the arrangement is then very space-wasting.
The invention is now based on the object of the knife gate valve drive
to be designed in such a way that the tooth head can be transported with the smallest space requirement of the arrangement
takes place without inclination. This is achieved according to the invention in that
both the lifting and the feed movement on the tooth tip by means of a parallelogram guide each
takes place and that the two guide parallelograms have a corner point in common
and at this corner through a corner
forming flap with each other
are connected, the legs of which each form a side of a parallelogram.
An embodiment of the knife gate valve drive according to the invention
is shown in the illustrations. Fig. I shows a schematic representation
of the two guide parallelograms, Fig. 2 is a side view of the knife gate valve drive
and Fig. 3 the two-part tooth head.
Es erfolgt also keine Schrägstellung.
A and B are the two waves, namely the displacement pulses are supplied to wave A and the stroke pulses to wave B. Through the lever 5 of the shaft A, the path impulses are transmitted by means of the tab 6 to the corner 2 of the parallelogram 1-2-3-4, which is shifted back and forth in the horizontal direction. Side 1-2 of the parallelogram is formed by the tooth head. The tooth tip is transported by turning the sides 4-1 and 3-2 upright around points 4 and 3. The slope of the sides is greatly exaggerated in Fig. I in the interest of a clearer representation. Point .4 is simultaneously on lever B-4 of shaft B. Its position is therefore determined by this shaft and can initially be assumed to be fixed when considering the feed movement of the tooth tip. The direction of the 3-4 side is determined by the fact that the angle 8-4-3 is invariable by being formed from one piece and the direction of its leg 8-4, as explained below, by the parallelogram B-4-8-C unchangeably fixed. Since side 1-2 is always parallel to side 3, - 4, the tooth tip is not moved out of its horizontal position during the feed movement. So there is no inclination. The stroke impulses transmitted to shaft B move point 4 of lever B-4 up and down. The parallelogram B-4-8-C, like the main parallelogram, is composed of levers and straps. Point C of this parallelogram is formed by a blind shaft guided in the guide body for shafts A and B. The points B and C are therefore fixed, and their connection is formed by the axis guide body. Since the direction of the parallelogram side BC is fixed unchangeably, that of the side 4-8 is also fixed unchangeably, which is shifted up and down without changing direction. In this way, however, the parallelogram 1-2-3-4 is also displaced in parallel, and with it also the tooth head 7, which therefore does not experience any inclination during the lifting movement.
Zahnkopfes. The space requirement of such an arrangement is very, small and can
can be further reduced by the fact that the tooth tip, as shown in Fig. 3,
is formed in two parts. The two parts 7, which are then punched from rolled material
can be, are by the two bolts i and 2 of the main parallelogram with each other
connected, and the linkage of the main parallelogram that rotates on this bolt
is, as well as the lever 5 and the tab 6 grip between the suffer parts 7 of the
Tooth tip.
In the knife-gate valve drive according to the invention, the
Feed of the tooth tip without inclination, and the knife feeder drive has
a much smaller space requirement than that of the known arrangements.
