Description
The invention relates to a device for dosing and Dispensing of bulk goods from for snagging and bridging tending materials according to the preamble of claim 1. From the DE 31 41 431 A1 discloses a tubular bag machine on which one Device for dosing and dispensing in particular powdery or granular contents are arranged. This device has a funnel-shaped storage container for the contents, under which a rotatable disc with dosing cylinders formed therein is arranged. The bottom of the dosing cylinder slide during the rotational movement on a disc forming a floor, in which a Hole over an opening in a tubular bag provided Discharge tube is formed. As soon as a dosing cylinder with its top opening under the delivery opening of the storage container, falls from the volume according to the volume of the dosing cylinder Storage container in the dosing cylinder. If the filled Dosing cylinder after a corresponding rotary movement with his lower opening comes into the area of the opening of the discharge tube, the filling material falls through the discharge tube into the opened bag. A disadvantage of the known device is that for snagging and materials that tend to form bridges, such as Scraps of paper or straw, possibly not through her Dead weight from the storage container into the dosing cylinder and in fall further into the fill pipe. Reliable dosing and dispensing of such materials is therefore not guaranteed.
On the other hand, it would be desirable if such materials would be manageable.
The inventive device for dosing and dispensing Contents of the product tend to get caught and form bridges Has materials with the characterizing features of claim 1 in contrast, the advantage that such materials, such as for example, pieces of paper or straw, dosed and reliable for example, can be delivered to tubular bags.
Further advantages and advantageous training result from the Subclaims and the description.
An embodiment of the invention is in the drawing shown a device for dosing and dispensing Contents of the product tend to get caught and form bridges Materials shows, and is described in the following description explained.
The device is arranged on a tubular bag machine 10 known per se, which has a tube forming device consisting of a shaped tube 11 and a shaped shoulder 12 , with the aid of which a tube is formed from a plastic film web 13 . Bag packs 15 are then produced from the hose by means of welding, transport and separation devices (not shown), which are previously filled with a filling material that tends to get caught and form bridges, such as, for example, shredded paper or straw. The filled bag packs 15 are preferably used to pad out boxes in which sensitive goods are transported.
In the forming tube 11 a filling tube 14 is centrally arranged, which projects beyond the forming pipe 11 above the forming shoulder 12th Furthermore, in the area between the shaped shoulder 12 and the outlet of the filling pipe 14 from the shaped pipe 11, a suction connection 16 is formed on the shaped pipe 11 , which is connected via a first suction hose 17 to a suction device, not shown.
Above the filling tube 14 is in a horizontal plane, a plate 18 with two diametrically opposed openings 19, mounted on the bagging machine 10 twentieth The first opening 19 is arranged in register with the opening of the filling tube 14 . A perforated plate 21 is arranged in the second opening 20 , which is also connected to the suction device by means of a second suction hose 22 . An opening 23 is formed in the disc 18 in the center between the two openings 19 , 20 . The opening 23 is penetrated by a height-adjustable shaft 24 which is part of a metering device 25 . The rotational movement of the shaft 24 is synchronized with the movement of the tubular bag machine 10 , for example by means of a crank drive. A second disc 26 is attached to the upper end of the shaft 24 . In the exemplary embodiment, the disk 26 has eight holes 28 arranged uniformly on a pitch circle, the distance from the shaft 24 corresponding to the distance of the openings 19 , 20 from the shaft 24 .
Dispensing cylinders 30 are arranged in the disk 26 below the holes 28 and in register with the openings 19 , 20 . The metering cylinders 30 each have a height-adjustable outer tube 31 , so that their undersides, regardless of the distance between the two disks 18 and 26 , always close with the lower disk 18 almost without a gap.
A height-adjustable feed pipe 33 with a fill level sensor 35 is arranged above the disk 26 in register with the opening 20 . The feed pipe 33 , which is connected to a storage container for the filling material, not shown, connects to the top of the disk 26 almost without a gap. Furthermore, a height-adjustable compressed air tube 36 is also arranged above the disk 26 in register with the opening 19 and is connected to a compressed air source, not shown.
The device described above works as follows: Bag packs 15 of a certain size or with a certain volume are produced from the tubular bag machine 10 . The amount of filling material measured for filling the bag packs 15 is adjusted by a corresponding distance between the two disks 18 , 26 by means of the shaft 24 , and by adjusting the outer tubes 31 in the metering cylinders 30 such that the outer tubes 31 are almost gap-free with the top of the disk Complete 18 . Furthermore, the feed pipe 33 and the compressed air pipe 36 are set so that both also connect to the top of the disk 26 almost without a gap. The shaft 24 , the rotational movement of which, as mentioned above, is synchronized with the tubular bag machine 10 , is rotated step by step in each case around the division of the metering cylinders 30 . The continuously or intermittently operating suction device conveys filling material from the feed pipe 33 into one of the metering cylinders 30 when the latter is in the area of overlap with the opening 20 . The perforated plate 21 prevents the filling material from passing through the opening 20 and being sucked in by the suction device. The fill level sensor 35 determines whether there is sufficient fill material in the fill tube 33 and, in the absence of this, emits a corresponding signal to the control device of the device or the tubular bag machine 10 . The complete filling of a metering cylinder 30 is ensured by a correspondingly long dwell time of the metering cylinder 30 in the region of the opening 20 together with a sufficiently strong suction of the suction device. After a dosing cylinder 30 is filled, it is brought into the area of the filling tube 14 by the rotation of the shaft 24 , the outer tube 31 of which is guided over the disk 18 almost without a gap. This prevents the filling material from escaping from the metering cylinder 30 . As soon as the relevant dosing cylinder 30 is in the overlap region with the opening 19 , the filling material is conveyed from the dosing cylinder 30 into the filling tube 14 and into the provided hose closed in the bottom region by means of a compressed air blast from the compressed air tube 36 connected to the pressure medium source.
It is conceivable to also use a continuous air flow to discharge the filling material from the metering cylinder 30 . Simultaneously with the filling of the bag, pressure equalization as well as suction, for example of dust whirled up in the filling material, takes place via the suction hose 17 . When the filling process is complete, the filled tube is closed by the tubular bag machine 10 and separated as a bag pack 15 . The processes are then repeated as described above.
In addition, it is pointed out that the discharge of the filling material from the metering cylinder 30 into the filling pipe 14 can also take place mechanically instead of with compressed air, for example by means of an appropriately designed slide. In this case, it is also conceivable to dispense with the suction connection 16 on the molded tube 11 .
Furthermore, it is possible to arrange the device described above on other packaging machines, so that instead of bag packs 15, other packaging containers, such as cardboard boxes, can be filled.
