Oberhalb der Station 2 ist die Wägeeinrichtung 11 angeordnet, die in das dort befindliche Gefäß 21 jeweils eine abgewogene Packgutmenge 10 abschüttet. An der in Förderrichtung folgenden Station 3 ist eine Tasteinrichtung 32 angeordnet, die die Füllhöhe der in die Gefäße 21 eingebrachten Packgutmengen 10 überwacht. Diese Tasteinrichtung 32 hat einen von oben her in die Gefäße eintauchbaren Fühler 33, der bei jedem Stillstand der Fördereinrichtung 12 in das zugeführte Gefäß 21 von einem pneumatischen Arbeitszylinder 34 abgesenkt wird. Der Fühler 33 ist an einer Stange 35 befestigt, die über eine Feder 36 mit der Kolbenstange 37 verbunden ist. An der Stange 35 des Fühlers 33 ist außerdem über einen Bügel eine Tastfahne 38 befestigt, die beim Absenken des Fühlers 33 vor die Tastebene 42, 43 zweier im Abstand übereinander angeordneter Näherungsinitiatoren 40, 41 gelangen kann. Die Höhenlage der Näherungsinitiatoren 40, 41 ist derart eingestellt, daß die Tastfahne 38 bei einem Gefäß mit Übervolumen, das ist, wenn die in dem Gefäß 21 sich befindende Packgutmenge 10 ein über dem Soll liegendes Volumen hat, nicht in den Tastbereich einer der beiden Näherungsinitiatoren 40, 41 gelangt. Erreicht dagegen der Fühler 33 eine Höhe in dem Bereich zwischen den Füllebenen 42, 43 in einem Gefäß 21, so befindet sich die Tastfahne 38 im Tastbereich des oberen Näherungsinitiators 40. Erreicht der Fühler 33 eine Höhe, bei der die Tastfahne 38 beide Näherungsinitiatoren 40, 41 deckt, zeigt dies an, daß das Volumen der in dem Gefäß 21 befindlichen Packgutmenge 10 zu klein ist. Der Station 4 der Fördereinrichtung 12 ist ein Verdichter in Form einer von einem Arbeitszylinder 45 betätigten Preßplatte 46 zugeordnet, die in das auf Station 4 bereitgestellte Gefäß 21 mit der Kolbenstange 47 des Arbeitszylinders 45 eintauchbar ist. Hat die Tasteinrichtung 32 eine oberhalb der oberen Füllebene 42 liegende Füllhöhe der in einem Gefäß 21 befindlichen Gutmenge festgestellt, wird diese Information von einer nicht dargestellten Schalteinrichtung gespeichert, und wenn die getastete Gutmenge 10 nach einem Förderschritt der Fördereinrichtung 12 auf Station 4 angelangt ist, wird der Arbeitszylinder 45 von der Schalteinrichtung angesteuert, so daß dieser die Preßplatte 46 bis auf eine bestimmte, vorgegebene Höhe nach unten bewegt. Dabei wird die im Gefäß 21 befindliche Gutmenge zusammengedrückt, wobei Teile des zerbrechlichen sperrigen Gutes gebrochen werden. Beim Ertasten einer Füllhöhe zwischen den Füllebenen 42 und 43, d.h. wenn das Volumen der getasteten Füllmenge dem Soll entspricht, erhält der Arbeitszylinder keinen Befehl. Wird der Fühler 33 auf eine Höhe unterhalb der unteren Füllebene 43 abgesenkt, wird, um das Soll-Volumen der Gutmenge zu erzielen, eine zusätzliche Teilmenge des Füllguts der getasteten Gutmenge 10 auf Station 5 zugeführt. Dazu ist der Station 5 ein an sich bekannter Nachdosierer 50 zugeordnet, der bei Ansteuerung durch die Schalteinrichtung der auf Station 5 befindlichen Gutmenge 10 eine vorabgemessene kleinere Teilmenge abgibt. Dies kann auch eine andere Produktkomponente sein. Claims (5)

1. Device for measuring and filling quantities of bulky, brittle product in piece-form with a measuring unit (11), for the apportioning of individual quantities of product (10), with a packing unit (13) forthe quantities of product, with a transport unit (12), switched step-by-step and having vessel (21), which successively take over the quantities of product divided off by the measuring unit and feed them to the packing unit, and with a compression component (46) the transport unit (12) on a station (4) after the measuring unit (sic) which component can enter into the vessel (21) respectively located there, characterized in that the measuring unit is a weighing unit (11) assigned to the transport unit (12), and in that the transport unit (12) is assigned a filling level sensing unit (32), which controls an actuation of the compression component (46) if an excess volume is established in a vessel (21).
2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the compression component (46) has a plurality of projecting pins.
3. Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that there is arranged at a station of the transport unit (12) a top-up metering device (50) which, controlled by the filling level sensing unit (32), issues in each case a small quantity of product into a vessel (21) of the transport unit.
4. Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the top-up metering device (50) is assigned to the transport unit (12) at the station at which the packing unit (13) is arranged, or at a station ahead of this.
5. Device according to one of the preceding Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a supplementing unit (52) for the issuing of a supplementary article (53) is arranged at a station of the transport unit (12) ahead of the weighing unit (11).
