Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cover for hatches provided with closed rooms, such as ships, bunkers or the like Edges of the respective loading hatch and on the other hand with the vertical area a loading or unloading member that can be inserted into the loading hatch can be connected, consisting of several sections provided above the loading hatch a canvas, foil or tent-like material, which with an in Vertical area of the loading or unloading ring provided together ken, several ropes carrying the sections, above the ring Winches are shifted, as well as a Ab provided above the ring sealing of the vertical area.
The EP-C 2 377 is a flexible cover for the protection of in one Material known to be transported from the ship's hold, the means of delivery Bringing the cover on the edge of the cargo space includes. The most The vertical region of a cover arranged has sections on, the first of which is stretchable and contractible in the longitudinal direction bare jacket is formed, which surrounds the vertical region, while the second section from the loading device to the border of the Loading space extends. Both sections are connected to each other, however, can be moved independently of one another, the being arranged on the loading member Nete section rotatable with respect to the longitudinal axis of the loading member is attached.
DE-C 31 22 902 is a rain roof for vertical conveyors, Wendel slip or the like., especially for ship hatches known from ge tilts and centrally located to the vertical conveyor from the roof cuts exist, which are held in position by means of suspension cables or can be raised and lowered. The side roof sections are umbrella-like designed and at its upper end at a distance from the vertical conveyor on the one hand attached to at least three suspension cables, which are used for opening and closing Downward movement with cable drums rotatably mounted on the vertical conveyor are non-positively connected, and on the other hand for guidance with one Are connected to a cylindrical outer jacket of the Vertical conveyor by means of a vertically slidable bush and Füh guide rollers and with a centric and conical design inner roof is provided.
-aufnahmebereiches.Both covers are indeed suitable on the vertical area of a loading or Unloading device and to completely cover the hatch, a lifting and lowering of the loading or unloading member also being made possible is reali to different height positions within the cargo space to be able to it is disadvantageous, however, that a spatial Movement of the loading or unloading member within the hold, d. H. be borders between the edges of the hatch, is not possible. This requires either an increased need for personnel within the cargo space or an extension of the lower material in a structurally complex manner delivery area.
The object of the invention is the further education of the St.d.T. there hend that on the one hand a secure cover of cargo hatches different dimensions and on the other hand a spatial movement of the loading or unloading device within the cargo space can.
This goal is achieved in that the individual Sections are connected to the ropes in such a way that they are upright maintenance of a substantially uniform rope tension in the area of individual sections the spatial movements of the loading or unloading are trackable within the loading hatch.
Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention are the Unteran sayings.
The subject of the invention, on the one hand, is the escape of dust avoided when loading and unloading cargo holds and on the other hand that The penetration of water into the relevant cargo hold is prevented. Complicated dedusting systems can therefore be dispensed with. The invent Invention cover is designed so that it is under the hatches different dimensions can be adapted, the spatial Possibility of movement of the loading or unloading organ is not hindered. The Sealing the vertical area of the loading or unloading device is preferred brought about by means of a light, waterproof fabric that is sewn tubular and provided with rings. To avoid damage to the Verti in the spatial area within the loading hatch ren, a safety device is also provided, the Verti cal area of the loading or unloading organ arranged and in contact with causes an appropriate emergency stop at the edges of the hatches.
Es zeigtThe invention is based on an embodiment in the drawing is shown and is described as follows. It shows

In Figs. 1 and 2 are views of the following items is a ship unloader 1 together with the cover shown, includes: a projection provided on an arm 2 vertical section 3 is provided on which a merely indicated cup unit 4. The vertical region 3 can be rotated about its longitudinal axis 5 , raised and lowered and moved in the horizontal direction (see double arrows). For the purpose of unloading ships 6 , the vertical region 3 together with bucket elevator 4 is introduced into the cargo hold 8 through the loading hatch 7 of the ship 6 . In order on the one hand to prevent the escape of dust in view of the increasingly stringent environmental regulations and on the other hand to prevent water from entering the cargo hold 8, the loading hatch 7 must be covered. If no spatial movements of the vertical region 3 within the loading space 8 are necessary, a cover, as described for example in EP-C 2 377, is sufficient. However, if the vertical area 3 is to be moved horizontally within the loading hatch 7 , so that the outer areas 9 , 10 of the loading space 8 can also be detected in this way, a cover 11 must be selected which can track the movements of the vertical area 3 . The cover 11 according to the invention, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, consists of a multiplicity of sections 12 which are connected to one another by means of tethers 13 . In the corner areas 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 and at other areas 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 in between , ropes 22 are provided as bracing of the sections 12 and connecting elements with the vertical area 3 . On the ropes 22 provided above the sections 12 , a plurality of pipe sections 23 with eyelets (not shown here) (see FIG. 6) are arranged, which can be connected to the individual sections 12 . The ropes 22 are deflected and each feasible to above the cover 11 provided hoist winch 25, wherein the one hand, clamped in the region of cooperating with the vertical portion 3 ring 24 at the spatial movements of the vertical portion 3 within the loading hatch 7 ropes 22, and on the other hand relaxed who the. It is essential that the rope tension within the ropes 22 remains essentially constant even when the sections 12 are stretched or pushed together. A safety device 26 is only indicated in FIG. 1 and is described in more detail in FIG. 4. The vertical region 3 above the cover 11 is sealed by means of a material 27 consisting of a light, water-resistant fabric, which is connected to the ring elements 28 enclosing the vertical region 3 . The ring 24 interacts with guide elements, not shown here, which are guided in corresponding profiles 29 and have both upper and lower deflection points 30 , 31 and at least one winch, also not shown.
Fig. 3 shows a partial view of a formed as a guide element wide res annular member 32 within which the ring 24 is guided, the annular member 32 itself guided in the profiles 29 , can be raised and lowered to in this way vertical movements of the To be able to follow ship unloader 1 . The annular component 32 interacts with guide ropes 33 which, as already indicated in FIG. 1, can be deflected in the regions 30 and 31 . The lifting work is brought about by a winch known per se (not shown).
Fig. 4 shows a partial view of the inner deflection range of the cover 11 together with the safety device 26. Shown are the ring-shaped component 32 together with the ring 24 engaging therein, the annular component 32 being vertically movable within the guides 29 . Furthermore, Darge represents sections 12 of the cover 11 , a rope 22 together with pipe pieces 23 and eyelets 33 which are attached to the sections 12 . A deflection roller 34 is provided on the ring 24 , through which the cable 22 is deflected into the vertical and can be fed to the hoist winch 25 (see FIG. 1), which is not shown here. The inner sections 12 are also attached to the ring 24 . The safety device 26 consists of a vertically movable annular component 32 above and below it fixed in itself balanced cable system 35 which can be guided by several re pulleys 36 . A spacer element 38 is provided below the cover 11 via a spring 37 , and the cable system 35 reaches its second end point at its free end 39 . When the vertical region 3 ( not shown further) moves horizontally within the ship hatch 7 and when the end region 39 strikes at the hatch edge, this safety system 26 leads to an emergency shutdown of the ship unloader 1 . Alternatively, of course, there is also the possibility that a return of the vertical region from the hatch edge can be brought about by signaling to the control.
Fig. 5 shows a cross section through the cover 11 together with the rope 22 , wherein, as already described, 22 pipe pieces 23 are arranged on the rope. The rope 22 is deflected vertically in the region of the deflection roller 34 and fed to the hoist winch 25 via further rollers 40 , 41 .
Fig. 6 shows a cross section through a pipe section 23 including eyelets 33rd The pipe section 23 is movably displaced on the rope 22 , the eyelets 33 being fastened in the region of the holding ropes 13 of the sections 12 and in this way entrainment of the sections 12 in the rope direction is ensured.
Die Steuerung bewirkt eine erste Grundeinstellung in Abhängig keit des Standortes des Vertikalbereiches 3 innerhalb des Laderaumes 8.The function or control of the cover 11 is roughly as follows: In the inoperative position, the annular member 32 is pulled up to the stop and is fixed with brakes on the hoisting winches 25. The cables 22 are pulled up, with the Cover 11 with the sections 12 is also lifted up to a position at which the pipe pieces 23 come to abut each other. In the free end area of the ropes 22 , clamps 42 can be provided ( FIG. 1), which are displaceable at the hatch edge 7 '. At these terminals 42 cords can now be attached that hang freely down and facilitate the assembly of the cover 11 on the hatch edge 7 '. In the upper inoperative position, the cover 11 takes up a minimal space and does not obstruct the operator's view from the control cabin 43 ( FIG. 1). The cover 11 is guided by means of a control system which is not further described here. The vertical area 3 together with cover 11 is introduced through the loading hatch 7 into the hold 8 of the ship 6 and slowly approximated to a hatch edge 7 'so that a worker can grip the shear and pull the corresponding end of the rope 22 towards him. The lifting winches 25 of the cover 11 must be set to lowering who. In this way, all ropes 22 are attached to the hatch edge 7 '. The controller effects a first basic setting depending on the location of the vertical area 3 within the loading space 8 .
In the operating position of the ship unloader 1 , the vertical region 3 is moved with the bucket elevator 4 in the region of the loading space 8 , with corresponding reactions being brought about in the region of the ropes 22 and the sections 12 . Some of the ropes 22 are relaxed, while others are tensioned. Accordingly, the distributors provided accordingly turn on the tension or relaxation of the ropes 22 and there is the unwinding of the ropes 22 that were tensioned and the winding of the ropes 22 that were relaxed. Since the ropes 22 are tensioned with the same force, the tension from the vertical region 3 of the ship unloader 1 is unbalanced. This forces a hydraulic system, which is also not described here, for example, to control the cable tension accordingly.
In the operating state, the height of the ring-shaped component 32 above the hatch 7 is regulated by switching on the ring winches (deflection regions 30 , 31 ), which are not shown here. Because the hoisting ropes 33 of the winch form closed loops, the changes in the tensioning forces in the ropes 22 of the cover 11 do not affect the position of the annular component 32 .
The cover 11 can be used on different ships with different hatch dimensions. The maximum dimension of the cover 11 can, for. B. be designed for the hatch size 17x10 m, which corresponds to the usual dimensions of ocean-going ships. When installing the cover 11 for smaller hatches, the unnecessary surface (from sections 12 ) of the cover 11 is attached to the hatch edge 7 with clamps. The cover of the ship hatches 7 is provided to ensure the required environmental conditions when unloading dusty goods.
