Description
The invention relates to current classifiers for classification of bulk material with mechanical material feed from above, the mainly with mechanically discharging mills in the circuit be switched. Such systems are for example wise in the binder industry for the production of fine raw meal used to manufacture cement after the dry process is used.
Current classifiers are classifiers without rotating internals for dis pergation of the feed material in the viewing area. The distribution of the feed in the viewing area is predominantly by Ver Divider cone with smooth or ribbed surface adopted. The prerequisite for this, however, is the exact central flow supply of the distribution cone (DE-PS 19 10 501) to the feed fan out evenly over the entire circumference. Already a slight deviation is sufficient to unload the feed to spread evenly over the entire circumference of the distributor cone share. This will make it below the distributor cone located annular space unevenly and the Selective power of the classifier is negatively affected. Openings on The foot of the distributor cone has no influence on this.
It is similar if the distributor cone is analogous to DD-PS 1 59 296 from the one leading vertically upwards out of the viewing space Suction pipe for the fine material is axially penetrated. Here too the material task that occurs in several places must be the same done moderately, otherwise an even distribution of the up not good over the entire circumference of the distribution cone he follows.
Another shortcoming of the distribution cone is that it build very high due to their relatively steep construction, which has a negative impact on the height of the classifier.
A low-build bulk material distributor is in the DD-PS 1 11 159 presented. This is as a floor-ventilated Ringbe container designed around the classifier housing outside is arranged. The ventilated floor is horizontal tends. At its lowest point, the material is fed in, where it is fluidi is siert and gradually over the entire length of the Ring container distributed. The flow of goods into the viewing area follows through an annular slot at the top of the ring container. In the developing in the ring container Fluidized bed coarse fractions sink down to the bottom, collect at the lowest point and gradually fill up the entire container. This coarse material is poorly fluidized bar and disturbs an even air distribution along the Ring container, which ge its distribution function in question represents is. The coarse material is withdrawn discontinuously at the lowest point of the ring container in the classifier inner when the sifter stops.
To improve the classification effect or the selectivity the task is a mechanically operated current classifier the invention in designing the bulk material distributor so that the feed is optimally prepared for the viewing process becomes.
According to the invention, the task is accordingly characterizing part of claim 1 solved.
Due to the dimensioning of the slots, the added amount is blocked Good with simultaneous exit. The one from the slots escaping strands are marked by an under the up Dispenser cone arranged evenly. A part of the pent-up goods runs without streaks on the upper one Container edge evenly over and is of a more advantageous wise attached here, frustoconical outwards and downwards directed deflector away from the container wall. To Influencing the visual result and the material flow within the classifier depending on the flow self The slots in height and Width, as well as their distance above the bottom of the container or be adjusted.
In an embodiment of the invention, the one above the other arranged components - tank wall and tank bottom - an annular slot can be formed, which also by Bridges can be interrupted and adjustable in height is.
Another variant of the invention provides that containers wall and container bottom of the feed container concentrically into one another are arranged differently and an annular between them Slit is formed, which can also be interrupted by webs can.
The fluidization of the feed material on the container bottom in Installed loosening elements are connected to a compressed air system connected. This is done so that one is immediately below loosening element located on the material feed nozzle is ventilated separately from the other loosening elements.
In order not to disturb the formation of a fluidized bed baffle plates arranged under the material feed nozzle allow a braked material entry.
Die Erfindung wird an Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Die zugehörigen Zeichnungen zeigen schematischThe invention is explained in more detail using exemplary embodiments. The accompanying drawings show schematically

Fig. 3 section through the upper part of the separator with a variant of FIG. 2.
In Fig. 1-3, the feed container is carried out on the right side with a horizontal and on the left side with outwardly inclined bottom.
According to Fig. 1, the separator consists essentially of a cylindrical upper housing part 1 with material feed port 2, a ventilated supply container 3, one arranged underneath material distributor cone 4, the guide vane 5, which is arranged in the indulgence space 6 and surrounded by case stairs 7 classifying chamber 8, the gas inlet nozzle 9 and the gas outlet pipe 10 .
The feed container 3 consists of the container bottom 11 with loosening elements 12 and 12 'and the air supply ports 13 and 13', the container wall 14 with the slot-shaped openings 15 and the wall at the top of the container 14 disposed frustoconically outwardly and downwardly directed discharge plate 16 .
The fine-grained material of low moisture is fed to the classifier through one or more material feed ports 2 . It trickles over a baffle plate 17 before it reaches the ventilated bottom of the feed container. The container bottom 11 is horizontal or, in particular, is inclined downwards towards the container wall. For better distribution in the Anfahrzu stood is preferably below the material feed port 2, a separate loosening segment 12 ' with air supply nozzle 13' in the feed container 3 . The uniform loading ventilation of the entire container base 11 by the Auflocke approximately segments 12 with air supply nozzle 13 causes the fluidization of the supplied material and the formation of a vortex layer over the cross section of the feed container. 3 The evenly distributed in the container wall 14 at the peripheral wall openings 15 are dimensioned in its cross section in such a manner and are adjusted so that adjusts itself at the same time good passes through the apertures a predetermined filling level (fluidized bed height) in the feed container 3 or increased until uniform overflowing . The overflowing material flow is directed away from the container wall 14 by a frustoconical deflector plate 16 . The, for example, slot-shaped wall openings 15 are arranged or adjusted so that coarser particles (gravel) or foreign bodies that collect in the fluidized bed at the bottom are also continuously discharged through the wall openings 15 with the flow of material. The material emerging in strands from the wall openings 15 then preferably trickles over a material distribution cone 4 , the material being uniform over the circumference. In the area of the externally adjustable guide vane system 5 , fine and medium-sized particles are captured by the swirling visible air flow and carried into the visible space 8 . The classification in the fugal field is done here in a known manner. While the medium in the viewing space 8 sinks downward, the classifying air together with the fine material leaves the classifier through the gas outlet pipe 10 and is dedusted in a subsequent separator (not shown here). Coarse particles and agglomerates trickle down the swirling sight air flow via the drop stairs 7 . As a result, agglomerates and adhering fine goods dissolve from the coarse goods. The fine material arrives with the classifying gas flow via the guide vane system 5 to the classifying chamber 8 , while the coarse and medium-sized goods are discharged together downwards.
In Fig. 2, another embodiment is shown, in which the container bottom 11 and the container wall 14 were separated from each other by laying the wall slots 15 of FIG. 1 in the horizontal. When the components 11 and 14 , which are arranged one above the other, are adjusted, a continuous or slot-shaped annular slot 18 is formed between the two. The height of this slot 18 is set so that at the same time Gutdurchtritt through the annular slot 18 a predetermined filling (fluidized bed) was in the feed container 3 is adjusted or increased to the uniform overflow. The emerging from the ring slot 18 in the horizontal direction rie selt about the material distribution cone 4 , which causes a further material distribution.
Fig. 3 shows a further variant of the invention, in which the container wall 14 and the container bottom 11 are arranged concentrically in one another and are separated from one another by an annular slot 19 which allows the material to exit vertically downwards.
The material emerging from the ring slot 19 trickles over the material distribution cone 4 , which brings about a further material distribution. It is equipped with concentric wear protection elements 20 , which serve to even out the material in the case of a strand-like material outflow.
The advantages of this classifier are that it does Visual goods optimally prepared for the visual process, which is a means further improvement of the classification effect. Except the height and mass of the classifier can be kept low will.
