Description

Bndstück für ein Rohr
Me vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Endstück für einen separat herzustellenden Rohrmantel.
Verpackungstuben werden in der Hauptsache nach zwei verschiedenen Verfahren hergestellt: durch Strangpressen aus einem, einzigen Materialstück oder durch Vereinigen eines aus dünnem Plattenmaterial, z.B. aus Folie, gerollten und gesäumten Rohrs mit einem Endstück. Das Anschließen des aus Folie hergestellten Mantels an das Endstück erfolgt mit Hilfe einer Manschette oder desgleichen Spannkörpers, der auf das Endstück aufgepreßt wird, während der Rand des Mantels dazwischen eingeklemmt wird, womit eine dichte und leckfreie Naht erzielt wird. Der Zusammenbau enthält eine recht große Zahl von Arbeitsphasen z.B. im Vergleich mit einer tiefgezogenen Tube, und zwar infolge der zahlreichen Teile. Ein diesartiges Herstellungsverfahren ist z.B. in der finnischen Patentanmeldung Nr. 814142 ,: angegeben.
In der US-PS 3>817,427 kommt ein Tubenendstück vor, wo an der Vereinigungsstelle des konischen Teils und des zylindrischen Teils ein Vorsprung ausgebildet worden ist, der den Zusammenbau beschleunigend wirken soll, in ähnlicher Weise wie die hier darzulegende Erfindung. Das Herabbiegen dieses Vorsprungs zum Befestigen des Mantels gründet sich auf plastische Verformung des Materials. Bei Metallen ist eine derart große Umformung bedenklich, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Dichtigkeit; Kunststoffmateriale wiederum bedingen Weichmachen ausgedehnter Bereiche mit Wärme, damit diese Operation gelingen möge - und dies ist in der Tat in der besagten Schrift erwähnt. Das Erwärmen von Kunststoffen ist langsam und energieaufwendig, und im Endprodukt ergibt sich an der Nahtstelle ein Wulst, der dem geradlinigen Rollen der Tube z.B. auf automatischen Förderbahnen hinderlich ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt eine Verringerung der Anzahl der
erforderlichen Arbeitssiiufen und Vermeidung der oben angesprochenen Nachteile. Das erfindungagemäße Tubenendstück ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Endstück fertig ein Mantelbefestigungs- und Säumglied vorgesehen ist, das/ aus einem ringförmigen, in zwei verschiedenen Lagen stabilen Vorsprung besteht.
Die Erfindung ist auch dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung eine auswärts weisende Preßfeder und das Gegenglied eine entsprechend geformte ringförmige Hut zum Festklemmen des Mantels aufweist.
Die Erfindung wird beispielshalber mit Hilfe eines Beispiels mit Hinweis auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben, worin
Fig. 1 im Schnitt das'Ende der Tube vor dem Zusammenbau darstellt.
Fig. 2 zeigt im Schnitt das Tubenende und den Mantel nach erfolgtem Zus amm enbau.
Fig. 3 zeigt im Schnitt das Tubenende mit Kleramgliedern versehen. Fig. 4 veranschaulicht den Zusammenbau der Tube.
Es handelt sich hier um eine automatische Zusammenbaustation, wo die fertig bearbeiteten und bedruckten Tubenmäntel in einem revolverähnlichen Zusammenbauapparat umlaufen (Fig. 4)·
Der abgetrennte Bandabschnitt legt sich um den Dorn 4, einen Mantel 2 bildend^und geht danach einen Schritt weiter, wo das Endstück 1 (Fig. 1) am Ende des Dorns angesetzt wird. Die Tube geht einen Schritt weiter zur Station, wo das Ende des Mantels sich am Endstück 1 vorüberschiebt und dessen anbiegen an das Endstück stattfindet. Die Tube geht abermals einen Schritt weiter, und die Teile werden dann miteinander verpreßt und heißversaumt, mit Hilfe der dazu vorgesehenen Vorrichtung 5; das Ergebnis ist in Fig. 2 zu sehen. Anschließend erfolgt Herausnahme aus der Maschine, und zum Schluß wird die Tube durch da3 rückwärtige Ende gefüllt und durch
Falten geschlossen.
Es ist dem Fachmann einleuchtend, daß verschiedene Ausführungsformen der Erfindung im Rahmen der nachstehenden Patentansprüche variieren können. Anstelle des Heißsäumens kann man z.B. Ultraachallschweißen oder Verleimen "benutzen, und zum Fördern guter Dichtung kann man die Preßflächen in verschiedenen Weisen formen oder aufrauhen.

1. Endstück für einen gesondert hergestellten Rohrmantel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Endstück (i) fertig ein Befestigungs- und Säumglied für den Mantel (2) vorgesehen ist, welches aus einem ringförmigen, in zwei verschiedenen Lagen stabilen Vorsprung (6) besteht.
2. Endstück gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (6) eine auswärts gerichtete Klemmfeder (7) und das Gegenglied eine entsprechend geformte ringförmige Nut (8) zum Festklemmen des Mantels (2) aufweist.
