Description

La présente invention concerne un embout pour une
enveloppe tubulaire fabriquée séparément.
Les tubes d'emballage sont réalisés essentiellement selon deux procédés différents: par extrusion à partir d'un seul morceau de matériau, ou par combinaison d'un tube obtenu par enroulement d'une feuille mince, et d'un embout qui lui est soudé L'assemblage de l'enveloppe réalisée à partir d'une feuille et de l'embout est obtenu à l'aide d'un
organe de serrage que l'on serre sur l'embout pour emprison-
ner entre eux le bord de l'enveloppe afin d'assurer un joint étanche Cet assemblage comprend un nombre d'opérations important par rapport à la fabrication d'un tube étiré, en raison du nombre de composants Un procédé de fabrication de ce type a été divulgé par exemple par la demande de brevet
finlandaise n O 814142.
Le brevet américain N O 3 817 427 décrit un embout de tube dans lequel, à la jonction d'une partie conique et d'une partie cylindrique est formée une saillie qui contribuerait
à.un assemblage plus rapide, tout comme la présente invent-
ion La flexion vers le bas de cette saillie permettant de fixer l'enveloppe se base sur la déformation plastique du matériau Dans le cas de métaux, une déformation de cette
amplitude est douteuse, notamment du point de vue de l'étanch-
éité; dans le cas de matières plastiques, il faut en ramollir des zones importantes par application de chaleur pour que cette opération réussisse comme cela est indiqué dans le brevet précité Chauffer une matière plastique prend du temps et consomme de l'énergie et, dans le produit final, il se forme en outre un nodule au niveau du joint De ce fait, il est difficile de rouler les tubes sur une ligne
droite, par exemple-sur des voies automatiques.
Le but de la présente invention est de diminuer le nombre d'étapes de fabrication nécessaire et de remédier aux inconvénients précités L'embout de tube conforme à la présente invention se caractérise en ce qu'il est doté
préalablement d'un organe de formation de joint et de fix-
ation d'enveloppe se composant d'une saillie annulaire qui est stable en deux positions différentes L'invention se caractérise également en ce qéue la saillie présente une languette de serrage dirigée vers l'extérieur et, dans la
pièce coopérante, une rainure annulaire de forme correspond-
ante permettant de serrer l'enveloppe. Une forme d'exécution de la présente invention est décrite ci-après à titre d'exemple, en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels: la figure 1 représente en section l'extrémité du tube avant son assemblage; la figure 2 représente en section l'extrémité du tube et l'enveloppe après leur assemblage; la figure 3 représente en section l'extrémité du tube muni d'un moyen de serrage; et
la figure 4 montre le procédé d'assemblage.
Il s'agit ici d'un poste d'assemblage automatique, dans lequel les enveloppes de tubes, préalablement traitées
et imprimées, suivent un circuit dans une machine d'assemb-
lage à touret (figure 4).
Le tronçon de bande coupé s'enroule sur un mandrin 4 pour devenir une enveloppe 2, qui passe à la position o
l'embout 1 (figure 1) est monté sur l'extrémité du mandrin.
Le tube passe ensuite dans un poste o l'extrémité de l'enve-
loppe vient s'emboîter sur l'embout 1 tout en étant mis à niveau avec lui Le tube passe ensuite dans un poste o les éléments sont réunis sous pression et par thermosoudage à l'aide d'un appareil 5 prévu à cet effet, le résultat étant représenté sur la figure 2 I 1 suffit ensuite de retirer le tube de la machine et de le remplir par l'arrière avant de
le fermer.
Il va de soi que de nombreuses modifications peuvent être apportées au dispositif décrit et représenté sans pour
autant sortir du cadre de l'invention Au lieu de thermo-
soudage, on peut avoir recours à un soudage par ultrasons ou on peut utiliser un ciment et il est également possible de réaliser les surfaces de serrage de plusieurs façons ou
de les rendre rugeuses afin d'améliorer l'étanchéité.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1 Embout pour enveloppe tubulaire fabriquée séparé-
ment, caractérisé en ce que l'embout ( 1) est doté préalable-
ment d'un organe de formation de joint et de fixation de l'enveloppe ( 2), cet organe se composant d'une saillie annulaire ( 6) qui est stable en deux positions différentes.
2 Embout selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie ( 6) porte une languette de serrage dirigée vers l'extérieur ( 7) et en ce que l'organe coopérant comprend une rainure annulaire de forme correspondante ( 8) permettant
de serrer l'enveloppe ( 2).
