Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein emulgierendes
System auf der Basis einer Fettsäure oder
eines Proteinkondensats, eines polyoxyäthylenierten
Sterins und eines Phosphatids, das insbesondere zur
Herstellung von Emulsoiden oder Gelen brauchbar ist.
Die Proteinkondensate, wie sie aus einer Fettsäure
und Collagen-polypeptiden erhalten werden, sind
bereits als Co-emulgatoren in Emulsionen vom
Typ Wasser-in-Öl oder Öl-in-Wasser beschrieben.
Die Phosphatide, wie Eier- oder Soja-lecithin, sowie
die polyoxyäthylenierten Sterine besitzen ebenfalls
Emulgiereigenschaften, insbesondere für Emulsionen
von Typ Öl-in-Wasser, sind jedoch noch nicht ausreichend,
um grundsätzlich Emulsionen zu bilden.
"Emulsoide" sind Emulsionen, deren dispergierende
Phase flüssig ist und deren Teilchengröße kleiner
als ein Micron ist.
Dieser Typ von Emulsion ist besonders schwierig zu
erhalten mit Hilfe bekannter Emulgiermittel oder
mit Hilfe bestimmter Emulsionssysteme, welche aus
einem Hauptemulgiermittel und einem oder mehreren
Co-Emulgatoren bestehen.
Ein Gel erhält man im allgemeinen entweder, indem
man ein gelbildendes Mittel, oder ein Emulgiermittel
oder ein Emulgiersystem verwendet. Im letzteren
Fall kann jedoch die Gelstruktur nur mit Hilfe eines
relativ hohen Prozentsatzes eines Emulgiermittels oder
eines Emulgiersystems erhalten werden, was es besonders
aggressiv gegenüber der Haut macht.
Die US-PS 25 20 980 beschreibt kosmetische Cremes, welche
die Haut weicher und glatter erscheinen lassen. Zu diesem
Zweck wird vorgeschlagen, einen speziellen Emulgator zu
verwenden, nämlich einen Cholesterylether, um die in der
Creme enthaltenen Fett- und Ölbestandteile zu emulgieren.
Als Fettbestandteile werden beispielsweise Wachse, Kakaobutter,
Lanolin, Petrolatum und Stearinsäure genannt.
Die JP 52 079-031 beschreibt kosmetische Mittel, welche
ein Ethylen- oder Propylenoxidaddukt von (hydriertem)
Phytosterol als Emulgator enthalten.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man mit einem genau definierten
emulgierenden System Emulsoide sowie Gele erhalten kann,
welche ein vorteilhaftes Aussehen und eine hohe Lagerstabilität
aufweisen und gegenüber der Haut nicht aggressiv sind.
Darüber hinaus hat sich gezeigt, daß man mit Hilfe
des erfindungsgemäßen Emulgiersystems kosmetische
Mittel erhalten kann, welche eine unvergleichliche
Feinheit haben, die der von echten Emulsionen
überlegen ist, gleich ob Öl-in-Wasser oder
Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein emulgierendes
System, enthaltend
- i) 5 bis 60% mindestens einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder mindestens eines Proteinkondensats aus einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen und einem Polypeptid tierischer Herkunft,
- ii) 5 bis 45% eines mit 12 bis 40 Mol Ethylenoxid oxyethylenierten Sterins und
- iii) 15 bis 90% eines Phosphatids.
Viele Versuche haben
gezeigt, daß diese Zusammensetzung unerläßlich
ist, um Mittel zu erhalten, welche
zeitlich unbegrenzt stabil sind und die
ihre Feinheit und ihre guten kosmetischen Eigenschaften,
wie die Konsistenz und das gute Verteilen
auf der Haut, beibehalten.
Erfindungsgemäß enthält das Emulgiersystem
deshalb vorzugsweise:
- i) 25 bis 45%, der Fettsäure oder des Proteinkondensats,
- ii) 15 bis 40% des polyoxyäthylenierten Sterins, und
- iii) 20 bis 60% des Phosphatids.
Die Fettsäuren des Emulgiersystems haben vorzugsweise
12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome, und können gesättigt oder
ungesättigt, gegebenenfalls verzweigt sein und
eine oder mehrere Hydroxyfunktionen tragen.
Säuren, die dieser Definition entsprechen sind:
Undecylensäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Hydroxyölsäure und Linolsäure.

Die Proteinkondensate erhält man beispielsweise durch
eine Schotten-Baumann-Reaktion zwischen einem
Polypeptid und einer Fettsäure in Form ihres Chlorids
(siehe A. Scafidi et al. Cosmetics and Toiletries
1980, Vol. 95, Nr. 4, S. 65).
Von den Polypeptiden, die zu diesen Kondensaten führen
können, verwendet man erfindungsgemäß vorzugsweise
Kollagen oder Gelatine mit einem Molekulargewicht
zwischen 200 und 20 000, vorzugsweise niedriger als
10 000.
Als Fettsäure kann man insbesondere erwähnen
Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure,
sowie die Kokosfettsäuren.
Erfindungsgemäß können diese Kondensate auch
in Form ihrer Salze mit einer organischen oder
anorganischen Base verwendet werden, insbesondere
die Kalium- oder Triäthanolaminsalze.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform verwendet
man ein fettlösliches Kondensat von Isostearinsäure
und Kollagenpolypeptiden, das unter der Bezeichnung
"CROTEIN IP" verkauft wird.
Das polyoxyäthylenierte Sterin ist vorzugsweise
ein Cholesterin, oxyäthyleniert
mit 24 Mol Äthylenoxyd, wie das unter der Handelsbezeichnung
"Solulan C-24" vertriebene Produkt.
Man kann erfindungsgemäß auch polyoxyäthylenierte
Phytosterine, und insbesondere polyoxyäthyleniertes
Stigmasterin, Sitosterin oder Campisterin verwenden.
Das Phosphatid kann pflanzlicher oder tierischer
Herkunft sein, insbesondere Lecithin von Eiern,
Soja, Colza oder Sonnenblumen, vorzugsweise aber
ein Eierlecithin-Derivat, wie Phosphatidylcholindiamidoester
(Lecithin-DEA nach dem Dictionnaire
CFTA-Cosmetric Toiletry Fragrance Association)
oder ein Soja-phosphalipidkomplex, der unter der
Handelsbezeichnung "Epikuron 100 P"
verkauft wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein
kosmetisches Mittel in Form eines Emulsoids oder
eines Gels, das das erfindungsgemäßen Emulgiermittel
enthält.
Die Konzentration des Emulgiermittels, wie oben
beschrieben, in bezug auf das Gesamtgewicht des
Mittels, liegt im allgemeinen zwischen 0,5 und
35 Gew.-%, die Konzentration der Ölphase zwischen
2 und 60 Gew.-% und der Wasserphase zwischen
30 und 97 Gew.-%.
Liegt das Mittel in Form eines Emulsoids vor,
so ist die Konzentration an Emulgiersystem zwischen
2 und 15 Gew.-%, und vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und
13 Gew.-%, die Ölphase zwischen 5 und 38%, vorzugsweise
zwischen 12 und 35%, und die Wasserphase
zwischen 47 und 90%, und vorzugsweise zwischen
50 und 80 Gew.-%.
Wenn das Mittel als Gel vorliegt, welches ein
vibrierendes oder bewegliches Gel
(swinging gel) ist, so liegt die Konzentration
an Emulgiermittel vorzugsweise zwischen 15 und 30
Gew.-%, die Ölphase zwischen 15 und 50 Gew.-%,
vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 45 Gew.-%, und die
Wasserphase zwischen 30 und 70 Gew.-%.
Von den verschiedenen Ölen, welche die Ölphase
bilden können, kann man verschiedene Produkte verwenden,
wie beispielsweise:
tierische Öle, wie Pferdeöl, Schweineöl, Lanolin;
pflanzliche Öle, wie Süßmandelöl, Avocadoöl, Ricinusöl, Olivenöl, Traubenkernöl, Nelkenöl, Colzaöl, Erdnußöl, Maisöl, Haselnußöl, Jojobaöl, Carthamaöl und Weizenkeimöl;
Kohlenwasserstofföle, wie Paraffinöl, Purcellinöl, Perhydrosqualen und Lösungen von mikrokristallinen Wachsen in den Ölen;
Mineralöle, insbesondere Öle deren Ausgangs- Destillationspunkt bei atmosphärischem Druck etwa 250°C und deren Endpunkt in der Größenordnung von 410°C liegt;
Siliconöle, welche in anderen Ölen löslich sind.

Siliconöle, welche in anderen Ölen löslich sind.
Man kann auch andere synthetische Produkte, wie
beispielsweise Ester verwenden, insbesondere
Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylmyristat, Butylmyristat,
Cetylmyristat, Hexadecylstearat, Äthylpalmitat,
sowie Triglyceride von Octan-, Decansäuren und
Cetylricinoleat.
Die Ölphase kann auch bestimmte Wachse enthalten,
insbesondere Carnaubawachs, Bienenwachs, Ozokerit
oder Candellilawachs.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können auch andere
Bestandteile, wie Konservierungsmittel, Antioxydantien,
Parfums, Farbstoffe, Sonnenfilter, Pigmente, feuchthaltende
Mittel, Füllstoffe, wie Talkum,
Nylon-, Seiden-, Stärke- oder Polyäthylenpulver,
etc. enthalten.
Diese kosmetischen Mittel können als befeuchtende
Cremes, beispielsweise als Sonnencremes, Gesichtscremes,
Körper- oder Handcremes, oder in Form von
feucht haltender Wangenschminke oder auch als
Fonds de Teint vorliegen.
Will man pflegende Mittel für die Haut erhalten,
kann man einige Mittel gegen Akne, anti-inflammatorische
Mittel, Antibiotika, keratolytische Mittel, Vitamine,
adstringierende Mittel, antifungische Mittel oder
die Gefäße zusammenziehende Mittel, einschließen.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen zur Erläuterung der
Erfindung und sollen diese nicht begrenzen.

Claims (14)
1. Emulgierendes System, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es
- i) 5 bis 60% mindestens einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen oder mindestens eines Proteinkondensats aus einer Fettsäure mit 8 bis 40 Kohlenstoffatomen und einem Polypeptid tierischer Herkunft,
- ii) 5 bis 45% eines mit 12 bis 40 Mol Ethylenoxid oxyethylenierten Sterins und
- iii) 15 bis 90% eines Phosphatids enthält.
2. Emulgierendes System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß es
- i) 25 bis 45%, der Fettsäure oder des Proteinkondensats,
- ii) 15 bis 40% des polyoxyäthylenierten Sterins, und
- iii) 20 bis 60% des Phosphatids, enthält.
3. Emulgierendes System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fettsäure
12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome hat und ausgewählt
ist unter Undecylensäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure,
Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure,
Ölsäure, Hydroxyölsäure und Linolsäure.
4.Emulgierendes System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polypeptide tierischer
Herkunft ausgewählt sind
unter Collagen oder Gelatine mit einem Molekulargewicht
zwischen 200 und 20 000.
5. Emulgierendes System nach einem der Ansprüche 1
und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fettsäuren
des Proteinkondensats ausgewählt sind unter
Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure
und den Kokosfettsäuren.
6. Emulgierendes System nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Proteinkondensate
in Form eines Salzes einer anorganischen
oder organischen Base,
vorliegen.
7. Emulgierendes System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das polyoxyäthylenierte
Sterin das Cholesterin ist, polyoxyäthyleniert mit
24 Mol Äthylenoxyd.
8. Emulgierendes System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Phosphatid ein
pflanzliches oder tierisches Lecithin,
wie Eier-, Soja-, Colza- oder Sonnenblumenlecithin, oder
ein Lecithinderivat,
ist.
9. Kosmetisches oder pharmazeutisches Mittel, das in
Form einer Emulsion vom Typ Emulsoid oder in Form
eines Gels vorliegt, und eine Wasserphase, eine
Ölphase und ein emulgierendes System umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als emulgierendes
System eines nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8
enthält.
10. Mittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Konzentration des emulgierenden Systems
zwischen 0,5 und 35%, der Ölphase zwischen 2 und
60% und der Wasserphase zwischen 30 und 97%,
bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Mittels,
beträgt.
11. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Form eines
Emulsoids vorliegt, wobei die Konzentration
an Emulgiermittel zwischen 2 und 15%, die
Konzentration der Ölphase zwischen 5 und 38%
und diejenige der Wasserphase zwischen 47 und
90 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des
Mittels, beträgt.
12. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als Gel vorliegt,
wobei die Konzentration des emulgierenden Systems zwischen
15 und 30%, die Konzentration der Ölphase zwischen
15 und 50% und diejenige der Wasserphase
zwischen 30 und 70%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht
des Mittels, beträgt.
13. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem herkömmliche
Bestandteile, wie Konservierungsmittel,
Antioxydantien, Parfums, Farbstoffe, Sonnenfilter,
Pigmente, befeuchtende Mittel, und Füllstoffe,
wie Talkum, Nylon-, Seiden-, Stärke- oder
Polyäthylenpulver enthält.
14. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem eine gegen
Akne aktive Substanz, ein antiinflammatorisches,
ein antibiotisches, ein keratolytisches Mittel,
ein Vitamin, ein adstringierend wirkendes Mittel,
ein Antifungusmittel und ein die Gefäße zusammenziehendes
Mittel, enthält.
