Vom Beginn des Schneidens an wirkt die Reaktionskraft vom Schneiden an der Mantelfläche, also von den Punkten B und D, auf das innere Rohr in der distaien Richtung entsprechend einem Vektor ν und drückt dadurch das innere Rohr gegen das Ende des äußeren Rohrs. Diese Reaktionskraft überwiegt gewöhnlich die
Claims (9)
- Patentansprüche:U Chirurgisches Instrument zum Abschneiden von Gewebe,— mit einem ortsfesten äußeren und mit einem drehbaren inneren Rohr, die— gleichachsig sind und— jeweils am distalen Ende besitzen:— in ihrer Mantelfläche eine sich bis zu ihrem distalen Ende erstreckende erste Öffnung und— eine sich unmittelbar daran anschließende zweite Öffnung in ihrer distalen ι s Stirnfläche,— damit abzuschneidendes Gewebe durch diese Öffnungen in den Innenraum des inneren Rohrs vorspringen kann,— wobeidas innere Rohr— eine die öffnung in seiner Mantelfläche begrenzende Schneide mit einer Spitze zur Gewebe-Durchdringung besitzt,25dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß das äußere Rohr (12)— eine Schneide (50) als eine Längskante der ersten öffnung besitzt,— daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12) jeweils— am Übergang ihrer beiden öffnungen als Ecke die Ikw. ei ι Spitze (P1, P0) vorgesehen ist.— wobei die beide; Spitzen (P1, P0) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie bei umlaufendem inneren Rohr (10) aufeinander zulaufen, und— die Schneide (54; 50) in der Mantelfläche derart zum proximalen Ende hin divergiert,— daß ab dem Aneinander-Vorbeilaufen der Spitzen (Pi; PJ das Abschneiden des Gewebes in Form harten und/odei gummiartigen Gewebes wie z. B. Knorpel entlang dem fortlaufenden Schnittpunkt (Fig.9a, b) der ersten öffnungen beider Rohre (10; 12) scherenartig erfolgt(F ig. 5-9b).SC
- 2. Instrument nach Anspruch 1,- wobei das innere Rohr— eine die zweite öffnung begrenzende Schneide besitzt, ssdadurch gekennzeichnet.- daß das äußere Rohr (12)— eine die zweite öffnung begrenzende Schneide (35) besitzt, und- daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12)— die Schneide (33; 35) in der Stirnfläche derart verläuft,— daß ab dem Aneinander-Vorbeilaufen der Spitzen (Pi, Po) das Abschneiden des Gewebes entlang dem fortlaufenden Schnittpunkt (Fig.9a, b) der zweiten öffnungen beider Rohre (IO5 12) scherenartig erfolgt (Fig.5-9b).
- 3. Instrument nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12)— die Schneide (54; 50) an der einen S^ite der ersten öffnung— in einer Ebene geneigt zu einer anderen Ebene durch die Rohr-Achse und die zugehörige Spitze (Pr, P0) verläuft(F ig-5).
- 4. Instrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,— wobei das innere Rohr— in beiden Richtungen drehbar ist und— auch eine die andere Seite der ersten öffnung begrenzende Schneide besitzt,dadurch gekennzeichnet— daß das äußere Rohr (12)— auch eine Schneide (50a) als andere Längskante der ersten öffnung besitzt,— so daß beide Rohre (10; 12) jeweils— zwei Spitzen (Pi; P0)besitzen (Fig. 5.9).
- 5. Instrument nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12)— die beiden Schneiden (54, 54a; 50,50a) an der ersten Öffnung— vom distalen Ende aus divergieren (F ig. 5,9).
- 6. Instrument nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12)— die beiden Schneiden (54,54a; 50,50a)— verbunden sind durch eine proximale Qu fr-Kante (55;52),— die mit ihnen die erste Öffnungbegrenzt (F ig. 5.9).
- 7. Instrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,*- daß bei beiden Rohren (10; 12)— die Spitzen (P1 ; P„)— gegeneinander gerichtet sind.
- 8. Instrument nach einem der Ansprüche 2 = 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß die Spitzen (P1; Po)— Sichel-Spitzen-förmigsind.
- 9. Instrument nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,— daß bei beiden Koiiren (10j 12)
- die distaie Stirnfläche (32,· 30)— im wesentlichen eine auf der Rohr-Achse senkrechte Ebene ist,
- in der die Schneide (33; 35)— im wesentlichen ein Kreisbogen um zur Rohr-Achse exzentrischem Mittelpunkt ist
