Description
Blechband-Bunde sind bisher immer so hergestellt worden, wie es beispielsweise die·»Tl-PS 14 47 185 zeigt Dort wird ein Blechband-Bund aus einem breiteren Blechband auf eine Abwickeleinrichtung gebracht und durch eine nachgeordnete Trenneinrichtung gezogen, die das abgewickelte Blechband in Längsrichtung in mehrere schmalere parallele Blechstreifen zerschneidet Die vollständig voneinander getrennten Streifen werden anschließend in einer Aufwickeleinrichtung zu voneinander unabhängigen Blechstreifenwickeln aufgespult Diese Blechstreifenwickel werden dann aus der Aufwickeleinrichtung entnommen, einzeln umwickelt, damit sie nicht wieder aufspringen, und versandt. Am Verarbeitungsort werden sie dann einzeln abgespult und verarbeitet.
Die Restmaterialbrücken zwischen den geschnittenen Streifen können so ausgebildet werden, daß nur ein minimaler zwangsweiser Zusammenhalt erreicht wird, damit die geschnittenen Streifen sich gemeinsam aufwikkeln. Wenn bei dem obigen Beispiel somit eine Instabilität oder ein Spiel einer der Blechstreifenwickel entdeckt wird, wird die obere Messerwelle 123 nicht abrupt angehoben, sondern statt dessen wird der Handgriff 127 in ausreichendem Maße verstellt, um die Ausbildung von Restmaterialbrücken minimaler Stärke zu veranlassen, die gewöhnlich zu schwach sind, sowohl die Niederdrückstäbe oder -stangen zu überdauern als auch die Streifen zusammenzuhalten, bis sie sich auf den Dorn 125 wickeln. Das Verstellen des Handgriffs 127 wird fortgesetzt, bis Restmaterialbrücken ausgebildet werden, die gerade stark genug sind, um für einen zwangsweisen Zusammenhalt zu sorgen, der die geschnittenen Streifen zwingt sich gemeinsam aufzuwickeln.
