dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterhalogenid
der Formel

Hai für Halogen steht,
mit N-Methoxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxamsäure der Formel
in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze bzw. in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren
sowie gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit von Lösungsmitteln umsetzt
3. Verwendung der Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft den neuen 0,0 - Diäthyl - O - [N - methoxy - 2 - r.itrobenzimidoyl]-thionophosphorsäureester,
welcher eine insektizide und akarizide Wirkung aufweist sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß O-(AIkoxy-benzimidoyl)-♦hionophosphorsäureester,
z. B. der 0,0-Diäthyl-O-(N-methoxy-benzimidoyl-
bzw. N-äthoxy-4-nitrobenzimidoyl)-thionophosphorsäureester,
sich durch eine insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit auszeichnen ivergleiche deutsche OffenJegungsschrift 20 52 379).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß der neue O.O-Diäthyl
0-(N - methoxy- 2 - nitrobenzimidoy 1) - thionophosphorsäureester
der Formel

besonders hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzt.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß der neue O1O-Diäthyl-O-(N-methoxy-2-nitrobenzimidoyl)-thionophosphoisä'jreester
der Formel (I) erhalten wird, wenn man 0,0-DiäthyIthionophosphorsäurediesterhaiogenid der

mit N-Methoxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxamsäure der Formel

in Form der entsprechenden Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze bzw. in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren
sowie gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit von Lösungsmitteln umsetzt
Überraschenderweise zeigt der erfindungsgemäße 0,0 - Diäthyl - O - (N - methoxy - 2 - nitrobenzimidoyl) thionophosphorsäureester
eine wesentlich bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten 0-(N-Alkoxybenzimidoyl)-thionophosphorsäureester
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung.
Das Produkt gemäß vorliegender Erfin-'.ung stellt somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man 0,0-Diäthyl-thionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
urd N-Methoxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxamsäure als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsablauf
durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Das als Ausgangsstoff benötigte 0,0-Diäthylthiono··
phosphorsäurediesterhalogenid (II) ist aus der Literatur
bekannt und kann ebenso wie das N^Methoxy-benzhydföxamsäürederiväl
(III) riäch allgemein, üblichen Ver* fahren hergestellt werden, letzteres z. B, aus der entsprechenden Benzhydroxamsäure mit alkoholischer
Kalilauge und Alkyljodid (vergleiche Waldstein; Ann.
181* 385) oder z. B, aus Benzoylchlorid und Alkoxyl-
amin (Gierke, Ann. 205, 278).
Das Herstellungsverfahren Tür den neuen Stoff wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lesungsbzw. Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt Als solche
kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aJiphatische
oder aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte, Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid,
Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, z. B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan,
ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-,
Methyl-iso-propyl- oder Methyl-iso-butylketon, außerdem
Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionnitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt
haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw. äthylat,
ferner Kaliumchlorid, außerdem aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triethylamin,
Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und naridin.
Die Reaktinnsiemnenuiir kann innerhalb eines größeren
Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 100°C, vorzugsweise bei 40 bi;
700C. Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck
durchgerührt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Benzhydroxamsäure komponente (III) vorzugsweise in

Der Wirkstoff eignet sich bei guter Pfianzenverträglichkeit
und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere
Insekten und Spinnentiere, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Torsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz

Suspensiofis-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder, Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe.
Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit «
Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u. ä. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen des Wirkstoffes mit
Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen
Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/
oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel
tonnen z. B. auch organische Lösungsmitte! als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige
Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten, wie Yylol, Toluol oder Alkylnaphthaüne, chlorierte
Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlerwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole,
wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Ätner und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon
oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten
gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, ζ. Β Aerosol-Treibgase,
wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid; als feste Trägerstoffe:
natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit
oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und
Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate: gebrochen·.' und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Calcit,
Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen
sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehl, Kokosnußschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengel;
als Enulgier- und/oder schaumerzeuger^ Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther, z. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate,
Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate;
als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose, natürliche und symnetische
pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol,
Polyvinylacetat.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z. B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische
Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo-MetallphthalocyaninfarDstoffe
und Spurennährstoffe wie Saize von Eisen, Mangan, Bor. Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und
Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,5 und 90%.

98 g 10.5 Mol. Fp. 104cC) N-Methyloxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxamsäure
werden in 320 ml Acetonitril glöst. Nach Zugabe von 82 g (0,59MoI) feingepulvertem
Kaliumcarbonat erwärmt man die Mischung unter Ruhren
auf 5O0C und tropft bei dieser Temperatur 84,5 g
i(i I^ Moh O.O-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchiond
zu Da? Gemisch wird unter weiterem Rühren
2ü Stunden auf 500C erwärmt. Nach dem Erkalten gießt
man den Ansät/ in Wasser und nimmt das sich ausscheidende
Öl in Toluol auf Die wäßrige Phase wird abgetrennt,
die organische Lösung zunächst mit Wasser, dann zweimal mit 2 η Natronlauge, anschließend wieder
mit Wasser bis zur neutralen Reaktion gewaschen, die organische Losung über Natriumsulfat getrocknet
und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Es hinterbleiben 120g
<76'- der Theorie) eines gelblichen Öles, das manchmal nur zögernd kristallisiert. Die Kristalle werden
auf Ton abgepreßt und kurz mit eiskaltem Isopropanol
abgedeckt. Den O.O-DMthyl-G-iN-methoxy-2-nitroberzimidovli-thionophosphorsäureester
erhält man so in derben, gelben Kristallen vom Schmelzpunkt 65°C.
erwärmt man die Mischung eine halbe Stunde auf 500C
und tropft anschließend unter Kühlung mit Wasser 845 g (0,448 Mol) 0,0-DiäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchJorid
so schnell zu, daß dabei eine Temperatur von 500C aufrechterhalten wird. Nach 20stündigem
Rühren des Ansatzes bei 500C und Erkalten gießt man
ihn in viel Wasser. Es tritt dabei rasch Kristallisation ein. Man saugt die Kristalle scharf ab und löst den Rückstand
in 1,2 1 warmem Isopropanol. Beim Rühren der Lösung unter Eiswasserkühlung erfolgt Kristallisation
des 0.0-DiäthyI-0-(N-methoxy-2-nitrobenzimidoyl)-thionophosphorsäureesters
als blaßgelbes Kristallpulver mit dem Schmelzpunkt 65°C.
Die als AusgangspnHukt zu verwendende N-Methyloxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxamsäure

1JX(Ig (5MoI) N-Methyloxy-2-nitrobenzhydroxam-•..lurc
werden in 3,2 i Acetonitril gelöst. Nach Eintragen von 82(ig (5.96MoI) gemahlenem Kaliumchlorid
NO3
kann z. B. wie im folgenden beschrieben hergestellt werden:
186 g (2,2 Mol) O-Methylhydroxylamin-hydrochlorid,
gelöst in 322 ml Wasser, tropft man bei 100C zu 322 g (2,32 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat gelöst in 276 ml
Wasser. Diese Mischung wird tropfenweise mit 340 g (1,84MoI) 2-Nitrobenzoylchlorid versetzt. Nach
einstündigem Rühren des Ansatzes saugt man den Rückstand ab und suspendiert ihn zur Lösung des
beigemischten Kaliumchlorids in lauwarmem Wasser. Die festen Anteile werden erneut abgesaugt und mit
Wasser gewaschen. Man erhält 192 g (53 % der Theorie) N-Methyloxy-2-nitro-benzhydroxamsäure als leicht
körniges, beigefarbenes Pulver mit dem Schmelzpunkt 1040C. (umkristallisierbar aus F ssigesler).
