Die Erfindung betrifft neue Sulfonyldiisocyanat-Addukte,
insbesondere cyclische 1:1-Addukte von primären Aminen oder
Hydrazinen mit Sulfonyldiisocyanat und lineare Additiansprodukte,
die durch. Umsetzen des cyclischen Adduktes mit organischen Verbindungen erhalten werden, die Sauerstoff-Wasserstoff-,
Stickstoff-Wasserstoff- oder Schwefel-Wasserstoff-Bindungen aufweisen.
Die Herstellung einiger linearer 1:2-Addukte von SuIfonyldiisocyanat
und Aminen ist von N. Onodera, Cfcem. Abstr. 59» 1382Od (1963), beschrieben worden. Es wurde nunmehr
gefunden, dass eine sorgfältig gelenkte Umsetzung zwischen

SuIfonyldiisocyanat, 302(NCO)O, und einem primären Amin,
Hydrazin oder substituierten Hydrazin zu einem cyclischen 1:1-Addukt führt. Zur Durchführung der Reaktion gibt man
den Amin- oder Hydrazin-Eeaktanten zu dem SuIfonyldiisocyanat
hinzu, wobei vorzugsweise beide Be.aktanten in einem inerten Lösungsmittel gelöst sind, wie Benzol, Toluol, Diäthyläther,
Tetrahydrofuran oder Chloroform. Der Zusatz wird so durchgeführt, dass zu jeglichem Zeitpunkt für die
Umsetzung mit dem Diisocyanat nur eine kleine Menge des Amins oder Hydrazins zur Verfugung steht, wie durch Zusatz
in Form, von Teilmengen oder durch kontinuierlichen, langsamen Zusatz. Das Amin oder Hydrazin wird in im wesentlichen
stöchiometrisehen (äquimolaren) Mengen eingesetzt. Durch
Einhaltung dieser Bedingungen wird die Bildung wesentlicher Mengen des linearen Di-Adduktes, wie oben erwähnt, vermieden.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann etwa O bis 150° C betragen,
wobei ein Bereich von etwa 20 bis 70° C bevorzugt wird.
Das cyclische Produktaddukt fällt im allgemeinen aus dem Eeaktionslösungsmittel als kristalliner Feststoff aus und
kann durch Filtrieren gewonnen werden.
Das cyclische 1:1-Addukt gemäss der Erfindung lässt sich durch die Strukturformel

Amino oder Aminoalkyl, ζ. B. mit bis zu 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, Aminoaryl, ζ. B. mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, Aminoalkylaryl,
z. B. mit 7 "bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, und Aminoarylalkyl,
z. B. mit 7 "bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, ist. Diese
Reste können auch eine oder mehrere Gruppen enthalten, die in Bezug auf das Sulfonyldiisocyanat nichtreaktiv sind, z. B.
Äther, Sulfid, Amin, Sulfoxid, Sulfon, Halogen, Hitro oder eine Estergruppe. Beispielhafte Primäramin- und Hydrazin-Reaktanten
für die Bildung der Verbindungen gemäss der Erfindung sind Methylamin, Ithylamin, Isopropylamin, 2-Äthylhexylamin,
Dodecylamin, Octadecylamin, Cyclopropylamin, Cyclooctylamin, 2-Adamantanamin, Allylamin, IT ,N-Dimethyl-1,3-propandiamin,
3-Methoxy-n-propylamin, 4-,2-Aminopropylmorpholin,
2-Methylthioäthylamin, 3-Chlorpropylamin, 3-Methylsulfonyl-1-propylamin,
Äthyl-y-aminobutyrat, p-Toluidin,
m-Fluorbenzylamin, a-Methylphenyläthylamin, 2-(p-Chlorphenyl)-äthylamin,
3-Phenyl-1-propylamin, Hydrazin, 1,1-Dimethylhydrazin,
1,1-Methyloctylhydrazin, Λ,1-Didecylhydrazin, N-Aminohexamethylenimin,
N-Aminomorpholin, 3-Amino-2-oxazolidinon,
p-Nitrophenylhydrazin, 1,1-Diphenylhydrazin, 1,1-Mbenzylhydrazin
und dergleichen.
Im Gegensatz zu dem cyclischen Monoaddukt von Sulfonyldiisocyanat
und Ammoniak, das beim Umsetzen mit überschüssigem Ammoniak einfach das cyclische "Diammoniumsalz bildet (R.
Appel und H. Gerber, Chem. Ber. 21» 1200 (1958), unterliegt
das cyclische Addukt gemäss der Erfindung einer Ringöffnungs-Reaktion, wenn es mit einer Verbindung umgesetzt wird, die
eine reaktionsfähige Stickstoff-Wasserstoff-, Sauerstoff-Wasserstoff- oder Schwefel-Wasserstoff-Bindung enthält, z. B.
mit Reaktanten in Art von Aminen, typisch Ithylamin, Octylamin,
Dimethylamin, Cyclohexyl amin, Hexamethylenimin, Morpholin, 3,4-Dichloranilin, o-Toluidin, 4-Aminopyridin,
Benzylamin, Ithylendiamin und Äthanolamin, Alkoholen, z. B. Äthanol, Octanol, Allylalkohol, 2-Äthyl-1-hexanol, 2-Methoxy-

äthanol, Äthyl englykolmono ac et at, Phenol, 3,4-Dichlorphenol
und Benzylalkohol, Mercaptanen, ζ. B. Butanthiol, Cyclohexanthiol,
Äthyl~2~mercaptoacetat, Butyl-3-mercaptopropionat,
Thiophenol, p-Methoxybenzolthiol und 2-Mercaptobenzothiazol,
Hydrazinen, z. B. Hydrazin, Äthylhydrazin, Hexylhydrazin, 1,1-Dimethylhydrazin, 1,3-Dimethylhydrazin,
Phenylhydrazin, 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazin und 2,4-,6-Trichlorphenylhydrazin
und Hydroxylaminen, z. B. N-Äthylhydroxylamin,
N,N-Diäthy!hydroxylamin, O-Methylhydroxylamin.
Die durch die Eingöffnungsreaktion des cyclischen Addukte
und der aktiven Wasserstoff enthaltenden Verbindung wie oben gebildeten, N,N'-substituierten Sulfonylverb indungen lassen
sich durch die Strukturformel

darstellen, worin R die obige Bedeutung hat, X Sauerstoff,
Stickstoff oder Schwefel ist und E' den Rest einer Verbindung der !formel E1XH, d. h. eines Amins, Alkohols, Mercaptans,
Hydrazins oder Hydroxylamine, und den organischen Teil da" stellt, der nach Umsetzung der geweiligen, an ihm hängen'..
Gruppe XH verbleibt, und im allgemeinen 1 bis etwa 20 Kohlenstoff atome aufweist. Diese Eingöffnungsreaktion kann bei
Temperaturen von etwa 10 bis 150° C durchgeführt werden, aber normalerweise sind Umgebungstemperaturen adäquat, da die
Umsetzung gewöhnlich spontan erfolgt. In vorteilhafter Weise kann man eine nichtreaktive Flüssigkeit, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Tetrahydrofuran, p-Dioxan oder Dimethylformamid, als Reaktionsmedium
verwenden oder einen Überschuss des HX-haltigen Eeaktanten als Lösungsmittelmedium einsetzen. Das Produkt
scheidet sich gewöhnlich als Feststoff ab, und zwar direkt oder bei Einengung und/oder Abkühlung der Reaktionsmischung,
und ist leicht durch Filtrieren gewinnbar.

Die cyclischen 1:1-Addukte gemäss der Erfindung und die mit
ihnen durch den oben "beschriebenen Ringöffnungsmechanismus erhaltenen, linearen Diaddukte sind pesticid wirksam und
eignen sich zur Hemmung des Wachstums und zur Abtötung eines breiten Spektrums von Mikroorganismen, wie Bakterien, Fungi
und Algen, einschliesslich Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli und Aspergillus niger. Andere beispielhafte Bakterien-
und Pilzarten, gegen die sich die Verbindungen verwenden lassen, sind Pullularia pullulans, Chaetomium globossum, Venturia
inaequalis, Podosphaera leucotricha, Puccinia recondita, Trichophyton interdigitale, Ehizopus stolonifer und Aphanomyces
euteiches.
Die verschiedenen, mit Hydrazinen erhaltenen Produkte eignen sich auch als Treib- bzw. Blähmittel für die Herstellung von
geschäumten. Produkte. Beim Erhitzen auf erhöhte Temperaturen
zersetzen sich diese Verbindungen unter Bildung beträchtlicher Mengen an Gasen, die in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweils
vorliegenden System dem Einschluss unter Bildung geschäumter Materialien zugänglich sind, wie von Urethanharz- oder
Vinylharz schäumst ο ff en.
Die folgenden Beispiele dienen der weiteren Erläuterung der Erfindung.
Beispiel 1
Han gibt 10,7 g (0,1 Mol) Benzylamin in Benzol (20 ml) gelöst
im Verlaufe einer Stunde tropfenweise zu einer Lösung von 14,8 g (0,1 Mol) Sulfonyldiisocyanat in 20 ml Benzol hinzu,
hält die Reaktionsmischung unter Rühren durch Kühlen des Behälters von aussen auf etwa JO0 C, erhitzt die anfallende .
Aufschlämmung 5 Min. bei Rückflussbedingungen, rührt
16 Std. bei Umgebungstemperatur, erhitzt erneut 2 Std. auf
Eückflussbedingungen und filtriert nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur
die Feststoffe von dem Benzolmedium ab, wobei

22 g weisses Rohprodukt, F. c a. ^60 C, anfallen. 8 g dieses
Rohproduktes werden mit etwa 50 Eil kaltem Methanol extrahiert,
worauf man den kalten Extrakt unter starkem Vakuum eindampft und den klebrigen, weissen Rückstand in 40 ml Diäthyläther
löst.Beim Einengen der ätherischen Lösung auf ein Volumen von etwa 7 ml fällt ein weisser Feststoff an, den man abtrennt,
mit Benzol verreibt, unter Vakuum trocknet und analysiert, wobei er sich als das Mono-Addukt, 4-Benzyl-3»5-dioxo-1,2,4-,6-thiatriazin-1,1-dioxid,

Man gibt 6g (0,1 Mol) 1,1-Dirnethylhydrazin in Lösung in
50 ml Benzol tropfenweise unter gutem Rühren im Verlaufe
von 11/2 Std. zu einer Lösung von 16,5 g (0,11 Mol) Sulfonyldiisocyanat
in 50 ml Benzol hinzu, wobei die sich durch den exothermen Reaktionsverlauf entwickelnde Wärme die Temperatur
der Mischung von 27 bis auf 37° C erhöht. Die Reaktionsmischung, in der eine Ausfällung eines gelblichen Feststoffs
vorliegt, wird 1 Tag bei Umgebungstemperatur und 5 Std. bei Rückfluss gerührt, worauf man die Feststoffe abfiltriert
und unter starkem Vakuum bei Umgebungstemperatur trocknet,

um 23 6 eines hellgelben Pulvers zu gewinnen, was eine im wesentlichen
quantitative Ausbeute bedeutet. Durch I2stündiges Extrahieren von 5 S des Produktes mit trocknem Diäthyläther
im Soxhlet wird das gereinigte Monoaddukt, 4-Dimethylamino-3,5-dioxo-i,2,4,6-thiatriazin-1,1-dioxid,
der Strukturformel

Wie typische Prüfungen nach der "Agarverdünnungsmethode" ■
zeigen, bei denen Staphylococcus aureus, E. CoIi und Asperillus niger bei Konzentrationen der Virkverbxndung von
500 ppm wirksam bekämpft werden, besitzt die in der obigen
Weise hergestellte Verbindung eine gute bakteriostatische
und fungistatische Aktivität. Die Verbindung eignet sich
auch als Blähmittel für Schaumbildung; sie schmilzt beim Erhitzen auf etwa 130° C unter Entwicklung beträchtlicher
Mengen an Gas, die zu einem voluminösen Schäumen des das Gas enthaltenden Mediums führen.
Zur Erläuterung der Ringöffnungsreaktionen der cyclischen Monoaddukte gemäss der Erfindung kann das wie oben erhaltene
4-Dimethylamino-3,5dioxo-1,2,4,6-thiatriazin-1,1-dioxid, mit
verschiedenen Verbindungen, z. B. Aminen, Hydrazinen und Alkoholen, umgesetzt werden.

Z. B. führt die Reaktion des cyclischen Monoaddukts mit o-Toluidin bei etwa 40° C zu dem 1:1-Additionsprodukt,
1,1-Dimethyl-4-^-o-tolylureido)-sulfonyl/-semicarbazid,

Die Umsetzung des cyclischen Monoadduktes mit Äthanol bei
etwa 70° C führt zu dem 1:1-Addukt, 1,1-Dimethyl-4-^-
(carbäthoxy)-sulfamoylT--semicarbazid, F. 68 bis 75° C, der

Die Umsetzung des cyclischen Monoaddukts mit N,N-Dimethylhydrazin
in Tetrahydrofuran als Lösungsmittel bei 65° C ergibt das 1:1-Addukt 1,7-Bis-(dimethylamine)-4-sulfonyltriuret,

Die bakteriostatische und fungistatische Aktivität dieser
linearen Derivate wird durch die inhibierende Aktivität (Agarverdünnungsmethode) des 1,1-Dimethyl-4-/5-o-tolyl-■ureido)-sulfonyl7-semicarbazide
gegenüber E. coli bei einer Konzentration von 10 ppm und gegenüber Aspergillus niger
bei einer Konzentration von 100 ppm belegt..
