Verbindungen zwischen Tretkurbel und Kettenrad für Fahrräder und ähnliche Fahrzeuge, bei denen die auf der Kurbelwelle sitzende Kurbelnabe Vorsprünge besitzt, die durch entsprechende Aussparungen des Kettenrades hindurchgreifen, sind bereits bekannt. Die Erfindung wird darin gesehen, daß bei derartigen Verbindungen zwischen Tretkurbel und Kettenrad sowohl die Vorsprünge der Kurbelnabe als auch die zwischen den Aussparungen des Kettenrades stehengebliebenen Vorsprünge die Kurbelwelle berühren.
