Claims (1)
- 22545G3Patentansprüche1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Wabenform aus extrudierbarem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material längs durch eine Vielzahl von Speiseleitungen oder -kanälen geleitet, auf ein Gitter aus untereinander verbundenen Auslafischlitzen gegeben und dabei ein Teil seitlich geleitet wird, so dass eine einheitliche, gitterartige Masse entsteht, die in Längsrichtung abgegeben wird.2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialströmung in den Auslaßschlitzen stärker gehemmt wird, als in den Speiseleitungen.3. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des extrudierbaren Materials direkt durch die Auslaßschlitze geleitet wird.M-. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass extrudierbares Material auch durch eine die gitterartige Masse umgebende Öffnung unter Änderung des Strömungswiderstands geleitet wird, so dass ein die gitterartige Masse umgebender Mantel entsteht.- 11 -309820/0724I2S4SS35. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäss Ansprüchen 1 oder 2-4-, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von einer Einlassfläche (16) des I^rmkörpers (12) der Extru:sionsform (10) eine Vielzähi- von Speiseleitungen oderr-ka&stleii (18) und von einer Auslassflache (22) desserben etine VieJ&aJil von untereinander verbundene Äuslaßschlitze (24·) in den IPorAörper reichen, wobei die Speiseleitungen oder -kanäle an ihren, innere st en Enden mit wenigstens einigen der an den innersten Enden der Auslaßschlitze vorgesehenen Ansatzteile (26) in VerTDindttng stehen,, so dass das extrudierbare Material durch die Speise^ kanäle in die Auslaßschlitze gedrückt wird uiid: durch entspr-echen4 au;sgelegten Widerstand der Auslaßschlitze ±& daesjexk seitlich zusammenfliesst. ·6.
