Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft substituierte Azabicyclo-
alkane, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung, ferner selektive herbizide
Mittel, die als Wirkstoffe solche substituierten Azabicycloalkane
enthalten und Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern
unter Verwendung der neuen Wirkstoffe oder der sie enthaltenden Mittel
Der Ausdruck "Azabicycloalkane" wird hier und im folgenden
fllr substituierte 2-Azabicyclo[4.4.0]-decane (Decahydrochinoline)
und 7-Azabicyclo[4.3.0]-nonane (Octahydroindole) gebraucht.
Die substituierten Azabicycloalkane gemäss der Erfindung
entsprechen der Formel I:

Als Alkylreste R werden geradkettige oder verzweigte Reste bezeichnet, also der Methyl-, Aethyl-, n-Propyl, Isopropyl-,
η-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, sec.Butyl-, tert. Butylrest. "Ei
Die geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkenylreste mit 3 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen umfassen die Allyl-, 2-Buten-yl-, 3-Butenyl-
und den Methylallylrest.
Von den durch Chlor substituierten Alkenylresten sind besonders der 2-Chlor-und der 3-Chlorallylrest zu nennen.
Die substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I werden
erfindungsgemäss erhalten, indem man ein Azabicycloalkan der Formel II
in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels mit Schwefelkohlenstoff
(CS2) und anschliessend mit einem Alkylierungsmittel bzw. AlkenylierungE
mittel umsetzt. Als säurebindende Mittel kommen die unten genannten 'in Betracht, vorzugsweise Alkalimetallhydroxide. Als Allen ylierungsmittel
sind in erster Linie Alkylhalogenide und Alkenylhalogenide, ferner Dialkylschwefelsäureester und Alkylester von Toluolsulfonsäuren
geeignet. Gemäss einem weiteren Verfahren der vorliegenden Erfindung werden die neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel
I erhalten, indem man ein Azabicycloalkan der Formel II entweder mit einem Thiokohlensäurehalogenid der Formel III

II bis IV haben R, R,, R„ und η die unter Forr.-el I angegebenen
Bedeutungen, Hai in der Formel III steht für Chlor oder Brom. Es ist ratsam, die Umsetzungen in einem gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehtscrn
inerten Lösungs- und/oder Verdünnungsmittel durchzuführen.
Die Art des zu verwendenden Verteilungsmittels wird weitgehend von dem in die Reaktion eingesetzten säurebindenden Mittel bestiirat.
Werden organische Basen, wie tertiäre Amine, eingesetzt, so ist es ratsam, auch organische Lösungsmittel zu verwenden. Bei anorganischer
Basen sind Wasser und wässrige Geniische von mit Wasser mischbaren
organischen .Lösungsmittel! geeignet. Im allgemeinen können folgende
tertiäre Amine als säurebinccnde Mittel dienen: Pyridin und Pyridinbascn,
Triethylamin etc.; ebenso kann das jeweilige Azabicycloalkan
der Formel II, im Ueberschuss in die Reaktion eingesetzt, als
säurebindendes Kittel dienen. Von anorganischen Basen kommen die
Hydroxide und Carbonate der Alkali- und Erdalkalimetalle, in erster Linie Natriumhydroxid, Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, ferner die
Hydroxide und Carbonate des Lithiums, Bariums, Strontiums, Magnesiums
sowie qunternäre Ammonium-Verbindungen, die in Gegenwart von
Wasser als Basen reagieren, beispielsweise Tetrarnethylammoniumhyaroxid,
ect., in Betracht.
Als Lösungsmittel können verwendet werden: aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, wie
Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Petroläther, Chlorbenzol, Methylenchlorid,
Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Aether und ätherartige Lösungsmittel, wie Dialkyläther, Tetrahydrofuran;, als mit Wasser mischbare
Lösungsmittel kommen in Betracht: Alkanole, Ketone usw.
J3ie erfin'iungsgemitssen Umsetzungen eines substituierten Azabicycloalkans
der Formel II nach einer der angegebenen Methoden zu Verbindungen der Formel I werden bei Temperaturen von -20 bis
HlOO0C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0 und +300C durchgeführt.
Die Azabicycloalkane der Formel II sind zum Teil bekannte und zum Teil neue Verbindungen. Die neuen werden in an sich bekannter
Weise durch Hydrierung der entsprechenden Heteroaromatcn bei 100 - 180 C und 100 - 200 AtU, in Wässriger Emulsion und in Anwesen
lie it von Edelhiotall-Katatysatoran, beispielsweise von Ruthenium/
Kohl (!-Kutaly.,.'!toren, hergestellt.
Die von der Formel II umfassten Ausgangsverbindungon liegen
in '?. isomeren Formen vor und zwar in der eis- und dor trans-Konfi-

guration. Im Falle cfes 2-Azabicyclo(4.4.0l-decans (Decahydrochinolin

von Verbindungen der Formel I mit eis- bzw. trans-Konfiguration. Die neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I be-.
sitzen ausgezeichnete herbizide Eigenschaften und sind zum Teil als allgemeine Herbizide und zum Teil zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern
und Ungräsern in Reiskulturen (Wasser- und Trockenreiskulturen) geeignet. Von diesen Wirkstoffen werden in Reiskulturen schwer
bekämpfbare Unkrautarten erfasst: zum Beispiel in Wasserreiskulturen
Echinochloa sp., Eleocharis sp., Monochoria, Sagittaria, Ranicum sp., Cyperaceen, Rotala, Linderia, Vandellia, Paspalum
ep. etc.; in Trockenreiskulturen ebenfalls Echinochloa sp., Digitar
ep., Brachiaria sp., Sida sp., Cyperaceen, Acanthosperum sp. etc.
Da die Wirkstoffe die unerwünschten Pflanzen allmählich abtöten und
somit die Sauerstoffbilanz und das biologische Gleichgewicht nicht krass beeinträchtigen, sind sie für die Anwendung in Wasserreiskulturen
sehr gut geeignet. Ausserdem besitzen die Wirkstoffe ein lnreites Wirkungsspektrum gegen verschiedenartige Wasserkräuter,
z.B. gegen emerse Pflanzen, Wasserpflanzen mit und ohne Schwimmblätter,
submerse Pflanzen, Algen etc.
Sowohl die eis- als auch die trans-Azabicycloallkane der
Formel I sowie Mischungen beider Formen sind herbizid wirksam.
Einige der neuen Azabicycloalkane der Forr>e! I besitzen,
ausseidem eine fungizide Wirkung auf zahlreiche phytophatogene
Pilze. So werden beispielweise echte Mehltaupilze, wie Gurkenmehltau
(Erysiphe cichoracearum), Apfelmehltau (podosphaera leucotricha), Rosenmehltau (Sphaerotheca pannosa), Weizenmehltau
(Erysiphe grarainis) sowie falsche Mehltaupilze, wie der Erreger der Kraut- und Knollenfäule der Kartoffel (Phytophthora
infest ans), der falsche Rebenmehltau (Plastnophora viticola),
ferner Blattfleckenerreger, wie die Erreger der Dörrfleckenkrankheit der Tomate (Alternaria solani), der Blattfleckenkrankheit
des Sellerie (Septoria spicola) und Rostpilze, wie Bohnenrost (Uromyces appendiculatus), ferner der schwer bekämpfbare Grauschimmel
(Botrytis cinerea) etc., bei Anwendung der neuen Wirk-

stoffe abgetötet, beziehungsweise in ihrem Wachstum gehemmt.
Das breite Wirkungsspektrum der neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I erlaubt es, sie auch zu der wichtigen
Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern au Γ dem die Reiskulturen
umgebenden Gebiet, wie Gräben, Kanalbetten, Dämmen etc., einzusetzen. Von diesen Wirkstoffen werden nicht nur die genannten,
in Reiskulturen vorkommenden Ungräser, sondern auch andere grasartige und breitblättrige Unkräuter vernichtet. Die
Wirkstoffe können bei der Vorbereitung der Reisbetten und nach dem Auflaufen der Kulturpflanzen zur Vernichtung eines bereits
aufgelaufenen Unkruatbestandes verwendet werden. Sowohl der in Wasser als auch in Trockenkulturen angebaute Reis erleidet durch
Applikation der neuen substituierten 2-Azabicycloalkane in den

Üblichen Aufwandmengen keine Schädigung, in hohen Aufwandmengenl
reversible Schäden. Die Aufwandmengen sind verschieden und vom Applikationszeitpurikt abhängig, sie liegen zwischen 0,5 und 6,
vorzugsweise 4 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar, bei Applikation vor dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen. Aufwandmengen von 10-30 kg Wirkstoff pro

Die für den Reisanbau wichtige Fruchtfolge kann bei Anwendung der neuen Wirkstoffe ohne Beeinträchtigung erfolgen.
Ausserdem können Azabicycloalkane der Formel I auch als
Wachstumregulatoren, beispielsweise zur Entblätterung, Verzögerung der Blute etc. eingesetzt werden. Mit den neuen Verbindungen wird
das vegetative Pflanzenwachstum und die Keimfähigkeit beeinflusst,
die Blütenbildung, die Fruchtentwicklung und die Ausbildung von Trennungsgeweben gefördert. Die Ausbildung unerwünschter Geiztriebe
bei verschiedenen Pflanzenarten wird sehr stark vermindert. Die neuen Verbindungen wirken auch sekretionsfordernd, z.B. wird der
Latex-Fluss bei Hevea brasiliensis gefördert. Wie Versuche zeigten, wird die Bewurzelung von Setzlingen und Stecklingen sowie die
Knollenbildung bei Kartoffeln günstig beeinflusst. Die Keimfähigkeit
von Saatgut, wie z.B. Saatkartoffeln und Hülsenfrüchten, wird bei niederen Konzentrationen gefördert, bei höheren verhindert

und Fruchtausfürbung beschleunigt und verbessert. Durch die Ausbildung
von Trennungsgewebe wird die Frucht- und Blattabszission wesentlich erleichtert. Grosse wirtschaftliche Bedeutung hat dies
für die mechanische Ernte, z.B. von Citrusfrüchten oder Baumwolle.
Zur Herstellung von herbiziden Mitteln werden die Wirkstoffe mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln
vermischt. Zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrunis kann man diesen Mitteln noch andere Herbizide zumischen, beispielsweise aus der
Reihe, der Triazine, wie Halogen-diamino-s-triazine, Alkoxy- und
Alkylthio-diamino-s-triazine, Triazole, Diazine, wie Uracile,
aliphatisch^ Carbonsäuren und Halogencarbonsäuren, halogenierte
Benzoesäuren und Phenylessigsauren, Aryloxyalkancarbonsäuren,
Hydrazide, Amide, Nitrile, Ester solcher Carbonsäuren, Carbaminsäure-
und Thiocarbaminsäureester, Harnstoff etc.

Die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulichen d:
verfahren der neuen substituierten 2-Azabicycloalkane der Forme]
I. Die Temperaturen sind in Celsi.usgraden angegeben.
Bei* spiel 1
Zu einer Lösung von 11,1 g cis-Decahydrochinolin in 100 ml
50%igem, wässrigen Alkohol gibt man eine Lösung ven 4,5 g Kaliumhydroxid
in 50 ml Wasser und tropft unter Rühren und Kühlen bei 0-5° 6,1 g Schwefelkohlenstoff zu der Mischung. Nach einstundigem
Nachrühren bei 5-10° fügt man 8,7 g Aethylbrcmid auf einmal zu und rührt 8 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur weiter. Dann verdünnt
man das Reaktionsgemische mit 200 ml Wasser und nimmt, das ausgeschiedene
OeI in Methylenchlorid auf. Nach dem Trocknen und Eindampfen des Lösungsmittels erhält man ein gelbliches OeI, das bei 50°
während 3 Stunden im Hochvakuum von flüchtigen Verunreinigungen
befreit wird. Ausbeute: 17 g (85% d. Th.) l-CAethylthio-thio-carbonyl)·
20
cis-deeahydrochinolin (nD = 1,5997).
Eine Lösung von 12 g trans-Decahydrochinolin in 100 ml Aethanol
versetzt man mit einer Lösung von 3,5 g Natriumhydroxyd in 50 ml Wasser, kühlt auf 0° und tropft unter Rühren 6,6 g Schwefelkohlenstoff
zu der Mischung. Nach einstündigem Nachr'j.hren bei 5-15° fügt
man auf einmal 6.9 g Allylchlorid zu und rührt 15 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur weiter. Man giesst. nun zum Reaktionsgemisch 300 ml
Wasser und extrahiert das ausgeschiedene OeI mil: Methylenchlorid.
Die getrocknete Lösung wird auf ca. 30 ml eingeengt und über eine
Säule mit 75 g Aluminiumoxid "Woelm" (Aktivitäts-Stufe III)
chromatografiert. Das Eluat ergibt 8,6 g eines gelblichen OeIs das
bei 200°0eltadtcmperatur und 0,1 Torr in einer Kugelrohrdestillationsapparatur
abdestilliert werden kann.
Ausbeute: 8,0 g (72%d..Th.) 1- (Al ] .ylthio-thioccn bonyl) - trans-de.cahydrochinolin
als farbloses, viskoses Oe].

12,5 g Octahydroindol werden in L50 ml 5070 igein, wässrigem
Aethanol gelöst und 50 ml 2-n Natronlauge zugefügt. Zu der gerührten
und gekühlten Lösung tropft man bei 0-5° 7,6 g Schwefelkohlenstoff
und rührt 30 Minuten bei 15°-2O° weiter. Nun gibt man 1 1., 5 g 2,3-Dichlor-propen
zu der Mischung und rührt nochmals 24 Stunden bei
Raumtemperatur. Man enfernt d;is AeLhanol zum gross tem Teil im
.Vakuum und nimmt das ausgeschiedene OeI in Aether auf. Nach dem
Trocknen und Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels in Vakuum chromatografiert
man das bräunliche OeI Über Aluminiumoxid "Woelm" (Akt.Stufe III)
und eluiert mit Benzol/Methylenchlorid JO:1. Nach dem Eindampfen
des Eluats im Vakuum und Trocknen des erhaltenen gelblichen OeIs
unter 0,1 Torr erhält man 21 g (76% d.'i'h.) 1-(2-ChIorallyl thio-thio-
20 carbonyl)-octahydroindol mit dem Brechungsindex n" = 1,6107.

Die herbizide Wirkurig der neuen Verbindungen wird durch folgende
Versuche verdeutlicht.
I. Vorauflauf-Vorsuch
Der Wirkstoff wird als lOXigcs Fulverkonzentrat in einer Konzentration
von 30'kg Aktivsubstanz - pro ha in Erde eingearbeitet.
Die so vorbereitete Erde wird in Saatschalcn eingefüllt, worin folgere'-:
Testpflanzen eingesät werden:
Hirse (Setaria italica), Senf (Sinapis alba), Hafer (Avcna sativa),
Raygras (Lolium perenne) und Wicke (Vicia sativa).
Die Schalen wurden dann .i;n Gewächshaus bei 20 - 24°C und 70%
relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten.
Die Auswertung des Versuches erfolgt nach 20 Tagen und die
Beurteilung nach dem 9er Index.

III. Heminime. dor; Liim'env.'rtchstur.i.s von Gräsern
Eine Rasemnischung, bestehend aus Lolium perenne (20%), Poa
pratensis (23%)) Festuca ov. (10%) und Festuca rubra (47%), wird 4 Monate lang in Saatschalen kultiviert und einmal wöchentlich
geschnitten. Don frisch geschnittenen ca. 1,5 cm hohen Rasen behandelt
man dann mit wässrigen oder wässrig-acetonischcn Wirkstofflbsungen.
/vnschliessend wird der Rasen bei 25°. und 65% relativer
Luftfeuchtigkeit unter 15000 Lux gehalten. 4 Wochen nach Applikation
der Wirkstoffe wird das Längenwachstum bonitiert.
In der folgenden Tabelle ist die durch den Wirkstoff bei
verschiedenen Aufwandmengen hervorgerufene Verminderung des Längenwachstums
im folgenden Bonitlerungsschlussel angegeben.

IV Die fungizide Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen wird durch
folgende Versuche verdeutlicht;:

In Petrischalen, die mit befeuchtetem Filterpapier
ausgelegt sind, werden je drei gut entwickelte, gleichgrosse
Blätter von Vicia faba gelegt, die mit einer aus der als Spritzpulver formulierten Wirksubstanz hergestellten
Brühe (0,1 7O Aktivsubstanz-Gehalt), tropfnass besprliht
werden. Nach dem Abtrocknen des Spritzbelages werden sie mit einer frisch bereiteten Sporensuspension des Pilzes
infiziert. Nach dem die Blätter 1-2 Tage in feuchter Atmosphäre bei 18-2O°C gehalten worden sind, zeigen sich auf
den Blättern schwarze, zunächst punktfürmige Flecken, die sich rasch ausbreiten. Anzahl und Grüsse der Infektionsstellen
dienen als Bewertungsmasstab fUr die Wirksamkeit
der Prüfsubstanz.
In den folgenden Tabellen V und VI bedeuten:

Wirkung gegen den echten Mehltau an ApfeIhäumchcai
Apfelstecklinge des Typs MM 111 werden im Gewächshaus
herangezogen. Wenn sich je 3 - 4 Klätter an den sich
bildenden Seitentrieben entfaltet haben, v/erden die Versuchsprodukte als lO'/a^Spritzpulver in den Konzentrationen 0,1%
bis 0,05% AS auf je 4 Bäumchen aufgesprüht, bis die Blätter
tropfnass sind. Nach dein Antrocknen des Spritzbelages v;erden
die Blätter auf der Oberseite mit einer Sporensuspension des Pilzes Podosphaera leucotricha (Ell. et Ev.) Salm,
gleichmässig besprüht. Die Pflanzen werden bei 2O°C im Gewächshaus
gehalten. 7 und 14 Tage nach der ersten Behandlung werden die Bäuaichen erneut mit den Versuchsprodukten
besprllht, wie oben beschrieben. Bis zum Sichtbarwerden der Krankheitssymptome auf den unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen
stehen die Pflanzen bei 200C und ca. 90% relativer Feuchtigkeit
im Gewächshaus. Etwa 10 - 12 Tage nach der letzten Fungizidbehandlung erfolgt die Auswertung der Versuche,
indem die Anzahl Infektionen pro Blatt ermittelt und aus den sich ergebenden Einzelwerten ein Mittelwert je Produkt
und Konzentration errechnet wird.
Im Gewächshaus werden Rebstecklinge der Sorte "Chasselas" herangezogen. Im 10 Blatt-Stadium v/erden sie,
wie oben beschrieben, mit den Versuchssubstanzen besprliht.
Je Substanz und Konzentration v/erden 3 Pflanzen verwendet. Nach dem Antrocknendes Spritzbelages werden die Pflanzen
auf der Blattunterseite mit der Sporensuspension von Plasmopara
viticola (Bert, et Curt.) (Berl. et DeToni) gleichmässig
infiziert. Die Pflanzen werden anschliessend in eine Sprlihkabine gebracht, in der durch Vernebeln von Wasser
die Pflanzenoberfläche während 7-8 Tagen feucht gehalten wird, ohne dass Wasser abtropft. Dann sind die Krankheits-

Die übriger. Substanzen wurden in gleicher V7ei.se getestet: und
zeigten 'ähnliche Wirkung. Die Herstellung erfindungsgerr.ässer herbizider
Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Ver-.tnischen
und Vermählen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit
geeigneten Träger Steffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber
den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispersions- oder. Losungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe
können in devn folgenden Aufarbeitungsfor men vorliegen und
. angewendet v;erden:
feste Aufarbeitungsformen: St'aubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate,
Umhüllungsgranulate, Iir.pra'gnierungEgranulate
und Homogengranulate;
in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver (wettable
powder), Pasten, Emulsionen; flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: Lösungen.
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (St'aubemittel, Streumittel,
Granulate) vier den die Wirkstoffe mit den festen Tr a" gerstoffen
vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum,Eolus,
Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgrits, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte
Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium- und Kaliu'.naluminiumsilikate
(Feldspate und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, gemahlene
Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniurasulfat, Ammoniumphosphate,
Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe, gemahlene pflanzliche Podukte, wie
Getreidemehl, Bsur.irindemehl, Holzmehl, Nusschalenirehl, Cellulosepulver,
Rückstände von Pflanzenextraktionen, Aktivkohle etc., je für
eich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage.
Die Korngrös.se der Träger stoffe betragt für Stc'iubernittel zweckmSssig
bis ca. 0,1 cm, für Streumittel ca. 0,075 bis 0,2 mm und für
,Granulate 0,2 ram oder mehr.
Die Wirkstofi'-cor.zentrationen in den festen Aufarbcitungsforircn
betragen 0,5 bis S07o.
Diesen Geniecken k'ünnen ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende
Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionenaktive und kationenaktive
Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der
Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und P/lanzenteilcn verbessern (Haft- und

sowie Latex-Produkte.
In Wasser dispargierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h. Spritzpulver
(wettable powder), Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden
kb'nnen. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den
Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen
und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration
in diesen Mitteln beträgt 5 - 80%.
Die Spritspulver (wettable powder) und Pasten werden erhalten,
indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverfürmigen
TrSgerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt
und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend
für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten Stoffe in Frage.I
manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe
zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet
x^erden: Kondensritionsprodukte von sulfonierten! Naphthalin und
sulfonierten Kaphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte
des ITaphtbalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und
Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und F.r dal kalisalze von Ligninsulfonsäurc,
weiter Alkylarylsulfonato, Alkr.lL- und Erdalkaiimatallsalze
der Dibutylru'.phthalinsulfonsiiure, Fouta'iUoholsulfate, v;ie S.il^e

Als Antischaummittel kovranen zur:i Bsispicl Silicone· in Frage.
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zus'ät?;en εο
vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert, class bei den Spritzpulvern
der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 mm und bei.
den Pasten von 0,03 ytuü nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von
Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie
in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel
xind Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel körnen beispielsweise
die folgenden in Frage: Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxyd und im Bereich von 12O-35O"C siedende Mineralölfraktionen.
Die Lösungsmittel fall ssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht
phytotoxisch, de« Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert und dürfen nicht leicht .brennbar sein.
Ferner können die erfindungsgernässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen
angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff, bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln,
Lösungstnittelgcmischen oder Wasser gelöit. Als organische
Lösungsmittel können aliphatisch^ und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe,
deren chlorierte Derivate, Alky!naphthaline, Minaralüle allein oder
als Mischung untereinander verwendet v;erden. Die Losungen sollen
die Wirkstoffe in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 1 bis 20% enthalten."
Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemSssen Mitteln lassen sich andere
biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen
Mittel aussei" den genannten Verbindungen eier Formel I zuv-i Beispiel
Insektizide, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Fungi;:tatika, Bakteriostatika
oder Nematozide zur Verbreiterung des Wirkmiipispektrums enthalten. .
Die erfindungsgenfassen Mittel können ferner noch Pflanzendünger,
Spurenelemente usw. enthalten.
Im folgenden werden Aufarbeitur.ssformer» der neuen substituierte
2-Azabicycloalkanü beschrieben. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile.

Zur Herstellung eines 57JLgen Granulates v;erden die folgenden
Stoffe verwendet:
5 Teile l-(Aethylthio-thio-onrbon.yl)-trans-deca-
hydrochinolin
0,25 Teile Epi chlor hy drin, 0,25 'feile Cei-.ylpolyglykoläther,
3,50 Teile PolyUUhylcnslykolSthor (Carbov.-a:;) ,
91 Teile Kaolin (Korngri.-s.se 0,3 - 0,8 l.r.i) .
Die Aktivsubstans v;ird mit Eplchlorhydrin vermischt und in
'•6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird PolytthylcnglykolMther und
Cety!polyglykolether zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Losung vird auf
Kaolin aufgesprüht und ar.schliessend im Vakuum verdampft. Aehnliche
Granulat«v:erden auch erhalten, v;enn anstelle des genannten Wirkstoff
es 2.3. 1- (Aethylthio-carbonyJ )~2"raethyl"decah3rdrochir;olin
oder 1-(Aethylthio-carbonyl)-octahydroindol. verv;endet vrerden.
Zur Herstellung eines a) 5O7agen, b) 257=,igen und c) l07Jgen
Spritzpulvers v;erden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:
a) 50 Teile !-(Aethylthio-thio-carbonyl)-eis- .
decahydrochinolin,
5 Teile Katriundilnitylnaphthylculfonat,
3 loile KaphthalinsulforisSurc-.—Phenolsiilfonsiiure
Forinaldehyd-Kor.dcnsat 3:2:1,
20 Teile Kaolin,
22 Teile Champagne-Krei de;
b) 25 Teile l-CAethylthio-thio-carbonyl)-cis-
decahydrochinolin,
5 Teile Oleylmethyl taurid-K-i-Salz,
2,5 Teile Naphthalin.-uilfens-jure-Fornialdehyd-Konden
sat,
0,5 Teile Carboxymethylcellulose,
0,5 Teile Carboxymethylcellulose,

c) 10 Teile 1-(Methylthio-thio-carbonyl) -trans-

Der angegebene Wirkstoff wird auf die entsprechenden Träger-Stoffe
(Kaolin und Kreide) aufgezogen und anschliessend vermischt und vermählen. Man erhSlt Spritzpulver von vorzüglicher Benetzbarkeit
und Schwebefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern können durch Verdünnen
mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Wirkstoffkonzentration erhalten werden. Darartige Suspensionen werden zur Bekämpfung von
ünkrgutern und Ungrgsern in Wasser- und Trockenreiskulturen vor und
tmcb dem Auflaufen der Kulturpflanze Reis verwendet.

Zur Herstellung einer 45%igen Pasta worden folgende Stoffe
verwendet:
45 "" Teile eines Wirkstoffs der Formel I

1Λ Teile Cetylpolyglykclathor mit 8 Mol Aethyleno.xyd,
. 1 Teil Oleylpolyglykolather. mit 5 Mol Aethylenoxyd,
2 Teile Spindelb'l,
10 Teile Polyäthylsnglykol,
23 Teile Wasser.
Der Wirkstoff wird mit den Zuschlagstoffen in dazu geeigneten
Geräten innig vermischt und vermählen. Man erhalt eine Paste, aus
der sich .durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschter.
konzentration herstellen lassen. Die Suspensionen eignen sich zum
Seispiel zur Behandlung von Wasserreiskulturen vor und nach dem Auflaufen
der Kulturpflanzen.
Tftnulsionskonzentrat
Zur Herstellung eines 10%igen Enailsi'.nvjkonzentrates vier den
10 Teile eines Wirkstoffs der Formel I
15 Teile Oleylpolyglykola'thar mit 8 Mol Aethylenoxyd,
75 Teile Isophoron.
li.teinander vermischt. Dieses Konzentrat kann mit Wasser zu Emulsioic-n
uf geeignete Konzentrationen verdünnt werden. Solche Emulsionen werden zum Beispiel vor dem Auflaufen der Reispflanzen auf Trocken-
?:eiskulturen appliziert.

Claims (13)
- Patentansprüche 1. Substituierte Azabicycloalkane der Formel IR einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, einen Alkenylrest mit 3-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, der durch Chlorsubstituiert sein kann,
R, und Rj je Wasserstoff oder das eine Methyl und das andereWasserstoff und
η die Zahl 1 oder 2 bedeuten. - 2. 1-(Allylthio-thio-carbonyI)-trans-decahydrochinolin.
- 3. l-(Aethylthio-thio-carbonyl)-cis-decahydrochinolin.
- 4. l-(2-Chlorallylthio-thio-carbony])-2-methyl-octahydroindol.
- 5. l-(Aethylthio-thiocarbonyl)-2-methyl-octahydroindol.
- 6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Azabicycloalkan der Formel II:(ID1 ' Ha) entweder mit einem Thiokohlensä'urehalogoid der Formel III:HaI-C-SR (III)Ilon oo ο λ /ionoin der Hal Chlor oder Brom bedeutet,b) oder mit den Bildungskomponenten eines Thiokohlensäurehalogenids der Formel III, nämlich Thiophosgen und einem Alkalimetallsalz eines Mercaptans der Formel IV:R - SH (IV)wobei in den Formeln II, III und IV die Symbole R, R,, R2 und η die unter Formel I des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,c) oder mit Schwefelkohlenstoff und einem Alkylierungsmittel der Formel V in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden MittelsR-X (V)in derX Halogen, einen Alkoxysulfonyloxy- oder Arylsulfonyloxyrest bedeutet undR die unter Formel I des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat, umsetzt.
- 7. Pflanzenbeeinflussendes und fungizides Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff ein substituiertes Azabicycloalkan getnäss Anspruch 1 zusammen mit Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln und gegebenenfalls weiteren herbiziden und pestiziden Wirkstoffen enthält.
- 8. Mittel gemäss Patentanspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an l-(Allylthio-thio-carbonyl)-trans-decahydrochinolin.
- 9. Mittel gemäss Patentanspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an l-(Aethylthio-thio-carbonyl)-cis-decahydrochinolin.
- 10. Mittel gemäss Patentanspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch'einen Gehalt an l-(2-Chlorallylthio-thio-cnrbonyl-2-methyl-octahydroindol.209834/1202
- 11. Mittel getnäss Patentanspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an l-(Aethylthio-thiocarbonyl)-2-methyl-octahydroindol.
- 12. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in Reiskulturen gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von herbiziden substituierten Azabicycloalkanen gemäss Anspruch 1 oder von Mitteln gemä'ss Anspruch 7 .
- 13. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung phytopathogener Pilze, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von substituierten Azabicycloalkanen getnäss Anspruch 1 oder von Mitteln gemäss Anspruch 7.209834/1202
