Description
Medizinischer Verband
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen medizinischen Verband zur Verwendung bei kontinuierlicher Verabreichung
von systemisch wirksamen Arzneimitteln oder Medikamenten*
Ein Haupt zweck der Arzneimitteltherapie besteht darin, zu erreichen, daß während einer gewissen Zeitperiode (Stunden,
Tagen, Monaten) eine besondere (gleichmäßige, veränderliche oder modulierte) Arzneimittelmenge im Blut umläuft. Viele
Arzneimittel, beispielsweise steroide Hormone, v/erden in verhältnismäßig kurzer Zeit absorbiert und sie' wirken nicht
lange infolge schneller Umwandlung und Ausscheidung nach der Verabreichung. Um den gewünschten therapeutischen
Effekt zu erhalten, ist es in den meisten Fällen notwendig, ein Dosleitungssystem zwecks Verabreichung mehrerer Einheitsdosen
während einer Periode von 2Λ Stunden zu entwickeln.
Die meinten Arzneimittel v/erden oral oder durch Injektion ν ο x* ab reicht ^ und mit keiner dieser Verabreichungsarten wird

mittelmenge im Blut umläuft.
Bei oraler Verabreichung von Arzneimitteln ist es schwierig, wenn nicht unmöglich, zu erreichen, daß eine
konstante Arzneimittelmenge im Blut umläuft. Dies trifft zu, selbst wenn das Arzneimittel in Übereinstimmung mit
einem gut bestimmten Plan in periodischen Intervallen verabreicht wird. Ein Grund hierfür besteht darin, daß
die Geschwindigkeit der Absorption von Arzneimitteln durch den Magen- und Darmtrakt durch den Inhalt des Traktes beeinflußt
xd-rd. Durch Verabreichung des Arzneimittels vor
oder nach dem Essen, durch die Art und Menge der gegessenen Nahrungsmittel (beispielsweise Nahrungsmittel.mit hohem
w oder niedrigem Fettgehalt) oder durch Verabreichung vor
oder nach dem Abführen kann die Geschwindigkeit der Absorption der Arzneimittel in dem Dünndarm gesteuert wer-.
den, und die Zeit des Durchganges durch den Dünndarm ist ein anderer bestimmender Faktor. Dies wird wiederum
durch das Ausmaß oder die Geschwindigkeit des perist altischen Zusammenziehens beeinflußt, wodurch eine weitere
Ungewißheit hinzugefügt wird. Weiterhin ist auch das . Ausmaß oder die Geschwindigkeit der Zirkulation des Blutes
durch den Dünndarm wichtig.
Das im wesentlichen unvermeidbare Ergebnis oraler Verabreichung von Arzneimitteln durch den Magen- und Darmtrakt
besteht darin, daß. bei jeder Verabreichung des Arzneimittels der im Umlauf befindliche Arzneimittelwert hochschnellt,
wonach eine Abnahme der Konzentration in den Blut- und Körper zellen bzw. in den Blutgefäßen, und den
Körperteilen folgt. Demgemäß zeigt eine Aufzeichnung der in Zirkulation befindlichen Arzneimittelmenge bei Dosierung
oder Verabreichung mehrerer Tabletten während eines Tages eine Reihe von Höhepunkte, welche die toxische Schwelle
überschreiten können, und von Tiefpunkte» Jedesmal, wenn der Arzneiwittelgehalt im Blut unter einen kritischen
Wert fällt, der notwendig ist, um den gewünschten therapeutischen Effekt zu erhalten, wird dieser Effekt nicht

mehr erhalten. Noch unangenehmer ist es, daß bei
antibakteriellen Arzneimitteinsich die Krankheit erzeugenden Mikroorganismen schnell vermehren,
wenn die Konzentration des im Umlauf befindlichen Arzneimittels unter einen kritischen Wert fällt. Es
ist wahrscheinlich, daß die gegen Arzneimittel widerstandsfähigen mutierten Arten, die zunehmend vorherrschend
werden und eines der Hauptprobleme bei der Therapie von Infektionskrankheiten darstellen, genau
während solcher Zeiten gebildet werden.
Ein Lösungsversuch für dieses Problem ist das
Aufkommen der sogenannten Langzeit freigäbe oder Lang—
zeitkapsel in oraler Verabreichungsform. Hierdurch können
in vielen Fällen in vitro und bei Tierversuchen oder klinischen Versuchen bei gesteuerter Ernährung und Aktivität
zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse erzielt werden, jedoch besteht nur ein geringes oder gar kein Anzeichen
dafür, daß diese Verabreichungsformen dahingehend wirksam
sind, während einer längeren Zeitperiode unter den normalen Bedingungen, die von dem ambulanten Patienten
daß
angetroffen werden,/erreicht wird, daß eine vorhersehbare Arzneimittelmenge kontinuierlich umläuft oder
zirkuliert.
Viele wirksame therapeutische Mittel werden durch Bakterienfloren oder Mägen- und Darmsekretionen zerstört
oder werden in dem Magen- und Darmtrakt schlecht absorbiert.
Verabreichung von Arzneimitteln durch Injektion ist unbequem, schmerzvoll und die Gefahr einer örtlichen
Gewebereaktion und einer Infektion ist ernsthaft. Weiterhin besteht das typische Ergebnis einer Verabreichung durch
Injektion in einem Hochschnellen der Arzneimittelkonzen*-
tration im Blut unmittelbar1 nach der Injektion, wonach
sich eine Konzentrationsverringerung und ein weiteres Hochschnellen der Konzentration bei nachfolgenden Injektionen ergibt.

Andere Dosaerungsformen wie Rektalsuppositorien
und Unterzungenpastillen erzeugen ebenfalls ungleichmäßige Mengen des im Umlauf befindlichen therapeutischen
Mittels. Diese Dosierungsformen erfordern gute Zusammenarbeit
seitens des Patienten, werden vom Patienten nicht gern genommen und v/erden in dem größten Teil der Welt
selten verwendet.
Sämtliche oben beschriebenen Dosierungsformen bewirken
einen impulsformigen Eintritt des Arzneimittels was bedeutet, daß eine konzentrierte Dosis des Arzneimittels in
Berührung mit einem Eintrittsorgan zu einer besonderen Zeiteinheit gebracht wird. Unzweifelhaft werden hierdurch
Arzneimittelkonzentrationen erzeugt, die jenseits der Aufnahmekapazität der aktiven Zentren liegen (d.h., der
Sättigungsgrad wird um viele Größenordnungen überschritten), wobei die Konzentrationen bis zur Verdünnung in Körperflüssigkeiten
die Kapazität der Umwandlungs- und Ausscheidungsmechanismen überschreiten können. Das Ergebnis besteht
darin, daß sich ein toxischer Arzneimittelpegel wahrend einer Zeitperiode aufbauen kann, woraus sich
schädliche Wirkungen für besondere Gewebe oder Organe ergeben. Um ein Andauern der Wirkung zu erhalten, besteht
die übliche industrielle Annäherung darin, die anfängliche Dosis hoch zu machen oder die Arzneimittelstruktur zu
■ändern, um eine längere Umwandlungshalblebensdauer des
Arzneimittels im Umlauf zu erhalten. Durch Erhöhen der anfänglichen Dosierung wird jedoch das Problem noch verschlimmert.
Viele Derivate mit langen Halblebensdauern
haben einen niedrigeren therapeutischen Index (Verhältnis
ζ v/i sehen der mittleren toxischen Dosis und der mittleren
v/irksamen Dosis) als die Haupt verb indungen, und daher stellen diese Annäherungen oder Versuche keine Antwort
auf das Problem dar.
Um die oben diskutierten Probleme au vermeiden,
ist vorgeschlagen worden, daß systemisch wirksame Arzneimittel
durch die Haut hindurch verabreicht werden können.

Percutane Verabreichung kann den Vorteil haben,
daß kontinuierliche Verabreichung eines Arzneimittels zum Umlaufen während einer längeren Zeitperiode ermöglicht
ist, um gleichmäßige Abgabemenge oder Abgabegeschwindigkeit und gleichmäßige Arzneimittelmenge im
Blut zu erhalten. Beginn und Ende der Arzneimitteltherapie v/erden durch Anlegen und Abnehmen der Dosierungsvorrichtung an die Haut bzw. von der Haut eingeleitet.
Ungewißheiten der Verabreichung durch den Magen- und Darmtrakt und die Unbequemlichkeit der Verabreichung durch
Injektion sind beseitigt. Da niemals eine hohe Arzneimittelkonzentration in den Körper eintritt, sind die
Probleme des impulsartigen oder stoßartigen Eintritts überwunden und die Umwandlungshalblebensdauer stellt
keinen Faktor von steuernder Wichtigkeit dar.
Trotz dieser Vorteile der Verabreichung von systemisch
wirksamen Arzneimitteln durch die Haut hindurch waren bekannte Vorrichtungen, die für diesen Zweck gestaltet
wurden, entweder unpraktisch oder unwirksam und sie ermöglichten keine kontinuierliche Verabreichung
und keine kontinuierliche Abgabemenge oder Abgabegeschwindigkeit. Diese Form der Verabreichung ist vom Arztberuf
bisher noch nicht akzeptiert, und die einzige bekannte Art, um kontinuierliche Abgabegeschwindigkeit oder Abgabemenge
zu erhalten, bleibt das kontinuierliche intravenöse Eintropfen.
Demgemäßpesteht ein. Zweck der Erfindung darin, eine
Vorrichtung zur Verabreichung systemisch wirksamer Arzneimittel zu schaffen, durch v/elche die vorgenannten Nachteile
überwunden v/erden, die bei bekannten Verabreichungsarten
vorhanden sind.
Ein anderer Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin, eine zuverlässig und bequem anlegbare Vorrichtung für kontinuierliche
Verabreichung gesteuerter Mengen von systemisch wirksamem Arzneimibteln durch die Haut hindurch zu schaffen.

hindurch zu schaffen«
Ein !weiterer Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin,
einen vollständigen Dosierungsplan für eine besondere
Zeitperiode zu schaffen, wobei ein Eingriff des Patienten nur für die Einleitung und die Beendigung erforderlich
ist.
Um diese Zwecke zu erreichen, besteht ein Merkmal der Erfindung in einem Verband zur Verwendung bei kontinuierlicher
Verabreiehungjvon systemisch wirksamen

Schichtkörperj der einen Unterlagenteil, welcher eine
Oberfläche des Verbandes bestimmt«, ein druckempfindliches
Klebmittels welches für'Berührung mit der Haut oder der
Schleimhaut; eines Patienten geeignet ist und dessen
Außenfläche die andere Oberfläche des Verbandes bestimmt, und zwischen den durch, den Unterlagenteil und das druckempfindliche
Klebmittel bestimmten Flächen wenigstens ein Reservoir aufweist^ welches eine sjsteiaiscli wirksame
Arzneimittelzusammensetaung aufweist, die in einem ¥andteil
umgrenzt ists der aus die freigabegesehwindigkeit
des Arzneimittels steuerndem Material gebildet ist? um

Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist in einem
Verband zn sehen,, der einen Unterlagenteil aufweist,
welcher eine druckempfindliche Klebmittelschicht auf
einer seiner Flächen trägt· In dem druckempfindlichen
Klebmittel sind Mikrokapseln verteilt, die als äußeres Arzneimittelreservoir wirken und ein systemisch wirksames
Arzneimittel umfassen, welches mit einem Material umkapselt
ist, das für den Durchgang des Arzneimittels durchlässig ist. Das Arzneimittel ist in einer J?orm vorhanden, die für

Absorption durch die Haut oder orale Schleimhaut geeignet ist.
Eine andere Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist
in einem ähnlichen Verband zu sehen, der einen Unterlagenteil, eine diskrete mittlere Reservoirschicht,
die eine systemisch wirksame Arzneimittelzusammensetzung enthält, die in einem Wandteil umgrenzt ist, der aus
die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Material gebildet ist, und eine Fläche aus einem druckempfindlichen
Klebmittel aufweist, welches für Berührung mit der Haut oder der Schleimhaut eines Patienten geeignet ist. Auch hier ist das Arzneimittel in einer Form
vorhanden, die für Absorption durch die Haut oder orale
Schleimhaut geeignet ist.
Gemäß einem anderen Merkmal der unmittelbar zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsform der Erfindung umfaßt der
Verband eine löslichkeitsmembran, die zwischen der mittleren
Reservoirschicht und der Fläche aus dem druckempfindlichen
Klebmittel angeordnet ist.
Andere Zwecke, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung eingeben sich für den Fachmann aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung,
in der die Erfindung an Hand der Zeichnung erläutert ist.

Gemäß-den Fig. 1 und 2 umfaßt ein Verband 10
gemäß der Erfindung einen Unterlagenteil 11,der an einer seiner Flächen eine druckempfindliche Klebmittelschicht
14 trägt. In der Klebmittelschicht 14 sind in Fig. 1 nicht dargestellte Mikrokapseln 18
eines systemisch v/irksamen Arzneimittels,'welches van einem Material eingekapselt ist, das für den
Durchgang des Arzneimittels durchlässig ist, gleichmäßig verteilt.
Wie in den Fig* 3 und 4 dargestellt, umfaßt eine abgewandelte Ausführungsform eines Verbandes 10 gemäß
der Erfindung einen Unterlagenteil 11, der an einer
seiner Flächen ein Reservoir 12 aufweist. Eine Wand 13 des Reservoirs 12, die von dem Unterlagenteil 11 entfernt
liegt, trägt eine druckempfindliche Klebmittelschicht 14. Das Reservoir 12 enthält ein systemisch
wirksames Arzneimittel 15, und wenigstens die sich mit
der Klebmittelschicht 14 in Berührung befindende Wand 13 des Reservoirs 12 ist für den Durchgang des Arzneimittels
durchlässig.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine abgewandelte Ausfuhrungsform
des Verbandes gemäß den Fig. 3. und 4, bei welcher eine liöslichkeitsmembraib. 16 zwischen dem Reservoir 12 und
der druckempfindlichen Klebmittelschicht 14 angeordnet ist.
Um den Verband 10 gemäß der Erfindung au benutzen, wird er an die Haut des Patienten angelegt. Die Klebmittelschicht
14 sollte sich in fester Berührung mit der Haut befinden, so daß sie einen dichten Abschluß
mit dieser bildet. Das in den Mikrokapseln 18 oder in dem Reservoir 12 befindliche Arzneimittel wandert, und
zwar unabhängig davon, ob es in fester Form oder in Lösung vorhanden ist, durch die Wände der Mikrokapseln
18 oder der Reservoirschicht 12 hindurch, die als Löslichkeitsiriembran
wirkt, und in die Elebmittelschicht

hinein, beispielsweise durch Diffusion. Gewöhnlich würde erwartet werden, daß das V/andern
des Arzneimittels aufhört, wenn eine genügende Menge Arzneimittel die äußere !Fläche der Mikrokapseln 18 oder der Reservoirschicht 12 erreicht hat,
um ein Gleichgewicht zu erzeugen, oder wenn die Klebmittelschicht 14 mit dem Arzneimittel gesättigt
worden ist. Wenn jedoch die Klebmittelschicht 14 sich
mit der Haut des Patienten in Berührung befindet, wandern Arzneimittelmoleküle, die von der Außenfläche
der Mikrokapseln 18 oder der Reservoirschicht 12 kontinuierlich entfernt werden, durch die Klebmittelschicht
14 zu deren äußerer Fläche und werden von der Haut absorbiert. Absorbierte Arzneimittelmoleküle gelangen
durch die Haut und treten durch das Kapillarnetzwerk in den Kreislauf ein. Während der "Verband an irgendeinen
Bereich der Haut des Patienten angelegt werden kann, sind der untere Rücken und das Hinterteil oder
die Hinterbacken bevorzugte Bereiche. In ähnlicher Weise kann der Verband an die Schleimhaut des Mundes
angelegt werden, beispielsweise an die Gaumenschleimhaut oder Backenschleimhaut, um Absorption des Arzneimittels
durch die orale Schleimhaut zu erhalten. Obwohl es wichtig ist, eine flüssigkeitsdichte Klebdichtung
zwischen der Haut und dem Verband zu erhalten, wird dieses im Mund kritisch. Ohne eine solche Abdichtung
wird durch Befeuchtung der oralen Schleimhaut durch Speichel das Arzneimittel zu dem Magen- und Darmtrakt
überführt statb durch die orale Schleimhaut hindurch
in den Kreislauf.
Es ist für den Fachmann ersichtlich, daß der Verband
gemäß der Erfindung sich von bekannten Wundpflastern und Wundverbänden beträchtlich unterscheidet, die antiseptische Mittel oder örtlich v/irksame Arzneimittel enthalten.
Der Verband gemäß der Erfindung enthält ein systenisch v/irksames Arzneimittel, welches in einem

Reservoir eingekapselt ist, und er wird an die heile Haut angelegt, um das Arzneimittel für Zirkulation
in dem Blutstrom einzuführen und ein ' pharmakologisches Ansprechen an einer Stelle zu erzeugen,

äußeres Arzneimittelreservoir und schafft eine vollständige Dosierung während einer besonderen Zeitperiöde.
Die Bezeichnung ''Reservoir11, wie sie hier verwendet
wird, um den das Arzneimittel enthaltenden Teil der Verbände gemäß der Erfindung zu bezeichnen, soll eine weite
Klasse von Ausführungen umfassen, die in der Lage sind, ™ die beabsichtigte Punktion auszuüben, v/ob ei sowohl
diskrete Mikrokapseln als auch verschiedene Reservoirzellen oder ReservoirschicMien-umfaßt sind« In ähnlicher'
Weise umfaßt die vorgenannte Bezeichnung, wie es nachstehend im einzelnen beschrieben wird, mit Wänden versehene
Behälter? die eine odes? mehrere innere ein Arzneimittel
enthaltende Kammern aufweisen, sowie feste Matrizes,
in denen ein systemisch uiirfissses Arzneimittel verteilt ■
ist
Bei äer praktischen Ausführung der Erfindung kann man
irgendein systemisch wirksames Arzneimittel verwenden, das von der. Körperoberfläche absorbiert wird, auf welche der
Verband aufgebracht wird. Der Ausdruck Hsystemisch v/irksa- "
ises Arzneimittel" wird hier in seinem breitesten Umfang an-■
gewendet und bezeichnet eise Substanz oder eine Zusammensetzung, die ein pharmakologisches Ansprechen an einer von
der Aufbringungsstelle des Verbands entfernten Seite gibt. Die Menge des notwendigen--Arzneimittels, um den gewünschten
therapeutischen Effekt zu erzielen, hängt natürlich von dem besonderen verwendeten Arzneimittel ab. Geeignete Arzneimittel
sind z.B. antimikrobielle Mittel, wie Penicillin, Tetracyclin Oxytetracyclins Chlortetracyelin, Chloramphenicol
(Ohloromycetin) und Sulfonamide; Sedative und Eypnotica, wie Pentabarbitalnatrium, Phenobarbital, Secobarbital-

natrium, Codein, ^O-Bromisovalerylharnstoff, Carbromal
und ITatriumphenobarbital; psychische Stärkungsmittel
(Energizers), wie 3-(2-Aminopropyl)-indolacetat und 3-(2-Aminobutyl)-indolacetat;
Beruhigungsmittel (Tranquilizers), wie Eeserpin, Chlorpromazinhydrochlorid und Thiopropazathydrochlorid;
Hormone, wie Adrenocorticosteroide, z.B. ööC-Methylprednisolon, Cortison, Cortisol und Triamcinolon;
Androgensteroide, z.B. Methy!testosteron und 3?luoxymesteron;
Estrogensteroide, z.B. Estron, 17ß-Estradiol und Äthinylestradiol;

Arzneimittel, welche allein nicht durch die Haut oder die Mundschleimhaut.hindurchgehen, können in einem adsorbierbaren
pharmakologisch annehmbaren Lösungsmittel gelöst
werden, um einen Durchgang durch die äußere Körperschicht zu erzielen. Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind z.B. Alkohole
mit 2 bis Io Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Hexanol, Cyclohexanol, Benzylalkohol, 1,2-Butandiol, Glycerin und Amylalkohol;
Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 5 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie
η-Hexan, Cyclohexan und Äthylbenzol, Aldehyde und Ketone mit 4 bis Io Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Heptylaldehyd, Cyclohexanon
und Benzaldehyd; Ester mit 4 bis Io Kohlenstoffatomen,'
wie Amylacetat und Benzylpropionat; ätherische Öle, wie Eucalyptusöl, RautenÖl (oil of rue), Kreuzkümmelöl
(cumin oil), Limonen, Thymol und 1-Pinen; halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie
n-Hexylchlorid, n-Hexylbromid und Cyclohexylchlorid oder
Mischungen von irgendwelchen der vergenannten Lösungsmittel.

Auch können mit Arzneimitteln, die nicht durch die Haut oder die Mundschleimhaut hindurchgehen, einfache pharnakologisch
annehmbare Derivate der Arzneimittel, wie Äther, Ester, Amide, Acetale od.dgl., mit der gewünschten Absorptionseigenschaft
hergestellt und bei der praktischen Ausführung der Erfindung verwendet werden.Die Derivate
sollen natürlich so beschaffen sein, daß sie im Körper durch die Wirkung von durch Körperenzyme unterstützte
Umwandlungen, pH-Werte usw., in die wirksamen Arzneimittel überführt werden können.

Das das Arzneimittel enthaltene Reservoir isb aus einem für das Arzneimittel durchlässigem Material
gebildet, um den Durchgang des Arzneimittels, beispielsweise mittels Diffusion, durch die Wand des Reservoirs
mit verhältnismäßig niedriger Geschwindigkeit zu ermöglichen. Gewöhnlich ist die Geschwindigkeit des Durchgangs
des Arzneimittels durch die Reservoirwand von der Löslichkeit des darin befindlichen Arzneimittels oder der darin
befindlichen Arzneimittellösung sowie von der Dicke der Wand des Reservoirs abhängig. Dies bedeutet, daß die
Auswahl der geeigneten Materialien zum Herstellen der Reservoirwand von dem besonderen Arzneimittel abhängig
ist, welches in dem Verband verwendet werden soll. Durch Andern der Zusammensetzung und der Dicke der Reservoirwand
können die Dosierungsgeschv/indigkeit oder das Dosierungsausmaß je Verbandfläche gesteuert werden, da die Reservoirwand
als Löslichkeitsmembran wirkt, um das Fließen oder die Diffusion des Arzneimittels aus dem Reservoir zu der
Klebmittelschicht zu bemessen. Auf diese V/eise können mit Verbänden gleichen Flächenbereichs verschiedene
Dosierungen eines Arzneimittels geschaffen werden, indem die Charakteristiken der Reservoirwand geändert werden.
Während es lediglich notwendig ist, daß die sich mit der druckempfindlichen Klebmittelschicht in Berührung
befindende Wand des Reservoirs für das Arzneimittel durchlässig ist, werden aus Zweckmäßigkeitsgründen alle Wände
des Reservoirs gewöhnlich aus dem gleichen Material gebildet. Dies trifft selbstverständlich im Fall von
Reservoirs in Form von Mikrokapseln immer zu.
Materialien, die dazu verwendet werden, das Reservoir zu bilden, sind solche Materialien, die in der Lage sind,
l'Olienwände oder Matrizes zu.bilden, durch welche das
Arzneimittel durch Diffusion hindurchtreten kann. Stoffe, Fasermassen und dergleichen, die lediglich ArzneimittellöGun^on
in großem Ausmaß und unkontrollierbar absorbieren
und freigeben, sind nicht geeignet, da eine vorhersagbare

Freigabe von Arzneimitteln nicht erhalten werden kann.
Eine gegenwärtig bevorzugte Klasse von Materialien zur Verv/endung beim Bilden des Arzneimittelreservoirs
sind die Organopolysiloxan-Kautschuke, die üblicherweise als SiIicon-Kautschuke bekannt sind. Geeignete
Silicon-Kautschuke sind die üblichen wärmehärtbaren Silicon-Kautschuke und die bei Raumtemperatur vulkanisierbaren
Silicon-Kautschuke.
Übliche Silicon-Kautschuke, die durch Wirkung von Wärme in den Kautschukzustand umgewandelt werden, sind
vorwiegend lineare Organopolysiloxane mit einem mittleren
Substitutionsgrad von etwa zwei organischen Gruppen, die unmittelbar an Silicon je Siliconatom gebunden sind.
VorzugsY/eise sind die organischen Gruppen einwertige Kohlenwasserstoffreste,
wie Alkyl, Aryl, Alkenyl, Alkaryl und Aralkyl, und von diesen werden die Methyl-, Phenyl-
und Vinylreste am meisten bevorzugt.

Eine Änderung der organischen Gruppen in dem Silicon-Kautschuk kann dazu verwendet v/erden, die
Löslichkeit des Arzneimittels in dem Polymerisat zu ändern, so daß die Geschwindigkeit des V/ander ns des
Arzneimittels durch das Polymerisat gesteuert v/erden kann. Außerdem können Arzneimittel, die in einem
Silicon-Kautschuk unlöslich sind, in einem anderen Polymerisat lösbar sein. Eine besonders bevorzugte
Klasse von Siliconpolymerisaten sind die reinen Dimethylpolysiloxane.
Bei Raumtemperatur vulkanisierbare Silicon-Kautschuke sind ebenfalls im Handel verfügbar und sind in
der Technik bekannt. Allgemein verwenden sie die gleichen Siliconpolymerisate, wie sie oben diskutiert
sind, obwohl die Polymerisate oftmals eine größere Menge von an Silicon gebundene Hydroxygruppen enthalten.
Diese Art von Silicon-Kautschuk h&rtet bei Raumtemperatur bei Vorhandensein eines geeigneten Katalysators,
beispielsweise Zinn(II)-2-äthylhexoat.
Hinsichtlich der Herstellung der Silicon-Kautschuke wird verwiesen auf die USA-Patentschriften 2 54-1 137,
2 723 966, 2 863 84-6, 2 890 188, 2 927 907, 3 002 95I
und 3 035 016.
Eine andere Klasse von Materialien, die zur Verwendung beim Bilden des Reservoirs geeignet sind, sind
die hydrophilen Polymerisate von Monoestern von Olefinsäuren, beispielsweise Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure.
Polymerisate dieser Klasse umfassen Polyhydroxyethylacrylat
und Polyhydroxyethylmethacrylat. Diese Polymerisate
sind im Handel verfügbar und ihre Herstellung ist in den USA-Patentschriften 2 976 576 und 3 220 960 sowie
in der Belgischen Patentschrift 701 813 beschrieben. Wenn diese hydrophilen Polymerisate verwendet werden,
ist das Arzneimittel gewöhnlich in einem Lösungsmittel

wie einem niedrigen Alkohol aufgelöst, um den Durchtritt des Arzneimittels durch das Polymerisat
zu unterstützen.
Andere Materialien, die zur Bildung des Reservoirs gemäß der Erfindung verwendet werden können, umfassen
Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat, plastifiziertes
Polyvinylchlorid, plastifiziertes Polyamid, Leim, modifizierten Leim, Gelatine und Wachse wie Polyäthylenwachs,
oxydiertes Polyäthylenwachs, hydrogenisiertes Rizinusöl usw.
Bei der in den iig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungs-.
form wird das Arzneimittelreservoir durch Mikrokapseln * dargestellt. Um die Mikrokapseln zu schaffen, kann das
Einkapselungsmaterial gleichmäßig mit dem Arzneimittel oder der Arzneimittellösung imprägniert werden, um
Mikrokapseln zu bilden, die eine Matrix sind, in der das Arzneimittel verteilt ist. Alternativ können Partikel
oder Lösungen von Arzneimitteln mit dünnen überzügen des Einkapselungsmaterials eingekapselt werden, um
Mikrokapseln zu bilden, die eine innere Kammer haben, in der das Arzneimittel enthalten ist. Wenn es gewünscht
wird, können Partikel einer Matrix wie Stärke, Akaziengummi, Tragantgummi-und Polyvinylchlorid, mit dem
Arzneimittel imprägniert und mit einem anderen Material ψ eingekapselt werden, beispielsweise mit einem.der Einkapselungsmaterialien,
die zuvor diskutiert sind und die als Löslichkeitsmembran wirken, um das Fließen des
Arzneimittels zu der Klebmittelschicht zu bemessen. Durch Verwendung einer Matrix und einer davon verschiedenen
Löslichkeitsmembran kann der Durchtritt des Arzneimittels von den Mikrokapseln verlangsamt werden, was für Arzneimittel
erwünscht ist, die von den verfügbaren Einkapselungsmaterialien
zu schnell freigegeben v/erden. Im Gegensatz wird, wenn eine Lösung des Arzneimittels
eingekapselt wird, durch das Lösungsmittel der Durchtritt
des Arzneimittels durch die Wände der Mikrokapseln beschleunigt.

Es können irgendwelche Einkapselungstechniken oder Durchwanderungstechniken, die in der Technik bekannt
sind, verwendet werden, um die Mikrokapseln . herzustellen, die gemäß der Erfindung in die Klebbasis
einverleibt werden sollen. Auf .diese V/eise kann ein
Arzneimittel oder eine Arzneimittellösung dem Einkapselungsmaterial
in flüssiger Form zugegeben und durch Mischen in diesem gleichmäßig verteilt werden. Es kann
auch festes Einkapselungsmaterial mit dem Arzneimittel imprägniert werden durch Eintauchen in ein Arzneimittelbad,
um zu bewirken, daß das Arzneimittel in das Material diffundiert. Darauffolgend kann das feste Material durch
Schleifen auf feine Mikrokapseln reduziert werden, von denen jede Arzneimittel enthält, welches mit dem Einkapselungsmaterial
überzogen und in diesem verteilt ist. Statt dessen können feine Arzneimittelpartikel oder
Arzneimittellösungen mit einem Überzug eingekapselt werden. Eine geeignete Technik umfaßt das Suspendieren
von trockenen Partikeln des Arzneimittels in einem Luftstrom und das Inberührungbringen des Stromes mit
einem das Einkapselungsmaterial enthaltenden Strom, um die Arzneimittelpartikel zu überziehen, üblicherweise
haben die Mikrokapseln eine durchschnittliche Partikelgröße von 1 bis 1000 Mikron, obwohl dies für die Erfindung
nicht kritisch ist.
Die Mikrokapseln werden dann mit einem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel gemischt. Das Gemisch aus Mikrokapseln
und druckempfindlichem Klebmittel wird dann als Überzug
auf einen Unterlagenteil aufgebracht, üblicherweise derart, daß eine Klebmittelschicht einer Dicke von 0,01 bis 7 mm
geschaffen wird, obwohl diese Grenzen überschritten werden können, wenn mehr oder weniger Arzneimittel erforderlich
ist. Der Zweck des Unterlagenteiles besteht darin, einen Träger für den Verband zu schaffen und den Durchtritt
des Arzneimittels durch die Klebmittelfläche von der

.Körperfläche weg zu verhindern, an der der Verband angelegt ist.
Bei der Ausführungsform, bei der eine getrennte
Reservoirschicht verwendet wird, kann das Reservoir dadurch gebildet werden, daß es zu der Gestalt eines
hohlen Behälters geformt wird, in welchem das Arzneimittel eingeschlossen ist. Statt dessen kann das
Reservoir in Form einer Umhüllung vorhanden sein, die aus Bahnen aus polymerem Material gebildet ist,
welches für den Durchtritt des Arzneimittels durchlässig ist und das Arzneimittel einschließt. Die Wände des
Reservoirs können irgendeine zweckmäßige Dicke haben, und üb Ii c her v/eise haben sie eine Dicke von 0,01 bis
7 mm. Gemäß einer, weiteren Ausfuhrungsform kann das
Reservoir eine feste Matrix umfassen, in welcher das Arzneimittel gleichmäßig verteilt ist. Dies kann dadurch
erreicht werden, daß das Arzneimittel dem Matrixmaterial in flüssiger Form zugegeben wird, und daß darauffolgend
die Matrix in den festen Zustand gebracht wird durch Härten oder Kühlen, oder dadurch, daß festes Matrixmaterial
in das Arzneimittel eingetaucht wird, um Diffusion des Arzneimittels in der Matrix hervorzurufen.
Auf diese Weise ist das Reservoir -des Verbandes gemäß der Erfindung ein hohler Arzneimittelbehälter oder eine
) feste Matrix oder eine im Gelzustand befindliche Matrix.
Das Arzneimittel wird durch die Reservoirwand hindurch . an die Klebmittelschicht abgegeben, wobei die Abgabegeschwindigkeit
durch die Zusammensetzung und die Dicke der Reservoirwand gesteuert ist.
Eine Oberfläche des Arzneimittelreservoirs trägt einen Unterlagenteil. Der Zweck des Unterlagenteils besteht
darin, zu verhindern, daß Arzneimittel durch die von der Klebmittelschicht abgewandte Fläche des Reservoirs
hindurchtritt. Ein zusäbzlicher Zweck des Unterlagenteils
besteht darin, eine Absbutsung für den Verband zu schaffen,

wo es notwendig ist. Wenn die äußere Fläche des Reservoirs für das Arzneimittel undurchlässig ist
und fest genug ist, ist kein Unterlagenteil erforderlich. Die andere Fläche des Reservoirs trägt einen
Überzug aus einem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel.
Bei einer abgewandelten Ausführungsform der Reservoirschicht wird der Durchtritt des Arzneimittels
von dem Reservoir zu dem Klebmittel weiterhin dadurch gesteuert, daß dazwischen eine weitere Loslichkeitsmembran
angeordnet wird. Die Loslichkeitsmembran ist, wie die Wände des Reservoirs, üblicherweise aus einem
Material gebildet, in welchem das Arzneimittel löslich ist und durch welches das Arzneimittel diffundieren
kann. Irgendeines der zuvor für die Verwendung bei der Herstellung der Wände des Reservoirs genannten Materialien
kann als Loslichkeitsmembran verwendet werden. Selbstverständlich hat in jedem lall die Loslichkeitsmembran
verschiedene Eigenschaften als die Reservoirwand der besonderen Vorrichtung. Die Verwendung zweier Löslichkeit
smembrane, d.h. der Reservoirwand und der weiteren
Loslichkeitsmembran, ermöglicht genaue Steuerung der . Freigabe des Arzneimittels, da die Dicke und Zusammensetzung
beider Membranen geändert werden können, so daß ein weiter Bereich von Dosierungswerten je gegebene
Verbandfläche geschaffen ist.
Untorlageglieder oder Träger für irgendwelche der
Verbände gemäß der Erfindung können biegsam oder nicht biegsam sein. Geeignete Materialien sind z.B..Zellglas
(Cellophan), Celluloseacetat, Äthylcellulose, weichgemachte Vinylacetat-Vinylchloridcopolymere, Polyäthylenterephthalat,
Polyamid (Nylon), Polyäthylen, Polyvinylidenchlorid, beschichtete, biegsame Faserunterlagen, wie
Papier und Gewebe und Aluminiumfolie.
Irgendwelche der bekannten dermatologisch annehmbaren,
druckempfindlichen Klebemittel, welche eine Arz-

neimittelwanderung gestatten, können bei der praktischen Ausführung der Erfindung zur Anwendung gelangen. Beispiele
von Klebstoffen sind Acrylharze, wie Polymere von Estern von Acrylsäure mit Alkoholen, wie n-Butanol,
n-Pentanol, Isopentanol, 2-Methylbutanol, 1-Methylbutanol,
1-Methylpentanol, 2-Methylpentanol, 3-Methylpentanol,
2-Äthylbutanol, Isooctanol, n-Dee'anol oder n-Dodecanol,
allein oder copolymerisiert mit äthylenisch ungesättigten Monomeren, wie Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Acrylamid,
Methacrylamid, N-Alkoxymethylac.rylamide, N-Alkoxymethylmethacrylamide,
N-tert.-Butylacrylamid, ,Itaconsäure, Vife
nylacetat, ST-verzweigt.-Alkyl-Maleinsäureamide (ET-branched
alkyl maleamic acids), wobei die Alkylgruppe Io bis 24 Kohlenstoffatome hat, G-lykoldiacrylate oder Mischungen
von diesen; elastomere Siliconpolymere; Polyurethanelastomere; kautschukartige Polymere, wie Polyisobutylen,
Polyisopren und Polybutadien; Yinylpolymere, wie Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon und Polyvinylacetat; Cellulosederivate,
wie Äthylcellulose, Methylcellulose und Carboxymethylcellulose; natürliche Gummis, wie Guar,
Acacia, Pektine usw. Zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit der Mundschleimhaut ergeben kautschukartige Polymere, wie
Polyisobutylen, mit oder ohne Gummimodifizierungsmittel gute Ergebnisse, ebenso wie dies bei Polyvinylalkohol,
Polyvinylpyrrolidon, Cellulosederivaten und anderen der Fall ist. Die Klebstoffe können mit Klebrigmachern und
Stabilisatoren, wie dies in der Technik bekannt ist, versetzt v/erden.

Die notwendige Fläche des Verbandes hängt von der Wirksamkeit des Arzneimittels und der Geschwindigkeit
der Absorption durch die Haut ab. Üblicherweise hat die Klebfläche des Verbandes eine Größe von 0,5 bis
400 cm2, obwohl kleinere oder größere Verbände verwendet
werden können.
Es ist zu verstehen, daß die druckempfindliche Klebmittelfläche keine kontinuierliche Schicht an den Verbänden
bilden braucht. Insbesondere im Fall eines Verbandes, der eine getrennte Reservoirschicht hat, werden
in gleicher Weise vorteilhafte Ergebnisse dadurch erhalten, daß eine ringförmige Klebmittelfläche rund um
den Umfang der Verbandfläche geschaffen wird. Auf diese V/eise wird eine flüssigkeitsdichte Klebmittelabdichtung .
zwischen dem Verband und der Haut des Patienten aufrechterhalten, und gleichzeitig kann das Arzneimittel von der
freiliegenden Fläche der Arzneimittelreservoirschicht direkt von der Haut absorbiert werden, ohne erst durch
eine Klebmittelschicht hindurchwandern zu müssen.
Es ist zu bemerken, daß beim Einschließen des Arzneimittels in einem Reservoir aus einem Material wie
Silicon-Kautschuk das Arzneimittel unmittelbar beginnt?
in das Einkapselungsmaterial und durch dieses hindurch
zu wandern. Beim Mischen der Mikrokapseln mit dem Klebmittel oder beim Überziehen der Reservoirschicht mit
Klebmittel tritt das durch die Wände der Mikrokapseln oder der Reservoirschicht hindurchtretende Arzneimittel
in das Klebmittel ein und sättigt ggf. das Klebmittel mit dem Arzneimittel. Um Durchtritt des Arzneimittels
durch die freiliegende Fläche des Klebnibtels vor der
Benutzung zu verhindern, ist die Klebmittelfläche des Verbandes allgemein mit einer Schutzfolie wie Wachspapier,
vor der Benutzung überzogen. Statt dessen kann die freiliegende Hinterfläche des Ünterlagenteils mit

einer schwach., haftenden Schicht überzogen werden und
der Verband kann um sich selbst gerollt v/erden.
Als weitere Alternative kann bei der Ausführungsform
der Erfindung, bei der eine getrennte Reservoirschicht verwendet wird, um den Durchtritt des Arzneimittels
in die Klebmittelschicht vor der Verwendung
zu verhindern, das Klebmittel getrennt von dem Reservoir und der Unterlage zugeführt werden, wobei die Vorrichtung
an der Stelle der Benutzung zusammengefügt wird. Beispielsweise können beide Flächen des in Bahnform vorliegenden
Klebmittels mit einer Freigabefolie geschützt werden, und die \-/and des Reservoirs kann in ähnlicher
Weise geschützt werden. An der Stelle der Benutzung können die B'reigabefolien von dem Reservoir und einer
!fläche des Klebmittels abgenommen werden und die Klebmittelbahn kann an die Re servo inland angelegt werden,
um das Zusammenfügen des Verbandes zu vervollständigen. Die verbleibende Freigabefοlie wird dann von dem Klebmittel
abgenommen und der Verband wird dann an den Patienten angelegt.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand von Beispielen näher erläutert.

und diese wird auf 7o°C erhitzt. Der sich ergebende mürbe polymere Schaum wird getrocknet und zu einem Pulver
vermählen, um eine mittlere Teilchengröße von etwa 2o Mikron zu erhalten.
Ein Anteil von Io g des polymeren Pulvers wird mit 1 g von in Äthylalkohol gelöstem G-lyceryltrinitrat gemischt,
und die sich ergebende Mischung wird auf eine mechanische

Y/alze gebracht, bis das polymere Pulver das Glyceryltrinitrat
zur Sättigung adsorbiert hat. Die lösung wird dann filtriert.
Die sich ergebenden Mikrokapseln von Glyceryltrinitrat werden mit loo g einer 22$oigen Lösung eines viskoelastischen
Klebemittels aus einem Copolymer von Isooctylacrylat und Acrylsäure (94:6) in Heptanäthylacetat (7o:3o)
so gemischt, daß die Mikrokapseln, durch die Klebemittellösung hindurch verteilt sind. Der sich ergebende Schlamm
wird als Überzug auf ein Cellophanblatt von Io cm Breite
und loo cm Länge aufgebracht und das Lösungsmittel wird durch Verdampfung entfernt.
Wenn ein Teil von 5 x 5 cm des sich ergebenden Verbandmaterials auf die Haut einer Person oder eines anderen
Lebewesens aufgebracht wird, wirkt er dahingehend, daß durch die Haut Nitroglycerin dem Kreislauf verabreicht wird,
um eine kontinuierliche Verabreichung der täglichen Dosis von Nitroglycerin für Coronavasodilatation (Kranzgefäßerweiterung)
zu liefern. Gewünsehtenfalls kann die zu verabreichende
Menge des Nitroglycerin erhöht oder herabgesetzt werden, indem man lediglich die Größe des vorstehend
beschriebenen Verbands zur Aufbringung auf die Haut erhöht oder verringert.
loo g flüssiger Dirnethylsiliconkautschuk (Dow Corning
Silastic) werden mit 5 g feinzerteiltem kristallinen Megesterolacetat
gemischt. Nach gleichförmiger Mischung des Hormons mit dem unvulkanisierten Siliconkautschuk wird
o,5 g Zinn(ll)-octoat als Katalysator zugegeben, und der Kautschuk wird bei Raumtemperatur vulkanisiert oder gehärtet.
Der sich ergebende Siliconkautschukkörper wird auf eine mittlere Teilchengröße von loo Mikron zerkleinert.

acetats werden mit Io g eines druckempfindlichen Klebemittels aus elastomerem Silicon gemischt, um die Mikrokapseln gleichförmig durch das Klebemittel hindurch zu
verteilen. Sofort danach wird die Klebemittelmischung

auf eine Oberfläche von loo cm eines Polyesterblattes (Polyesterfolie aus Äthylenglykol und.Terephthalsäure; Mylar) als Überzug aufgebracht. Der sich ergebende Verband wird zur Regelung der Fruchtbarkeit benutzt.

wird auf ein Blatt von Dimethylsilicon mit einer Dicke von o,13 mm aufgebracht. Das Blatt wird- ge-
2 faltet, um eine Oberfläche von loo cm auf jeder Seite
zu schaffen, und die umgelegten Teile werden mit Siliconfclebemittel
geschlossen, um eine dünne Hülle zu schaffen, die das Hormon enthält. Eine Seite der Oberfläche der
Hülle, wird an ein Blatt aus Zellglas (Cellophane) gebunden, während die andere Seite mit Dirnethylsilieonkautsch.ukklebemittel
auf eine 'Dicke von 2 mm beschichtet wird. Die Klebemitteloberfläehenseite des vollständigenVerbandes
hat eine Fläche von loo cm . Der Verband ist dahingehend wirksam, daß er langsam Megesterolacetat abgibt, und wenn
er auf die weibliche Haut aufgebracht wird, brauchbar für eine Fruchtbarkeitskontrolle.
Auf diese V/eise liefert die Erfindung eine leicht zu gebrauchende Vorrichtung zur Verabreichung von systecisch
aktiven Arzneimitteln durch die Haut und die Hundschleimhaut.
Ss werden Unsicherheiten der Verabfolgung durch den Magen-Darm-Trakt vermieden, und es kann ein konstanter
ArzneimitteIspiegler im Kreislauf erzielt werden. Die Behandlung
wird durch Aufbringen des Verbandes oder der Bandage auf die Haut oder die Mundschleimhaut begonnen und

durch, deren Entfernung davon beendet. Der Verband kann
die vollständigen Dosierungserfordernisse für eine besondere Zeitdauer, z.B. 24 Stunden, enthalten und verabreichen.
Eine Tätigkeit des Patienten ist nur zum Anlegen und Entfernen des Verbandes erforderlich, so daß Unsicherheiten
ausgeschaltet werden.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche1. Medizinischer Verband zur Verwendung für kontinuierliche Verabreichung gesteuerter Mengen von systemisch wirksamen Arzneimitteln während längerer Zeitperioden an den Kreislauf durch Absorption durch die äußere Körperhaut oder Schleimhaut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verband einen Schichtkörper aufweist, der1. einen Unterlagenteil, welcher eine Oberfläche des Verbandes bildet, . .2. ein druckempfindliches Klebmittel, das für Berührung mit der Haut oder Schleimhaut eines Patienten geeignet ist und dessen äußere Fläche die andere Oberfläche des Verbandes bildet, und3. zwischen dem Unterlagenteil und dem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel· wenigstens ein Reservoir aufweist, welches eine systemisch wirksame Arzneimittelzusammensetzung umfaßt, die in einem Wandteil umgrenzt ist, der aus die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Material gebildet ist, um das Fließen des Arzneimittels von dem Reservoir zu der Haut oder Schleimhaut mit gesteuerter und vorbestimmter Geschwindigkeit während einer längeren Zeitperiode kontinuierlich zu bemessen.2. Verband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reservoir eine getrennte mittlere Reservoirschicht aufweist, die zwischen dem Unterlagenteil und dem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel angeordnet ist.3- Verband nach·Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reservoirschicht einen Wände aufweisenden Behälter aufweist, der eine innere Kammer hat, welche die systemisch wirksame Arzneimittelzusammensetzung enthält.209885/12774. Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur derjenige Teil des Wände aufweisenden Behälters, der in angrenzende Lage zu der Haut oder Schleimhaut gebracht v/erden soll, aus dem die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Material gebildet ist.5. Verband nach Anspruch. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reservoirschicht eine Matrix auf v/eist, die aus dem die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Wandmaterial gebildet ist und in der die systemisch wirksame Arzneimittelzusammensetzung verteilt ist.6. Verband nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Löslichkeitsinembran, die zwischen der Reservoirschicht und dem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel angeordnet ist.7. Verband nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandteil, der die Reservoirschicht umfaßt, aus die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Material besteht.8. Verband-nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine äußere Fläche des die Reservoirschicht umfassenden V/andteiles weiterhin den Unterlagenteil bestimmt.9. Verband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reservoir eine Mehrzahl von getrennten Mikrokapseln aufweist, die in dem druckempfindlichen Klebmittel verteilt sind.10. Verband nach Anspruch 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß äede Mikrokapsel eine systemisch wirksame Arzneimittelzusammenset zung aufweist, welche mit dem die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Wandmaterial in Form von Mikrokapseln eingekapselt ist.11. Verband nach Anspruch 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Mikrokapsel eine Matrix aus dem die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuerndem Wandmaterial209885/1277aufweist, und daß in der Matrix die systemisch wirksame Arzneiraittelzusammensetzung verteilt ist.12. Verband nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikrokapseln eine durchschnittliche Partikelgröße von etwa 1 bis 1OOO Mikron aufweisen.13. Verband nach Anspruch 9» dadurch.gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfläche des Verbandes eine Fläche von etwa 0,5 bis 400 cm2 hat.14. Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die systemisch v/irksame Arzneimittelzusammensetzung in dem die Freigabegeschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuernden Material lösbar ist.15· Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das druckempfindliche Klebmittel für den Durchtritt der systemisch wirksamen Arzneimittelzusammensetzung durchlässig ist.16. Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arzneimittelzusammensetzung ein pharmakologisch annehmbares Lösungsmittel enthält.17- Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Freigabegeschv/indigkeit des Arzneimittels steuernde Material Silicon-Kautschuk ist.18. Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die i'reigabtceschwindigkeit des Arzneimittels steuernde Material ein hydrophiles Polymerisat eines Esters einex* Olefinsäure ist.19· Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch-gekennzeichnet, daß das druckempfindliche Pilebmittel geeignet ist, zwischen der Haut oder Schleimhaut und dem Verband eine flüssigkeitsartire filebmittelabdichtung zu schaffen."20. Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet,, daß das druckempfindliche Kleb-209885/1277mittel mit einem Schutzüberzug versehen ist.21. Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Fläche des Unterlagenteiles mit einem Überzug geringer Haftung überzogen ist.20988B/127 7
