Die Erfindung betrifft neue Pyridinverbindungen, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie Pflanzenschutzmittel, die diese
Verbindungen enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Pyridinverbindungen haben die allgemeine Formel:

bedeutet und wobei gegebenenfalls A, Y und R, zusammen ein
heterocyclisches Ringsystem bilden können.
Bevorzugte Verbindungen sind solche, bei denen R,. und X jeweils
ein Vasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere eine Methylgruppe, R~ eine
Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere eine Methylgruppe, R, eine gegebenenfalls cyansubstituierte Alkylgruppe
mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere eine Methyl-, Äthyl-, Cyanäthyl-, Propyl-, Cyanpropyl- oder
Butylgruppe oder eine Alkenylgruppe, insbesondere eine Allylgruppe,
A eine kovalente Bindung oder eine Methylengruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch eine Alkoxygruppe, z.B. eine Methoxygruppe,
oder durch eine Alkylthiogruppe, z.B. eine Isopropylthiogruppe,
substituiert ist und T ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom bedeuten oder A, X und H, zusammen ein 5gliedriges
heterocyclisches Ringsystem, insbesondere den Dioxolanring oder Dithiolanring, bilden.
Die folgenden Verbindungen sind besonders bevorzugt:
2-Methylthio-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin 2-(2-Cyanäthylthio)-3-(H-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
2*-Methoxy-3- (N-methylearbamoyloxy)pyridin
Die Erfindung umfaßt ebenfalls ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen der Formel I, das dadurch gekennzeichnet
ist, daß man eine 3-Hydroxypyridinverbindung der allgemeinen Formel:

entweder mit einem. Carbaffioylhalogenid der allgemeinen
Formel:
in der Hai ein Halogenatom, vorzugsweiße ein Chloratom,
bedeutet und E^ und E2 d^e genannte Bedeutung haben, oder
mit Phosgen und eines entsprechenden Amin oder wenn R- ein Masserstoffatom bedeutet, mit einem organischen
Isocyanat der allgemeinen Formel:

vorzugsweise in Gegenwart einer organischen Base, insbesondere einem aliphatischen tertiären Amin, wie Triethylamin,
umsetzt. Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise in einem organischen Losungsmittel, wie Dichlormethan, durchgeführt.

zusammen einen Dioxolan- oder Dithiolanring bedeuten, wird durch Umsetzen des entsprechenden 3-Hydroxypyridin~2-aldehyds
mit einem geeigneten Alkohol, Alkylthiol, Alkandiol oder
Alkandithiol in Gegenwart eines sauren Katalysators, z.B. Salzsäure, hergestellt.
Das Ausgangsmaterial der Formel II, in der A eine kovalente Bindung und Y ein Sauerstoffatom bedeuten, kann durch Umsetzen
des entsprechenden 2-Halogen-3-hydroxypyridins mit einem Alkalimetallderivat der allgemeinen Formel:

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen zeigen eine interessante Aktivität als Pflanzenschutzmittel, insbesondere gegen
Insekten, Nematoden und Fungi. Die Erfindung umfaßt daher auch pestizide Zubereitungen aus einem Träger oder einem
oberflächenaktiven Mittel oder beiden und wenigstens einer Pyridinverbindung gemäß der Erfindung als Wirkstoff. Die
Erfindung umfaßt in gleicher Veise ein Verfahren zum Schutz
von Nutzpflanzen auf einer Anbaufläche vor dem Angriff von Insekten und/oder Nematoden und/oder Pilzkrankheiten,
wobei auf die Anbaufläche eine pestizid wirksame Menge einer Pyridinverbindung oder eines Verbindungsgemisches
gemäß der Erfindung aufgebracht wird.
Als Träger wird im folgenden ein Stoff verstanden, der anorganisch oder organisch oder synthetischer oder natürlicher
Herkunft sein kann, mit welchem die aktive. Verbindung ge-

mischt oder formuliert wird, um deren Anwendung auf die Pflanze, das Saatgut, den Boden oder andere zu behandelnde
Gegenstände oder die Lagerung, den Transport oder die Handhabung der aktiven Verbindungen zu erleichtern. Der Träger
kann fest oder flüssig sein. Als Träger können die gewöhnlich bei der Formulierung von Pestiziden verwendeten Stoffe verwendet
werden.
Geeignete feste Träger sind natürliche und synthetische Tone und Silikate, z.B. natürliche Siliciumdioxidarten,
wie Diatomeenerde, Magnesiumsilikate, z.B. Talkumsorten,
Magnesiumaluminiumsilikate, z.B. Attapulgite und Vermiculite; Aluminiumsilikate, z.B. Kaolinite, Montmorillonite und
Glimmer; Calciumcarbonate; Calciumsulfat, synthetische
hydratisierte Siliciumoxide und synthetische Calcium- oder Aluminiumsilikate, Elemente, wie z.B. Kohlenstoff und
Schwefel, natürliche und synthetische Harze, wie z.B. Cumaronharze,
Polyvinylchlorid und Styrolpolymere und -copolymere, feste PoIychlorphenole, Bitumen, Wachse, wie z.B. Bienenwachs, Paraffinwachs und chlorierte Mineralwachse sowie
feste Düngemittel, z.B. Superphosphate.
Beispiele geeigneter flüssiger Träger sind Wasser, Alkohole, wie z.B. Isopropanol und Glykole, Ketone, wie z.B. Aceton,
Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon und Cyclohexanon,
Ither, aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie z.B. Benzol, Toluol und Xylol, Petroleumfraktionen, wie z.B. Kerosin
und Mineralleichtöle, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie z.B. Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Perchloräthylen, Trichloräthan
sowie verflüssigte, gewöhnlich in Dampfform vorliegende
gasförmige Verbindungen. Gemische von verschiedenen Flüssigkeiten sind häufig geeignet.
Das oberflächenaktive Mittel kann ein Emulgator oder ein Dispergiermittel oder ein Benetzungsmittel sein. Es kann

nicht-ionisch oder ionisch sein. Die gewöhnlich bei der Formulierung von Herbiziden oder Insektiziden verwendeten
oberflächenaktiven Mittel können angewendet werden. Beispiele geeigneter oberflächenaktiver Mittel sind die Natrium- oder
Calciumsalze von Polyacrylsäuren und Ligninsulfonsäuren,
die Kondensationsprodukte von Fettsäuren und aliphatischen Aminen oder Amiden, die wenigstens 12 Kohlenstoffatome im
Molekül besitzen, mit Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Fettsäureester von Glycerin, Sorbitan, Saccharose oder
Pentaerythrit, Kondensate dieser Verbindungen mit Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Kondensationsprodukte von
Fettalkoholen oder Alkylphenolen, z.B. p-Octylphenol oder
p-Octylcresol, mit Äthylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, Sulfate
oder Sulfonate dieser Kondensationsprodukte, Alkalimetallsalze oder Erdalkalimetallsalze, vorzugsweise Natriumsalze
von Schwefelsäureestern oder Sulfonsäureestern, die wenigstens
10 Kohlenstoffatome im Molekül besitzen, z.B. Natriumlaurylsulfat,
Natrium-sek.-alkylsulfate, Natriumsalze von
sulfonierten! Rizinusöl und Natriumalkylarylsulfonate, wie Natriumdodecylbenzolsulfonat, und Polymere von Äthylenoxid
und Copolymere von Äthylenoxid und Propylenoxid.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel können als benetzbare Pulver, Staubpräparate, Granulate, Lösungen,
emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionskonzentrate und Aerosole formuliert werden. Benetzbare Pulver werden
gewöhnlich so zusammengesetzt, daß sie 25, 50 oder 75 Gew.-%
Wirkstoff und gewöhnlich außer dem festen Träger 3 bis 10 Gew.-% eines Dispergiermittels und, falls notwendig, 0 bis
10 Gew.-% von Stabilisatoren und/oder anderen Zusätzen, wie Mittel für das bessere Eindringen oder Haftmittel enthalten.
Staubpräparate werden gewöhnlich als Staubkonzentrat einer ähnlichen Zusammensetzung wie derjenigen eines
benetzbaren Pulvers formuliert, jedoch ohne Dispergiermittel, und werden im Feld mit weiterem festen Träger verdünnt,

damit ein Präparat erhalten wird, das gewöhnlich 1/2 bis 10 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. Granulate werden gewöhnlich
so hergestellt, daß sie eine Größe entsprechend einer Siebmaschenweite zwischen 1,68 und 0,152 mm (10 bis 100 mesh
British Standard) besitzen und können durch Agglomerationsverfahren und Imprägnierverfahren hergestellt werden. Im
allgemeinen werden Granulate 1/2 bis 25 Gew.-% Wirkstoff
und 0 bis 10 Gew.-% Zusätze, wie Stabilisatoren, Modifiziermitteln
für die langsame Wirkstoffabgabe und Bindemittel enthalten. Emulgierbare Konzentrate enthalten gewöhnlich
außer dem Lösungsmittel und, falls erforderlich, einen Kolösungsmittel,
10 bis 50 Gew.-% Je Volumen Wirkstoff, 2 bis
20 Gew.-% je Volumen Emulgatoren und 0 bis 20 Gew.-%je Volumen
geeignete Zusätze, wie Stabilisatoren, Mittel zur Verbesserung des Eindringens und Korrosionsinhibitoren. Suspensionskonzentrate werden so zusammengestellt, daß man ein stabiles,
nicht-sedimentierendes fließfähiges Produkt erhält. Gewöhnlich enthalten sie 10 bis 75 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%
Dispergiermittel, 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% Suspendiermittel, wie Schutzkolloide und thixotrope Mittel, 0 bis 10 Gew.-%
geeignete Zusätze, wie Entschäumer, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Stabilisatoren, Mittel zur Verbesserung des Eindringens
und Haftmittel, sowie als Träger Wasser oder eine organische Flüssigkeit, in der der Wirkstoff praktisch unlöslich ist.
Bestimmte organische Feststoffe oder anorganische Salze können im Träger gelöst sein, um die Sedimentierung zu verhüten,
oder als Frostschutzmittel bei Verwendung von Wasser.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen können andere Bestandteile
enthalten, z.B. Schutzkolloide, wie Gelatine, Leim, Casein, Pflanzengummiarten, Celluloseether und Polyvinylalkohol,
sowie thixotrope Mittel, z.B. Bentonite und Natriumpolyphosphate, Stabilisatoren, wie Äthylendiamintetraessigsäure,
Harnstoff, Triphenylphosphat, andere Pestizide oder Herbizide
und Haftmittel, z.B. nicht-flüchtige öle.

Wäßrige Dispersionen und Emulsionen, z.B. Zubereitungen, die durch Verdünnen eines benetzbaren Pulvers oder eines
emulgierbaren Konzentrats gemäß der Erfindung mit Wasser
erhalten werden, liegen ebenfalls im Schutzbereich. Diese Emulsionen können Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsionen oder Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen
sein und können eine dicke mayonnaiseartige Konsistenz besitzen.
Die Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele näher erläutert .
Beispiel 1
2-tert.-Butylthio-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurdenO,5 g Methylisocyanat zu einer Lösung von 1,4 g
2-tert.-Butylthio-3-hydroxypyridin in 30 ml Dichlormethan
gegeben. Es wurden 2 Tropfen Triäthylamin zugefügt und das Gemisch wurde über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur stehengelassen
und anschließend zur Trockene eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde aus Leichtpetroleum (Kp. 60 bis 80°C) umkristallisiert.
Es wurde das gewünschte Produkt vom F. 61 bis 62 C erhalten. Das Produkt kann auch in einer anderen kristallinen
Form vom F. 84 bis 85°C erhalten werden.

2-Methylthio-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurden 105 ml Dimethylsulfat zu 111 g 3-Hydroxy-pyridin-1-oxid
zugefügt und das Gemisch 2 h unter Rühren auf 1200C erhitzt und anschließend über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur
stehengelassen. Das Gemisch wurde mit 2 χ 100 ml ithylacetat

gewaschen. Das als Rückstand erhaltene öl wurde im Hochvakuum
evakuiert und schließlich im Dimethylformamid gelöst. Die Lösung wurde in Eis gekühlt und gerührt, während eine Lösung
von Natriummethylmercaptid (hergestellt aus 25 g Natrium und 61 ml Methylmercaptan) in 200 ml Dimethylformamid tropfenweise
zugegeben wurde. Das Gemisch wurde 1 h bei Raumtemperatur und 2 h bei 700C gerührt und anschließend unter vermindertem
Druck zur Trockene eingedampft. Zum Rückstand wurden 1 1 Wasser zugegeben und das Gemisch wurde über Nacht bei
4°C stehengelassen. Das Gemisch wurde filtriert und das erhaltene Rohprodukt wurde aus einem Gemisch aus Chloroform
und Methanol umkristallisiert. Es wurde 2-Methylthio-3-hydroxypyridin vom F. 150 bis 152°C erhalten.

Beispiel 3
2-Methylthiomethyl-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurden 10 ml Methylmercaptan zu der gerührten Lösung von 1,84 g Natrium in 75 ml Äthanol zugegeben. Es wurden portionsweise 7 g 2-Brommethyl-3-llydroxypyridin-hydrobΓomid zugefügt
und das Gemisch wurde 2 h unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert und es

wurden 50 ml Wasser zugefügt und der pH-Wert auf 5 durch
Zugabe von Essigsäure eingestellt. Das Produkt wurde durch Extraktion mit Äther isoliert und aus Leichtpetroleum
(Kp. 60 bis 80 G) und Äthanol umkristallisiert, wobei die gewünschte Verbindung vom F. 151 bis 1520C erhalten wurde.

2-(1,3-Dithiolan-2-yl)-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurde 15 min lang trockenes Chlorwasserstoffgas in eine
Lösung von 6,6 g 3-Hydroxypyridin-2-aldehyd in 20 ml Äthandithiol eingeleitet. Die Lösung wurde über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur
stehengelassen. Zu der mit trockenem Chlorwasserstoff gesättigten Lösung wurden 20 ml trockenes Methanol
zugefügt. Die Lösung wurde unter vermindertem Druck zur Trockene eingedampft und der Rückstand wurde mit gesättigter
wäßriger Natriumbicarbonatlösung neutralisiert. Das Gemisch wurde abfiltriert und der Niederschlag und das Filtrat wurden
mit 2 χ 100 ml Chloroform extrahiert. Die kombinierten Extrakte wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet
und zur Trockene eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde aus Äthanol/ Leichtpetroleum (Kp. 100 bis 1200C) umkristallisiert und er-

2-Methoxy-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurden 3,4 g 2-Jod~3-hydroxypyridin zu einer Lösung von 0,935 g Natrium in 50 ml Methanol zugefügt und das erhaltene
Gemisch wurde in einem Autoklaven 10 h auf 150°C erhitzt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abgedampft und der Rückstand wurde
mit Essigsäure angesäuert und mit 3 x 50 ml Äther extrahiert.
Der über Natriumsulfat getrocknete Extrakt wurde eingedampft und der Rückstand wurde aus Benzol umkristallisiert. Es
wurde das 2-Methoxy-3-hydroxypyridin vom F. 65 bis 68°C erhalten.
Gemäß einer Verfahrensweise ähnlich Beispiel 1 wurde das 2-Methoxy-3-hydroxypyridin carbamoyliert und ergab das
gewünschte Produkt vom F. 87 bis 88°C.

2-Methylthio-3-(N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin
Es wurden 3,06 g gemäß Beispiel 2 hergestelltes 2-Methylthio-3-hydroxypyridin
und 2,02 g Triäthylamin in 30 ml Benzol unter Rühren am Rückfluß erhitzt, während über einen
Zeitraum von 10 min 2,15 g Dimethylcarbamoylchlorid zugefügt
wurden. Das Gemisch wurde am Rückfluß weitere 6 h erhitzt und danach filtriert. Das Lösungsmittel wurde vom
Filtrat unter vermindertem Druck entfernt und der Rückstand wurde durch Chromatographie an Silicagel unter Verwendung
von Chloroform als Elutionsmittel und anschließend durch fraktionierte Destillation gereinigt. Es wurde das gewünschte
Produkt vom Kp. 128 bis 13O°C/O,15 mm Hg erhalten.

Die Insektizidwirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wurde wie folgt untersucht:
I. Eine Lösung der Verbindung in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-%
in Aceton wurde hergestellt und in einer Mikrometerspritze aufgenommen. Es wurden 2 bis 3 Tage alte erwachsene weibliche
Stubenfliegen (Musca domestica) mit Kohlendioxid betäubt und ein Tropfen der Versuchslösung von 1yul auf den Hinterleib
jeder fliege abgestreift. Es wurden 20 Fliegen behandelt.
Die behandelten Fliegen wurden 24 h in Glasbehältern gehalten, die jeweils etwas granulierten Zucker als Fliegennahrung
enthielten, und der Prozentsatz der toten und moribunden Fliegen wurde aufgezeichnet.
II. Es wurde eine Menge von 0,1 ml einer 1-gew.-%igen Lösung
der zu prüfenden Verbindung in Aceton in einem Becher mit 100 ml Wasser vermischt. Es wurden 20 fünf bis sechs Tage
alte Mückenlarven (Aedes aegypti) (4. Häutung) zugefügt und die Becher wurden 24 h aufbewahrt. Der Prozentsatz der toten
und moribunden Larven wurde danach aufgezeichnet.
III. Die Verbindungen wurden als Lösungen oder Suspensionen in Wasser mit 20 Gew.-% Aceton und 0,05 Gew.-% Triton X
als Benetzungsmittel formuliert. Die Formulierungen enthielten 0,7 Gew.-% Verbindung, die geprüft werden sollte. Es wurden
jeweils auf ein Blatt beschnittene Pflanzen von Rüben und breiten Bohnen mit der Formulierung auf der Blattunterseite
bespritzt. Das Bespritzen wurde mit einer Spritzmaschine einer Leistung von 45 l/ha bewirkt, wobei die
Pflanzen unter dem Sprühstrahl auf einem Förderband durchgeleitet wurden. Es wurden 10 acht Tage alte Mottenlarven

(Plutella maculipennis) nach der vierten Häutung oder 10 erwachsene 1 bis 2 Wochen alte Senfkäfer (Phaedon
cochleariae) auf das bespritzte Blatt von jeder Bübenpflanze
sowie 10 Wickenmilben (Megoura viciae) im Alter von 6 Tagen auf das besprühte Blatt von ^eder Bohnenpflanze gebracht.
Die Pflanzen wurden in Glaszylinder eingeschlossen, die
an einem Ende mit Musselin verschlossen waren. Sterblichkeits-Auszählungen wurden nach 24 h vorgenommen.
IV. In Versuchen gegen Treibhaus-Spinnmilben (Tetranychus
urticae) wurden Blattscheiben, die aus Pflanzen von französischen
Bohnen ausgeschnitten worden waren, in der unter III beschriebenen Weise besprüht. Eine Stunde nach dem Bespritzen
wurden die Scheiben mit 10 erwachsenen Milben besetzt. Es wurden Mortalitätsbestimmungen 24 h nach der
Besetzung durchgeführt.
V. Bei Versuchen gegen Larven von Kohlweißlingen (Pieris brassicae) wurden aus Kohlblättern ausgeschnittene Blattscheiben
in der unter III beschriebenen Weise bespritzt. Es wurden 10 Larven im Alter von 8 bis 10 Tagen (5. Häutung)
auf die Scheiben zwischen zwei Petri-Schalen gebracht. Mortalitätszählungen wurden 24 h nach der Besetzung vorgenommen.
Die Ergebnisse dieser Versuche sind in Tabelle II aufgeführt, wobei A die vollständige Tötung, B die teilweise
Tötung und C keine Tötung der Versuchsinsekten bedeutet.

Beispiel 9
Nematizidwirkung
Die Nematizidwirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen
wurde wie folgt geprüft:
Es wurden Grundansätze der Testverbindungen mit einem Gehalt von 1 000 ppm der Verbindung in Wasser, das 1 % Aceton enthielt,
angesetzt. Jede Lösung wurde weiter verdünnt, um die besten Lösungen mit einem Gehalt von 500 und 50 ppm der Versuchsverbindung
zu erzielen. Es wurden Individuen der Wurzelknöllchennematode Meloidogyne incognita aus den Wurzeln von
infizierten Tomaienpflanzen entfernt und in die verschiedenen

Versuchslösungen eingebracht. Die Nematoden wurden 24 h bei 230C in den Lösungen gelassen und dann in destilliertes
Wasser überführt. Die Beweglichkeit der Nematoden wurde nach weiteren 24 h beobachtet. Die Ergebnisse dieser Versuche
sind in der folgenden Tabelle III aufgeführt.

Beispiel 10 Fungizidwirkung
Die !Fungizidwirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wurde
wie folgt geprüft:
Es wurden unversehrte Blätter oder Blattstücke von Wein, Kartoffel, Weizen und Gurke auf mit Wasser gesättigten
Filterstücken für Samenkeimversuche in 9 cm-Petri-Schalen
gebracht und mit wäßrigen Suspensionen besprüht, die 1 000 ppm der Versuchsverbindung enthielten. Die Blätter oder Blattstücke
wurden trocknen gelassen und anschließend mit Sporen von Plasmopara viticola (Wein-Mehltau), Phytophthora infestans
(Kartoffelfäule), Puccina recondita (Weizenrostbrand) und Erysiphe cichoracearum (Gurken-Mehltau) beimpft. Beobachtungen
bezüglich der Entwicklung von KrankheitsSymptomen
wurden nach 2 bis 7 Tagen vorgenommen.
Die Versuchsergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle IV angegeben, wobei der Wert 2 eine Bekämpfung von mehr als 80 %
der Pilzkrankheit und der Wert 1 eine Bekämpfung von 50 bis
80 % und der Wert 0 weniger als 50 % Bekämpfung anzeigt.

Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHEin der R., Rp und X jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppe, R, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoff gruppe, A eine kovalente Bindung oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte zweiwertige aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoff gruppe und Y ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom bedeuten oder A, Y und R, zusammen ein heterocyclisches Ringsystem bilden.2) Pyridinverbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in der allgemeinen Formel I R,- und X jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Alkylgruppea mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, R, eine gegebenenfalls cyansubstituierte Alkylgruppe mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Alkenylgruppe und A eine kovalente Bindung oder eine Methylengruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch eine Alkoxy- oder Alkylthiogruppe substituiert ist, bedeuten, oder A, Y und R, zusammen einen 5gliedrigen heterocyclischen Ring bilden.3) Pyridinverbindungen nach Anspruch 2,dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in der allgemeinen Formel I R. und X jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe, R7 eine Methyl-, Äthyl-, Cyanäthyl-, Propyl-, Cyanpropyl-,1 0 9 3 ? } i 2 2 3 8ORIGINAL1A-38 696 - 25 -Butyl- oder Allylgruppe und A eine kovalente Bindung oder eine Methylengruppe, die gegebenenfalls durch eine Methoxy- oder Isopropylthiogruppe substituiert ist, bedeuten, oder A, I und R, zusammen einen Dioxolan- oder Dithiolanring bedeuten.4) Pyridinverbindungen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in der allgemeinen Formel I S, eine Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl- oder Butylgruppe und A eine kovalente Bindung oder eine Methylengruppe bedeuten.5) 2-Methylthio-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin.6) •2-(2-Cyanäthylthio)-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin.7) 2-Methoxy-3-(N-methylcarbamoyloxy)pyridin.8) Verfahren zur Herstellung der Pyridinverbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man ein 3-Hydroxypyridin der allgemeinen Formel:(II) ΊΓ A-Y-R,in der X, A, Y und R^ die genannte Bedeutung haben, entwedera) mit einem Carbamoylhalogenid der allgemeinen Formel:O R1HaI-C-N^ (III) ,R2- 26 -103821/22361A-38 696 - 26 -in der Hal ein Halogenatom bedeutet und R,. und R2 die genannte Bedeutung haben, oderb) mit Phosgen und dem entsprechenden Amin oderc) wenn R. ein Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, mit einem organischen Isocyanat der allgemeinen Formel:H2-N=G=O (IV) ,in der R2 die genannte Bedeutung hat, umsetzt.9) Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man ein Carbamoylhalogenid der allgemeinen Formel III verwendet, in der Hai ein Chloratom bedeutet.10) Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9» dadurch gekenn zeichnet , daß man die Umsetzung in Gegenwart einer organischen Base durchführt.11) Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Base ein tertiäres aliphatisches Amin verwendet.12) Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Amin Triäthylamin verwendet.13) Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 bis 12, dadurch g e k e η η ζ e i c h ne t , daß man die Umsetzung in einem organischen Lösungsmittel durchführt.Verfahren nach Anspruch 13» dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man als Lösungsmittel Dichlormethan verwendet.- 27 10982 1/22361A-38 696 - 27 -15) Verwendung der PyridinverMndungen nach Anspruch 1 bis 7 als Pflanzenschutzmittel insbesondere zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Nematoden und/oder Pilzkrankheiten.
