Klebstoffe
Die Erfindung betrifft Klebstoffe, die sich insbesondere
für die Verklebung von Gegenständen aus Polyestern oder
Polyolefinen wie Polyäthylen und Polypropylen eignen.
Die verschiedensten Arten von Gebrauchsartikeln und Produkten,
55.B. Faserstoffe, Gewebe, Vliese, Folien und
Platten, werden aus Polyestern oder Polyolefinen wie Polyäthylen und Polypropylen hergestellt und in großem Umfange
verwendet. Insbesondere werden Folien und Platten aus Polyäthylenterephthalat auf den verschiedensten Gebieten
gebraucht, wo der Vorteil ihrer ausgezeichneten physikalischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften, z.B. hohe mechanische
Festigkeit, hohe Beständigkeit gegen Licht, Sauerstoff, Warme und Chemikalien und niedrige Gasdurehlässigkeit,
ausgenutzt wird. Polyester wie Polyäthylenterephthalat und die Polyolefine haben Jedoch den großen Nachteil,
daß sie sehr schwierig miteinander und mit anderen · Substraten wie Gummi, Metalle,Kunststoffe und Holz fest
und dauerhaft zu verkleben sind. Von den vielen bekannten Arten von Klebstoffen, z.B. solchen auf Basis von
synthetischem Kautschuk, Polyestern, Vinylharzen und Iso-

cyanaten, ist keiner als Klebstoff für Gegenstände aus
Polyestern oder Polyolefinen geeignet. Von den bekannten
Klebstoffen gelten. Produkte auf Basis von Isocyanaten als
die geeignetsten für die Verklebung von Polyestern oder
Polyolefinen. Das typischste Beispiel von Klebstoffen auf
Isocyanatbasis ist eine Kombination eines Addufcts von Toluylendiisocyanat und Trimethylolpropan ("Besmodur 75"»
Hersteller Farbenfabriken Bayer AG) mit einem Präpolymeren
von Toluylendiisocyanat und Polybutylenadipat oder
einem Prepolymeren von Toluylendiisocyanat und Polyäthylenadipat (Desmocoll 400, Desmocoll 176, Hersteller
Farbenfabriken Bayer AG). Aber auch bei Verwendung dieses
Klebstofftyps für die Verklebung von Gegenstanden aus Polyestern oder Polyolefinen ist nur eine schlechte
Klebkraft festzustellen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Klebstoffe, mit denen feste und haltbare Klebverbindungen zwischen Gegenständen aus
Polyestern (z.B. Polyäthylenterephthalat) odör Polyolefinen
(z.B. Polyäthylen und Polypropylen) mit sich selbst oder anderen Substraten hergestellt werden können.
Die Klebstoffe gemäß der Erfindung bestehen aus 100 Gew,-Teilen
der nachstehend beschriebenen Komponente (A) und etwa 1 bis 30 Gew·—Teilen der nachstehend beschriebenen
Komponente (B). Die Komponente (A) ist ein endständige
Hydroxylgruppen enthaltendes Polyurethan-Prepolymeres, das hergestellt wird durch Umsetzung eines Polyesterdiols,
das ein Molekulargewicht von etwa 500 bis 3000 hat» mit (Δ %(j3 '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol in einem solchen Verhältnis,
daß das HCO/OH-Verhältnis etwa 1:1 beträgt, unter
Bildung eines Prepolymeren mit endständigen NCÖ-rGmppen
und Umsetzung dieses Prepolymeren mit endständigen HGO-Gruppen mit einem niedrigmolekularen Polyol, das wenigstens
3 OH-Gruppen im Molekül enthält, in einem solchen Verhältnis, daß da3 OH/NCO-Verhältnis etwa 3 bis 10 beträgt. Die Komponente (B) ist ein endständige NGO-Gruppen

d Prepolymeres, das hergestellt wird, indem
ein niedrigmolekulares Polyol, das wenigstens 2 OH-Gruppen
enthält und ein Molekulargewicht von weniger als etwa 400 hat, mit einem im Überschuß verwendeten o?,6M_
Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol umgesetzt wird.
Polyesterdiole mit einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 500
bis 5000, die sich für die Herstellung der Komponente (A) eignen, können durch Umsetzung eines oder mehrerer
Glykole (z.B. Äthylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Butylenglykol, 1,6-Hexylenglykol, Diäthylenglykol, Triäthylenglyköl
und Dipropylenglykol) mit einer oder mehreren Dicarbonsäuren (z.B. Adipinsäure, Sebacinsäure, Maleinsäure,
Fumarsäure, Phthalsäure und Isophthalsäure) oder ihren Anhydriden hergestellt werden. Sie können auch hergestellt
werden, indem Lactone (z.B. Caprolacton und Methylcaprolacton) einer Eingö'ffnungspolymerisation unter
Verwendung eines Glykole (ζ·Β. Ithylenglykol, Propylenglykol,
Butylenglykol und Diäthylenglykol) unterworfen werden. Die Herstellung kann nach beliebigen üblichen
Verfahren unter üblichen Bedingungen erfolgen (siehe beispielsweise "High Polymers, Vol.XVI Polyurethanes:

Als tu ,Μ '-Diisocyanatdimetliylbenzole (die kurz als nXDI"
bezeichnet werden) kommen die o-Isomeren, m-Isomeren und
p-Isomeren und beliebige Gemische dieser Isomeren in Frage.
Für die Herstellung der Komponente (A) werden niedrigmolekulare Polyole verwendet, die wenigstens 3» vorzugsweise
3 bis 8 OH-Gruppen iia Molekül enthalten. Diese niedrigmolekularen Polyole haben ein Molekulargewicht von
nicht mehr als 400, vorzugsweise von etwa 90 bis 400. Typische Beispiele geeigneter niedrigmolekularer Polyole
sind Srisiethylolpropan, 1,2,6-Hexantriol, Glycerin, Penta-

erythrit, Methylglueosid, Xylyt, Sorbit und Saccharose.
Für die Herstellung der Komponente (A) werden das PoIyesterdiol
und das u),u>*-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol in
einem solchen Mengenverhältnis umgesetzt, daß das Verhältnis
von NCO-Gruppen zu OH-Gruppen etwa 1, insbesondere
etwa 1,02 bis 1,10 beträgt. Die Reaktion wird bei etwa, 50 bis 100°0 in Abwesenheit oder Gegenwart eines
inerten Lösungsmittels durchgeführt. Als Lösungsmittel
eignen sich beispielsweise aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (z.B. Benzol, Toluol und Xylol), halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (z.B. Methylenchlorid, Äthylenchlorid, Trichloräthan
und Ghlorbenzol), Ester (z.B. Äthylacetat, Butylacetat und Gellosolveacetat), Ketone (z.B. Aceton, Methylethylketon
und Cyclohexanon), Äther (z.B. Diisopropyläther, Tetrahydrofuran und Dioxan), Dimethylformamid und
Dimethylacetamid. Hierbei werden lineare Polyisocyanate mit 2 endständigen NCO-Gruppen gebildet. Das Polyisocyanat
wird mit dem niedrigmolekularen Polyol in einem solchen Mengenverhältnis umgesetzt, daß das Verhältnis von
OH-Gruppen zu NGO-Gruppen 3 t>is 10, vorzugsweise 4 bis
beträgt. Die Reaktion wird bei etwa 50 bis 1000G durchgeführt.
Für die Durchführung dieser Reaktion kann eines der oben genannten inerten Lösungsmittel verwendet werden.
Die Reaktion kann durch Verwendung eines Katalysators beschleunigt werden. Als Katalysatoren eignen sich beispielsweise
metallorganische Verbindungen (z.B. Zinn(IV)-octoat, Dibutylzinndilaurat, Eisen(III)-acety!J.acetonat
und Phenylquecksilber(II)-acetat) und tertiäree Amine
(z.B. Triäthylamin, Triäthylendiamin und N-Methylmorpholin).
Wenn die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels durchgeführt wird, wird.die Menge des Lösungsmittels so
eingestellt, daß der Gehalt an Produkt in der Reaktionslösung etwa 5 bis 90%, vorzugsweise etwa 30 bis 50% beträgt.
Bei diesem Gehalt an Produkt hat die Reaktionslösung eine Viskosität von etwa 1000 bis 100.000 cP. Der

tionsmittel, Verbindungen, die eine Hydrolyse verhindern,
und Antiseptika in einer Menge bis etwa 5%» bezogen auf
den Feststoffgehalt, zugemischt werden.
Für die Herstellung der Komponente (B) werden niedrigmolekulare
Polyole verwendet, die wenigstens 2 OH-Gruppen im Molekül enthalten und ein Molekulargewicht von nicht
mehr als etwa 400, vorzugsweise von etwa 60 bis 400 haben. Typische Beispiele geeigneter Polyole sind aliphatische
Glykole (z.B. Äthylenglykol, Diäthylenglykol, Propylenglykol,
Butylenglykol, 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propylenglykol,
Hexandiol und 2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentandiol), cycloaliphatische
Diole (z.B. 2,2,4,4-Tetramethylcyclobutandiol,
1,3-Cyclopentandiol, 1,4-Cyclohexandiol, 1,4-Bis(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexan
und 4,4-Methylen-bis(cyclohexanol), aromatische Glykole (z.B. 1,4-Phenylen-bis(ß-hydroxyäthyläther),
Isopropyliden-bis(ß-hydroxyäthylphenyläther), Polyalkohole (z.B. Trimethylolpropan, Hexantriol, Glycerin,
Pentaerythrit, Methylglycosid, Xylyt, Sorbit und " Saccharose). Das u>, <*>
'-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol wird im Überschuß über das niedrigmolekulare Diol oder Polyol verwendet.
In der Praxis werden die beiden Ausgangsmaterialien in solchen Mengen verwendet, daß das Verhältnis von
NCO-Gruppen zu OH-Gruppen wenigstens etwa 1,5» vorzugsweise etwa 1,5 bis 4, insbesondere etwa 1,8 bis 3 beträgt.
Die Reaktion wird bei etwa 30 bis 100°0 in Gegenwart oder Abwesenheit eines der oben genannten inerten
Lösungsmittel durchgeführt. Metallorganische Verbindungen oder tertiäre Amine der oben genannten Art können
ebenfalls bei dieser Reaktion verwendet werden. Wenn die Reaktion bei mehr als etwa 10O0CL durchgeführt oder ein
Katalysator (z.B. Zinn(IV)-octoat, Phenylquecksilber(II)-acetat und Trimethylbenzylammoniumhydroxyd) verwendet wird,
können Allophanatbindungen gebildet werden. Ferner können Biuretbindungen durch Zusatz eines Amins (z.B. Äthylendiamin,
Hexamethylendiamin und Butylamin) zum Reaktionssystem gebildet werden. Wenn die Reaktion

in Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels durchgeführt wird, wird dieses Lösungsmittel in einer solchen
Menge verwendet, daß die gebildete Reaktionslösung einen
Feststoffgehalt von etwa 50 bis 90% und einen NCO-Gehalt
von etwa 5 bis 25 Gew.-% hat.
Die in dieser Weise hergestellten Komponenten (A) und (B) werden in solchen Mengen gemischt, daß etwa 1 bis 30,
vorzugsweise etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-Teile der Komponente (B),
gerechnet als Feststoffgehalt dieser Komponente, pro 100 Gew.-Teile der Komponente (A), gerechnet als Feststoff
gehalt dieser Komponente, vorhanden sind. Der Gesamtfeststoffgehalt des so hergestellten Gemisches wird
zweckmäßig auf etwa 5 bis 30 Gew.-% eingestellt. Diese
Einstellung erfolgt durch Regelung der Lösungsmittelmenge der Komponente (A) und/oder (B) oder durch Zusatz
eines Lösungsmittels zum Gemisch oder durch Entfernung eines Teils des Lösungsmittels vom Gemisch.
Die Klebstoffe gemäß der Erfindung eignen sich zur Verklebung von Gegenständen (z.B. Fasermaterialien, Geweben,
Vliesen, Folien und Platten) aus Polyestern (z.B. PoIy-Ethylenterephthalat)
und Polyolefinen (z.B. Polyäthylen und Polypropylen) miteinander oder mit anderen Substraten
(z.B. Gummi, Metallen, Kunststoffen und Holz). Außer den vorstehend genannten Materialien können die Klebstoffe
gemäß der Erfindung auch für die Verklebung anderer Materialien verwendet werden. Die Verklebung unter Verwendung
dieser Klebstoffe kann nach beliebigen üblichen Methoden erfolgen. Beispielsweise wird ein Gegenstand in
die Klebstoffe getaucht, oder der Klebstoff wird auf den Gegenstand aufgetragen. Anschließend wird das Lösungsmittel
teilweise oder ganz entfernt, und der mit dem Klebstoff versehene Gegenstand wird auf ein Substrat aufgebracht,
oder mit Klebstoff beschichtete Gegenstände werden übereinandergelegt und stehengelassen oder vorzugsweise
unter Druck erhitzt.

Wie "bereits erwähnt, können mit den Klebstoffen gemäß der
Erfindung starke und haltbare Verklebungen von Polyestern oder Polyolefinen miteinander oder mit anderen Substraten
erzielt werden. Dies war mit den bisher bekannten Klebstoffen nicht möglich. Hierauf wird nachstehend ausführlich
eingegangen.
Wenn das α),α>•-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol durch andere
Isocyanatverbindungen wie Toluylendiisocyanat (TDI),
Diphenylmethandiisocyanat (MDI) und Hexamethylendiisocyanat (HMDI) in den Klebstoffen gemäß der Erfindung ersetzt
wird, ist eine hohe Klebkraft nicht erzielbar. Mit anderen Worten, die Aufgabe, die die Erfindung sich stellt,
kann nur mit W,ttf '-Diisocyanatdimethy!benzol gelöst werden.
Wenn das niedrigmolekulare Polyol, das wenigstens 3 OH-Gruppen
im Molekül enthält und für die Herstellung der Komponente (A) verwendet wird, durch ein niedrigmolekulares
Diol ersetzt wird, zeigen die erhaltenen Klebstoffe keine hohe Klebkraft. Mit der Kombination eines PoIyurethandiols
(endständige OH-Gruppen enthaltendes Prepolymeres
von XDI und Polybutylenadipat oder von XDI und Polyäthylenadipat) mit einem endständige NÜO-Gruppen enthaltenden
XDI-Trimethylolpropan-Addukt ist das erfindungsgemäße
Ergebnis ebenfalls nicht erzielbar.
Wenn für die Herstellung der Komponente (A) das u>, α/ '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol
für die Umsetzung mit dem PoIyesterdiol im großen Überschuß verwendet wird (z.B. mit einem
NCO/OH-Verhältnis von etwa 1,2 oder mehr), zeigen die erhaltenen Klebstoffe keine hohe Klebkraft.
Wenn bei der Herstellung der Komponente (A) das endständige NGO-Gruppen enthaltende Prepolymere und das niedrigmolekulare
Polyol mit wenigstens 3 OH-Gruppen im Molekül für die Umsetzung miteinander in solchen Mengen verwendet
werden, daß das OH/NCO-Verhältnis über etwa 10 liegt,

sind ebenfalls keine Klebstoffe mit hoher Klebkraft er-,,. zielbar. Wenn dieses Verhältnis unter etwa 3 liegt, findet
Gelbildung während der Reaktion statt, so daß .die gewünschte
Komponente (A) nicht gebildet werden kann.
Wenn das Verhältnis der Komponente (B) zur Komponente (A) unter
etwa; 1; 100: oder über etwa 30:100 liegt, ist die . - -,
Klebkraft der erhaltenen Klebstoffe schlecht. , , ,·■ ·
Im Rahmen der Erfindung wird die Komponente (A) nach dem
sogenannten Zweistufenverfahren hergestellt. Wenn die
Komponente (A) nach dem Einstufenverfahren hergestellt werden soll, d.h. durch/Umsetzung von tu,üJ '-Diisocyanat-
W dimethy!benzol mit einem Gemisch eines Polyesterdiols und

im Molekül, findet Gelbildung während der Reaktion statt, so daß die gewünschte Verbindung nicht gebildet
werden kann.
Bei den nachstehend beschriebenen Versuchen verstehen sich
die Teile als Gewichtsteile, falls nicht anders angegeben.
Gewichtsteile verhalten sich zu Raumteilen wie Gramm zu Kubikzentimeter.

A) Herstellung der Komponente
'
(A)
■) I. In ein Reaktiönsgefaß, das mit Thermometer, Stickstoffeintritt,
Rückflußkühler und Rührer versehen ist, werden
110 Teile dehydratisiertes Ä'thylacetat, 98 Teile PoIybutylenadipatdiol
vom Molekulargewicht 1960 und 10 Teile
(ii , U '-Diisocyanätdimethylbenzol (Gemisch von 70 Gew.-%
des m^Isomereri und 30 Gew.-% des p-Isomeren) gegeben,
worauf 8 Stunden bei 600C unter Stickstoff'gerührt wird.'
Hierbei wird eine viskose Flüssigkeix;1 gebildet. Zu dieser
Flüssigkeit werden 1,1 Teile Trimethylo.lpropan und 92 Teile Äthylacetat gegeben. Das Gemisch wird 2 Stunden bei
600G gehalten und dann gekühlt. Hierbei wird eine PoIyurethanpolyollösung
erhalten, die einen Peststoffgehalt

von 35 Gew.-96 und eine Viskosität von 6500 cP bei 25°C
hat.
Dieses Produkt wird nachstehend als Komponente (A)-(I) bezeichnet.
II. In das in Abschnitt (I) beschriebene Reaktionsgefäß werden 115 Teile Methyläthy!keton, 105 Teile Polyesterdiol
vom Molekulargewicht 2150, das aus Adipinsäure und einem Gemisch von 6 molaren Anteilen Äthylenglykol und
4- molaren Anteilen 1,4—Butandiol hergestellt worden ist,
9,7 Teile u), U) '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol (Gemisch von
70 Gew.-% des m-Isomeren und 30 Gew.-% des p-Isomeren)
und 0,5 Teile Phenylquecksilber(II)-acetat gegeben. Das Gemisch wird 4- Stunden bei 600C gerührt, worauf 1,4 Teile
Glycerin zugesetzt werden. Nach weiterem Zusatz von 101 Teilen Toluol wird das Gemisch 2 Stunden bei 600C
gerührt und dann gekühlt. Hierbei wird eine Polyurethanpolyollösung
mit einem Feststoffgehalt von 35 Gew.-% und einer Viskosität von 3200 cP bei 25°C erhalten.
Dieses Produkt wird nachstehend als Komponente (A)-(II) bezeichnet.
I. In das oben beschriebene Reaktionsgefäß werden 25 Teile
Äthylacetat und 60,6 Teile UJ,W '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol
(Gemisch von 70 Gew.-% des m-Isomeren und 30 Gew.-%
des p-Isome.ren) gegeben. Dem Gemisch werden innerhalb
1 Stunde 14-$4 Teile Trimethylolpropan unter Rühren bei
50 bis 700C unter strömendem Stickstoff zugesetzt, worauf
das Gemisch 2 Stunden stehengelassen wird. Hierbei wird ein Polyurethanpolyisocyanat mit einem Feststoffgehalt
von 75# und einem NCO-Gehalt von Λ~$)Λ% erhalten.
Dieses Produkt wird nachstehend als Komponente (B)-(I)
bezeichnet.

II. In ein Reaktionsgefäß werden 66,1 Teile ίιί,αί '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol
(Gemisch von 70 Gew.—% des m—Isomeren
und 30 Gew.-% des p-Isomeren) und 8,9 Teile 1,2-Propylenglykol
gegeben, worauf 8 Stunden bei 12O°€ unter
trockenem Stickstoff gerührt wird. Nach Abkühlung auf
600C wird das erhaltene Produkt mit 25 Teilen Äthyls.,;
acetat verdünnt. Hierbei wird ein Polyurethanpolyisocyanat mit einem Feststoffgehalt von 75% und einem NCO-Gehalt
von 14,6% erhalten.
Dieses Produkt wird nachstehend als Komponente (B)-(II) bezeichnet.
I. Die Klebstoffe gemäß der Erfindung wer-den durch Mischen
der Komponente (A) und der Komponente (B) in den in der folgenden Tabelle genannten Verhältnissen hergestellt.

des Polyurethanpolyist>cyanats gemischt.
2); Eine Polyurethanpolyollösung wird in der gleichen Weise,
wie die Komponente (A)-(II) hergestellt, wobei jedoch TDI (80 Gew.-% des 2,4-Isomeren und 20 Gew.-% des 2,6-Isomeren)
an Stelle von ω,cd '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol verwendet
wird.
Ein Polyurethanpblyisocyanat wird in der gleichen Weise wie die Komponente (B)-(II) hergestellt, wobei jedoch
TDI (80 Gew.-% des 2,4-Isomeren und 20 Gew.-% des 2,6-Isomeren)
an Stelle von td,t«J '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol
verwendet wird.
100 Teile der Polyurethanpolyollösung werden mit 4 Teilen
des Porlyurethänpolyisocyanats gemischt.
D) Ermittlung der Klebkraft ν
Die Kleblcra.ft der vorstehend beschriebenen Klebstoffe
wird nach der folgenden Methode ermittelt:
Der Klebstoff wird auf eine Polyäthylenterephthalatfolie

(Dicke 75 ά) in einer Schichtdicke von 10 η aufgetragen,
worauf man vortrocknen läßt. Zwei in dieser Weise beschichtete Polyäthylenterephthalatfolien werden mit den
einander zugewandten KlebSeiten zusammengelegt. Die ver-
2 klebten Folien werden unter einem Druck von 3 kg/cm
erhitzt, wobei eine Härtungsreaktion stattfindet. Die Probe wird 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gehalten, worauf
ein Streifen von 200 χ 25 mm abgeschnitten wird.
Mit der so hergestellten Probe wird der T-Abreißtest gemäß ASTM D1876-61T unter Verwendung einer Tensilon-Zugprüfmaschine
bei einer Dehngeschwindigkeit von 20 cm/ Minute durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden
Tabelle angegeben. Die genannten Werte für die Abreißkraft stellen jeweils den Durchschnitt von 10 Proben dar.

Versuch 2
Verwendung von Klebstoffen auf Basis von XDI-PoIyesterpolyurethandiol
I. In das im Zusammenhang mit Versuch 1 beschriebene Reaktionsgefäß
werden 110 Teile Äthylacetat, 98 Teile PoIybutylenadipatdiol vom Molekulargewicht 1960 und 10 Teile
u) ,xd '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol (m-Isoraeres/p-I some res =
70:30) gegeben, worauf 8 Stunden bei 60°C unter trockenem strömendem Stickstoff gerührt wird. Hierbei wird eine
viskose Flüssigkeit gebildet. Zu dieser Flüssigkeit werden 0,8 Teile 1,4~Butandiol und 102 Teile Ithylacetat
gegeben, worauf 2 Stunden bei 600C gehalten und gekühlt
wird. Hierbei wird eine Polyurethandiollösung mit einem
Feststoffgehalt von 35% und einer Viskosität von 7000 cP
bei 250C erhalten. Diese Lösung wird als Komponente (A)-(I)
bezeichnet.
II. In das gleiche Reaktionsgefäß werden 115 Teile Methylethylketon,
105 Teile Polyesterdiol, das aus Äthylenglykol und 1,4—Butandiol (6:4) und Adipinsäure hergestellt
worden ist und ein Molekulargewicht von 2150 hat, 9,7 Teile (ύ 9υ) ·»Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol (m-Isomeres/
p-Isomeres=70:30) und 0,5 Teile Phenylquecksilber(II)-acetat
als Katalysator gegeben. Das Gemisch wird 4 Stunden bei 6O0C gerührt und dann mit 0,9 Teilen 1,2-Propylenglykol
und 116 Teilen Toluol gemischt. Das Gemisch wird 2 Stunden bei 6O0C gerührt und dann gekühlt. Hierbei wird
eine Polyurethan-Prepolymerlösung mit einem Feststoffgehalb
von 35% und einer Viskosität von 4000 cP bei 250C
erhalten. Das Produkt wird als Komponente (A)-(II) bezeichnet.
Als Isocyanatkomponente wird die Komponente (B)-(I) von
Versuch 1 verwendet.
Die Klebstoffe werden durch Mischen der beiden Komponenten

(Herstellung der Klebstoffe gemäß der Erfindung nach dem Einstufenverfahren)
I. In das im Zusammenhang mit Versuch 1 beschriebene Reaktionsgefäß
werden 202 Teile Äthylacetat, 98 Teile PoIybutylenadipatdiol und 1,1 Teile Trimethylolpropan gegeben,
worauf gerührt wird. Zum Gemisch werden dann 10 Teile iü ,td '-Diisocyanatdimethy!benzol (m-Isomeres/p-Isomeres «
70:30) gegeben, worauf 1,2 "Stunden unter strömendem Stickstoff bei 60°C gehalten wird. Das hierbei erhaltene Produkt
ist geliert und als Klebstoff unbrauchbar.
II, In das gleiche Reaktionsgefäß werden 115 Teile dehydrabisierbes
MethyLäthylkebon, -101 Teile Toluol, 105 Teile
PolybubylenadLpatdiol vom Molekulargewicht 20S0 und 1,4

Teile Glycerin gegeben, worauf gerührt wird. Zum Gemisch
wird das gleiche XDI wie beim vorstehend beschriebenen Versuch gegeben, worauf 0,5 Teile Phenylquecksilber(II)-acetat
als Katalysator zugesetzt werden. Das Gemisch wird 1 Stunde bei 600G gehalten. Das Reaktionsgemisch geliert
hierbei, so daß das Produkt als Klebstoff unbrauchbar ist.
Versuch 4-
(Verwendung einer niedrignolekularen Polyhydroxyverbindung
an Stelle des Polyurethanprepolymeren im Klebstoff
gemäß der Erfindung)
Verschiedene Klebstoffe werden durch Mischen der gemäß Versuch 1 hergestellten Komponente (B)-(I) mit einer
1Obigen Lösung von Trimethylο!propan in Ithylacetat oder
mit einer 1Obigen Lösung von Glycerin in Methyläthylketon
in verschiedenen Mengenverhältnissen hergestellt. Mit diesen Klebstoffen wird die gleiche Prüfung durchgeführt,
die bei Versuch 1 (D) beschrieben ist. Alle diese Klebstoffe
zeigen nur eine Abreißkraft von 200 g/cm oder niedriger.
Versuch 5
(Herstellung des Polyurethanprepolymeren μη^Γ Verwendung
eines Diols an Stelle eines Polyols mit wenigstens 3 OH-
Gruppen)
In das im Zusammenhang mit Versuch beschriebene Reaktionsgefäß werden 11ö Teile dehydratisiertes Äthylacetat,
98 Teile Polybutylenadipatdiol vom Molekulargewicht 1960 und 10 Teile des gleichen XDI wie bein vorstehenden Versuch
gegeben, worauf das Produkt während der in der folgenden Tabelle genannten Zeit unter strömendem Stickstoff
bei 600C gehalten wird. Nach Zusatz von 0,8 Teilen 1,4-Butandiol
und 102 Teilen Äthylacetat wird das Gemisch 2 Stunden bei 60°C gehalten und dann gekühlt. Die Produkte
zeigen die nachstehend genannte Viskosität.

Klebstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie .ausA) 100 Gew.-Teilen eines endständige Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden Polyurethanprepolymeren, das hergestellt worden ist durch Umsetzung eines Polyesterdiols mit einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 500 bis 3000 mit ω ,ω '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol in einem solchen Verhältnis, daß das NCO/OH-Verhältnis etwa 1:1 beträgt, unter Bildung eines endständige NGO-Gruppen enthaltenden Prepolymeren und Umsetzung des Prepolymeren mit einem niedrigmolekularen Polyol, das wenigstens 3 OH-Gruppen im Molekül enthält, in einem - solchen Verhältnis, daß das OH/NCO-Verhältnis etwa 3 bis 10 beträgt, undB). etwa 1 bis 30 Gew.-Teilen eines endständige NCO-Gruppen enthaltenden Prepolymeren bestehen, das durch Umsetzung eines niedrigmolekularen Polyols mit wenigstens 2 OH-Gruppen im Molekül und einem Molekulargewicht von weniger als etwa 400 mit einer überschüssigen Menge u)\ü) '-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol hergestellt worden ist.2· Klebstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ausA) 100 Gew.-Teilen eines endständige Hydroxylgruppen enthaltenden Polyurethanprepolymeren, das hergestellt worden ist durch Umsetzung eines Polyesterdiols mit einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 500 bis 3000 mit W ,U) ·-Diisocyanatdimethylbenzol in einem solchen Verhältnis, daß das NCO/OH-Verhältnis etwa 1,02 bis 1,10 beträgt, und Umsetzung des hierbei gebildeten, endständige NCO-Gruppen enthaltenden Prepolymeren mit einem niedrigmolekularen Polyol mit 3 bis 8 OH-■Gruppen im Molekül und einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 90 bis A-OO in einem solchen Verhältnis, daß das OH/NCO-Verhältnis etwa 3 bis 10.beträgt, und10981R/? 10 1 ORlGiNAt INSPECTEDB) etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-Teilen eines endständige FOO-Gruppen enthaltenden Prepolymeren bestehen, das durch Umsetzung eines niedrigmolekularen Polyols mit 2 bis 8 OH-Gruppen im Molekül und einem Molekulargewicht von etwa 60 bis 400 mit α),ω '-Diisocyanatdimethy!benzol in einem solchen Verhältnis, daß das NCO/OH-Verhältnis etwa 1,5 bis 1V beträgt, hergestellt worden ist.109816/7101
