Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte Azabicycloalkane,
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung» ferner herbizide Mittel, die als Wirkstoffe solche substituierte Azabicycloalkane
enthalten und Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von grasartigen und breitblättrigen Unkräutern unter Verwendung der neuen Wirkstoffe oder
der sie enthaltenden Mittel.
Es sind aus den U.S. Patentschriften Nr. 3.344.134 und
3,198.786 herbizide Azabicyclononane bzw. Polymethylenimino-thiocarbamate
bekannt geworden; ihre Wirkung auf Ungräser ist jedoch bei guter Selektivität in Reis gering und zweikeimblättrige Unkräuter
werden nicht geschädigt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass neue substituierte Azabicycloalkane der Formel I
R einen niederen Alkylrest, einen h*logenierten niederen
Alkylrest, einen niederm AlkenyXrest oder einen hÄlogenierten
niederen Alkenylrest,
η die Zahl null oder 1,
η die Zahl null oder 1,
von den Symbolen
X und Y eines Schwefel, das andere Sauerstoff oder Schwefel,
bedeuten bei gleich guter Selektivität gegenüber Reis eine weit
bessere Wirksamkeit gegen Ungräser, und ein breites Wirkungsspektrum
gegenüber zweikeimblättrigen Unkräuter auf.

Der Ausdruck "substituierte Azabicycloalkane" wird hier und im folgenden für 8-Azabicyclo[3.2.1] octan und 9-Azabicyclo[3. 3r l]
nonan verwendet, welche am Stickstoffatom in 8- resp. 9-Position
durch eine modifizierte Carboxylgruppe substituiert sind.
In der Formel I sind unter niederen Alkylresten R geradkettige
oder verzweigte Reste mit 1 bis 6, vorzugsweise 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen
zu verstehen, z.B. Methyl, Aethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl. sec,Butyl, tert.Butyl, etc. Halogenierte niedere Alkylreste sind
solche die ein- oder mehrfach durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod, substituiert sind. Als niedere Alkenyl-Reste R kommen Reste, wie
der Allyl- oder Methallyl-Rest, ein Propenyl- oder Butenyl-Rest in
Betracht. Als halogenierte niedere Alkenylreste kommen ein- oder mehrfach durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod substituierte Reste, in
Frage.
Die neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I werden erfindungsgemäss hergestellts indem man ein Azabicycloalkan der

,mit Phosgen oder Thiophosgen kann die als Zwischenprodukt erhaltene Halogencarbonyl-Verbindung ohne weitere Reinigung direkt mit'einem
Alkalisalz eines Alkanols oder Mercaptans der Formel IV umgesetzt
werden.
Für die Herstellung von substituierten Azabicyclralkanen der
Formel I, in-der. X .Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und Y Schwefel bedeuten,
wird die folgende Verfahrensvariante bevorzugt: ein Azabicycloalkan der Formel II wird als solches oder in Form eines seiner Säure-Additionssalze
in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base mit einer Verbindung der Formel CX S worin X Sauerstoff oder
Schwefel bedeutet, und einer Verbindung der Formel V:
R —· Hal (V)
in der Hai Chlor, Brom oder Jod bedeutet, umgesetzt.
Für die erfindungsgemässe Herstellung von substituierten
Azabicycloalkanen der Formel I, in der X Schwefel und Y Sauerstoff
bedeuten, ist die Umsetzung eines Azabicycloalkans der Formel II
mit einem Xanthogenessigsäureester der Formel VI:
R-O-C-S-CH0COOH (VI)
in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base bevorzugt.
Das Azabicycloalkan der Formel II kann als solches oder in Form
eines seiner Säure-Additionssalze in die Reaktion eingesetzt werden,
Für die Umsetzungen gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung werden
Azabicycloalkane der Formel II entweder in Form der freien Base oder ihrer Säure-Additionssalze verwendet, wofür am besten die
Hydrohalogenide, wie Hydrochloride, Hydrobromide und Hydrojodide,
Sulfate und Hydrogensulfate, Phosphate und Hydrogenphosphate, Carbonate und Hydrogencarbonate geeignet sind. Die Verbindungen
der Formel II sind bekannt und werden nach bekannten Verfahren ·
' durch Wolf f-Kishner-Reduktion aus den entsprechenden 3-Oxo-Verbiridungetr
erhalten. .

Für die Umsetzungen gemäss vorliegender Erfindung kommen als
anorganische Basen Hydroxide und Carbonate der Alkali- und Erdalkalimetalle,
insbesondere Natriumhydroxid, Kaiiumhydroxid, Natriumcarbonat
und Kaliumcarbonat, ferner die Hydroxide und Carbonate
des Lithiums, Bariums, Strontiums, Magnesiums, sowie quaternäre Ammonium-Verbindungen, die in Gegenwart von Wasser als Basen reagieren,
beispielsweise Tetramethylammoniuinhydroxid, etc. und als;
organischen Basen tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine, Pyridin und
Pyridinbasen in Betracht; ebenso kann das im Ueberschuss eingesetzte Azabicycloalkan der Formel II zum Abfangen des bei den
Reaktionen freiwerdenden Halogenwasserstoffs dienen.
Es ist ratsam, die erfindungsgemässen Umsetzungen in gegen-Über
den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lb'sungs·- oder Verdünnungsmitteln
durchzuführen. Hierfür kommen in Betracht: aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe,
wie Pentan, Hexan, Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Methylenehlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff; Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen,
wie Dialkyläther, Tetrahydrofuran; Alkohole, wie Aethanol; N,N-dialkylierte
Amide und Wasser, sowie Gemische solcher:.; Lösungsmittel
mit Wasser, und zwei-Phasen-System aus Wasser und mit Wasser
nicht oder nur beschränkt mischbaren Lösungsmitteln.
Die neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane der Formel I besitzen
ausgezeichnete herbizide Eigenschaften und sind besonders
zur Bekämpfung von grasartigen und breitblättrigen Unkräutern in verschiedenen Kulturpflanz-ungen geeignet.
Von den Wirkstoffen der Formel I werden schwer bekämpfbare
und tiefwurzelnde, ein- oder mehrjährige Unkrautarten mit gutem Erfolg im Wachstum geschädigt oder vernichtet. Die Applikation der
neuen' Wirkstoffe kann mit dem gleichen guten Erfolg vor dem Auflaufen
(preemergence) und nach dem Auflaufen (postemergence) erfolgen.
So können Ackerunkräuter, wie z.B. Hirsearten (Panicum" sp.), Senfarten (Sinapis sp.) Gänsefussarten (Chenepodiaceae), Ackerfuchsschwanz
(Alopecurus sp.) und andere Fuchsschwanzarten, z.B.
Amaranthus sp., Gräser, z.B. Lolium ερ ., Korbblütler, z.B. Taraxacum
sp., Kamillearten (Matricaria sp.), vernichtet oder im Wachstum behindert werden, ohne dass bei Nutzpflanzen, wie Getreide, Mais,
Baumwolle, Zuckerrübe, Soyabohnen, Schäden hervorgerufen werden.

Weiterhin werden von diesen Wirkstoffen in Reiskulturen schwer
bekämpfbare Unkrautarten erfasst: zum Beispiel in Wasserreiskulturen Echinochloa sp,, Eleocharis sp., Panicum sp., Cyperaceen,
Paspalum sp., etc.; in Trockenreiskulturen ebenfalls Echinochloa sp. , Digitaria sp., Brachiaria sp., Sida sp., Cyperaceen,
Acanthosperum sp. , etc. Da die Wirkstoffe ftir Warmblüter, Fische
und Fischnährtiere in Üblichen Anwendungskonzentrationen nicht toxisch sind, die Pflanzen allmählich abtöten und somit die Sauerstoff
bilanz und das biologische Gleichgewicht nicht beeinträchtigen, sind sie für die Anwendung in Wasserreiskulturen sehr gut geegnet.
Ausserdem besitzen die Wirkstoffe ein breites WirkungsSpektrum
gegen verschiedenartige Wasserunkräuter, z.B. emerse Pflanzen, Wasserpflanzen mit und ohne Schwimmblätter, submerse Pflanzen,
Algen,etc.
Das breite WirkungsSpektrum der neuen substituierten Azabicycloalkane
der Formel I erlaubt es, sie auch zu der wichtigen Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern auf den Reiskulturen umgebenden
Flächen, wie Gräben, Kanalbetten, Dämmen, etc. einzusetzen.
Von diesen Wirkstoffen werden nicht nur die genannten, in Reiskulturen vorkommenden Ungräser, sondern auch andere grasartige
und breitblättrige Unkräuter vernichtet. Die Wirkstoffe können
bei der Vorbereitung der Reisbetten und nach dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen auch zur Vernichtung eines bereits aufgelaufenen Unkrautbestandes
verwendet werden. Sowohl der in Wasser als auch in Trockenkulturen angebaute Reis erleidet durch Applikation der neuen
substituierten Azabicycloalkane in den Üblichen Aufwandmengen keine
Schädigung, in hohen Aufwandmengen weitgehend reversible Schäden.
Die Aufwandmengen sind verschieden und vom Applikationszeitpunkt abhängig, sie liegen zwischen 0,5 und 6 vorzugsweise 4 kg
Wirkstoff pro Hektar, bei Applikation vor dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen. Aufwandmengen von 10 - 30 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar werden fUr
eine totale Vernichtung des gesamten Unkrautbestandes, beispielcweise
auf dem Kulturland benachbarten Brachland, und zur Bestimmung der allgemeinen hcrbiziden Wirkung angewendet. Die fUr den Reisan*
bau wichtige Fruchtfolge kann bei Anwendung der neuen Wirkstoffe ohne Beeinträchtigung erfolgen.

Ausserdem können solche substituierten2-Azabicycloalkane
auch als Wachstumregulatoren, beispielsweise zur Entblätterung,; . . Verzögerung der BlUte etc. eingesetzt werden; einige wirken stimulierend
auf die vegetativen Speicherorgane verschiedenener Pflanzenarten, in manchen Fällen bei gleichzeitiger Verminderung des Längenwachstums.
Zur Herstellung von herbiziden Mitteln werden die Wirkstoffe
mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln vermischt. Zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums kann man diesen Mitteln noch
andere Herbizide zumischen, beispielsweise aus der Reihe der Triazine, wie Halogen-diamino-s-triazine, Alkoxy- und Alkylthio-diamino-striazine,
Triazole, Diazine, wie Uracile, aliphatische Carbonsäuren und Halogencarbonsäuren, halogenierte Benzoesäuren und Phenylessigsäuren,
Aryloxyalkancarbonsäuren, Hydrazide, Amide, Nitrile, Ester solcher Carbonsäuren, Carbaminsäure- und Thiocarbaminsäureester,
Harnstoffe etc.
Die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulichen die Herstellung der neuen Azabicycloalkane der Formel I. Sofern nichts anderes vermerkt
ist, sind die Temperaturen in Celsiusgraden angegeben.

Man löst 120 g 8-Azabicyclo[3,2.ljoctan-hydrochlorid in 200 ml
Wasser und 100 ml Aethanol und fügt eine Lösung von 65 g Natriumhydroxid in 150 ml Wasser zu. Man kllhlt die Mischung auf 0 - 5° und
tropft bei dieser Temperatur 62 g Schwefelkohlenstoff langsam zu. Nach beendeter Zugabe wird die Mischung eine Stunde bei 5 - 10°
gerührt und dann tropfenweise bei gleicher Temperatur mit 63 g Allylchlorid versetzt. Nach 10 Stunden Rühren bei Raumtemperatur
wird das gebildete OeI in Methylenchlorid aufgenommen. Das Methylenchlorid
wird im Vakuum abdestilliert. Das verbleibende bräunliche. OeI wird durch Destillation am Vakuum gereinigt (Siedepunkt:
106-110°/0,005) und kristallisiert. Man erhält 145 g 8-(Allylthiothiocarbonyl)-8-azabicyclo[3.2.l]octan
mit Smp. 48 - 49°.
Eine Lösung von 30 g Natriumhydroxid in 300 ml Wasser wird
mit einer Lösung von 45 g 9-Azabicyclo[3.3.1.]nonan~hydrochlorid
in 200 ml Wasser versetzt und mit 500 ml Petroläther Uberschichtet.
Unter kräftigem Rühren und Kühlen auf 0 - 5° tropft man 42 g Chlorthioameisensäureäthylester
zu der Mischung. Nach beendetem Zutropfen
rührt man noch eine Stunde bei Raumtemperatur und trennt die Phasen.
Die Wasserphase wird mit Petroläther extrahiert, die Petrolätherextrakte
werden mit verdünnter Salzsäure und anschliessend mit Wasser gewaschen. Nach Trocknen und Eindampfen des Lösungsmittels erhält
man ein gelbliches OeI, das im Vakuum destilliert wird. Das 9-(Aethylthio-carbonyl)-9-azabicyclo13.3.1]nonan hat den Siedepunkt
102 - 104° bei 0,2 Torr.
'Beispiel 3
Eine Lösung von 41 g 9-Azabicyclo[3.3.ljnonan-hydrochlorid
in '200 ml Wasser und 100 ml Aethanol wird mit einer wässrigen Lö-

sung von 45 g Aethylxanthogenessigsäure und einer wässrigen Lösung
von 20 g Natriumhydroxid versetzt und bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur 48 Stunden gerührt. Man destilliert den Alkohol im Vakuum ab und
nimmt den Rückstand in Methyl'enchlorid auf. Die Methylenchlorid-Lösung wird mit verdünnter Salzsäure und anschliessend mit Wasser
gewaschen und dann getrocknet. Nach Entfernen des Lösungsmittels erhält man 35 g eines bräunlichen Oeles, das nach der Destillation
kristallisiert. Das 9-(Aethoxy-thiocarbonyl)-9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]
nonan hat den Schmelzpunkt: 38 - 43°.
In eine Lösung von 11,8 g 8-Azabicyclo[3.2.l]octan-hydrochlorid
und 6j4 g Natriumhydroxid in 200 ml Wasser leitet man in Verlauf
von ca. 2 Stunden 6 g Kohlenoxisulfid bei einer Temperatur von 0-5° ein. Anschliessend rührt man noch 1 Stunde bei um 5 - 10°
und versetzt die klare Lösung mit 7,6 g Allylchlorid. Nach 15 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur extrahiert man das gelbliche OeI mit Diäthyläthers
wäscht die ätherische Lösung neutral, trocknet sie und verdampft den Aether im Vakuum. Das grünliche OeI wird im Hochvakuum
destilliert. Man erhält 12 g farbloses 8-(Allylthio-carbonyl)-8r
azabicyclo [3.2.1] oct an vomSdp. 90 - 94o/0,01 Torr. " ' \

Die herbizide Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen wird durch folr
gende-Versuche verdeutlicht.
*I. Vorauf lauf-Versuch . ..;
Der Wirkstoff wird als lOXiges Pulverkonzentrat in einer
Konzentration von 30 kg Aktivsubstanz pro ha in Erde eingearbeitet.
Die so vorbereitete Erde .wird in Saatschalen eingefüllt, worin folgende Testpflanzen eingesät werden: .
Hirse (Setaria italica), Senf (Sinapis alba), Hafer (Avena sativa),.
Raygras (Lolium perenne) und Wicke (Vicia sativa).
Die Schalen wurden dann im Gewächshaus bei 20 - 24°C und 70%
relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten.
Die Auswertung des Versuches erfolgt nach 20 Tagen und die-
:Beurteilung nach dem 9er Index.

. Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer herbizider Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und Vermählen
von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten
Dispersions- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können als Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate, UmhUllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate, Homogengranulate,Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Pasten,
Emulsionen oder Lösungen vorliegen und angewendet werden.
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel,
Streumittel, Granulate) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen
vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgrits. Ataclay, Dolomit,
Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate., Natrium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und
Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxyd, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel,
wie Ammöniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphate, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe,
gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindemehl, Holzmehl, Nusschatenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstände von Pflanzenextraktionen,
Aktivkohle etc., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander
in Frage. Die Korngrösse der Trägerstoffe beträgt flir
Stäubemittel zweckmässig bis ca. 0,1 mm, für Streumittel ca. 0,075
bis 0,2 mm und für Granulate 0,2 mm oder mehr.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in den festen Aufarbeitungsformen
betragen 0,5 bis 80%.
Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende
Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionenaktive und kationenaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der
Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie
Dispergierbarkeic (Dispergatoren) gewahrleisten. Als Klebemittel kommen beispielsweise die folgenden in Frage: Olein-Kalk-Mischung,
Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen mit 5-15
Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest,
Ligninsulfonsäuren, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, PoIyäthylenglykoläther
(Carbowaxe)j Fettalkoholpolyäthylenglykoläther
mit 5 - 20 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-18 Kohlenstoff-

atomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Äethylenoxid,
Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff-Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h. Spritzpulver (wettable powder), Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate stellen
Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdtinnt
werden können, Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven
Substanzen und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in diesen Mitteln beträgt
5 - 80%.
Die Spritzpulver (wettable powder) und Pasten werden erhalten, ·
indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität ver- i
mischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoff kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend flir. die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage. In
manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoff
c zu verwenden, Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin
und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol
und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von
Ligninsulfonsäure,-weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze
der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Fettalkoholsulfate,
wie Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole
und Salze von sulfatiertem Fettalkoholglykoläther, das Natriumsalz (|
von Oleyläthionat, das Natriumsalz von Oleylmethyltaurid, ditertiäre
Acetylenglykole, Dialkyldilaurylammoniumchlorid und fettsaure Alkali-
und iirdalkalisalze.
Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Silicone in Frage,
Dia Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusätzen so
vermischt» vermählen» gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern
der feste Anteil, eine Korngrösse von 0,02 - 0(04 min und bei dun
Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht Überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten
und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie in
den-.vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden» organische Lüsungsmittel
und Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispiels

die folgenden in Frage: Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethyl- \
sulfoxyd und im Bereich von 120 - 350° siedende Mineralölfraktionen. Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch,
den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert und dürfen nicht leicht brennbar sein. ■
Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff, bzw. werden
mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen
Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe,
deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden. Die
Lösungen sollen die Wirkstoffe in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 1 bis 20% enthalten.
Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemässen Mitteln lassen sich andere
biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können die neuen Mittel ausser den genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I
zum Beispiel Insektizide, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteristatika oder Nematozide zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums
enthalten. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können ferner noch Pflanzendünger,
Spurenelemente usw. enthalten.
Im folgenden werden Aufarbeitungsformen der neuen Azabicycloalkane
der Formel I beschrieben. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile.
Granulat
Zur Herstellung eines 5%igen Granulates werden die folgenden
Stoffe verwendet:

0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther,
3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol (Carbowaxe),

Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3 - 0,8 mm).
Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und in 6 Teilen
Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther
zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend im Vakuum verdampft. Solche. Granulate können zur
Bekämpfung von Unkräutern in Wasserreislculturen eingesetzt werden.
Zur Herstellung eines a) 5070igen, b) 25%igen und c) 10%igen Spritzpulvers
werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:
a) 50 Teile 9-(Methylthio-thiocarbonyl)-9-azabicyclo
[3. 3. 1] nonan,
5 Teile Natriumdibutylnaphthylsulfonat,
3 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäuren-Phenolsulfonsäuren-
3 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäuren-Phenolsulfonsäuren-
Formaldehyd-Kondensat 3:2:1, 20 Teile Kaolin, 22 Teile Champagne-Kreide;
b) 25 Teile 9-(Allylthio-thiocarbonyl)-9-azabicyclo [ 3 . 3 . 1 ] nonan

2,5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-
Kondensat,
0,5 Teile Carboxymethylcellulose, 5 Teile neutrales Kalium-Aluminiumsilikat,
62 Teile Kaolin;
10 Teile 9-(Methailylthio-thiocarbcnyl)-9-azabicyclo [ 3 . 3 . 1 ) nonan
3 Teile Gemisch der Natriuinsal2e von gesattigten
Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäuren-Formaldehyd-
Kondensat,
82 Teile Kaolin.
Der angegebene Wirkstoff wird auf die entsprechenden Trägerstoffe (Kaolin und Kreide) aufgezogen und anschliessend mit diesen
vermischt und vermählen. Man erhält Spritzpulver von vorzüglicher Benetzbarkeit und Schwebefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern können
durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Wirkstoff konzentration erhalten werden. Derartige Suspensionen werden
zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern vor und nach .dem Auflaufen
der Kulturpflanze, beispielsweise. Reis, verwendet.

Zur Herstellung einer 45%igen Paste werden folgende Stoffe verwendet:

Der Wirkstoff wird mit den Zuschlagstoffen in dazu geeigneten Geräten
innig vermischt und vermählen.Man erhält eine Paste, aus der
sich durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten
Konzentration herstellen lassen. Die Suspensionen eignen sich zum
Beispiel zur Behandlung von Getreide- und Maiskulturen vor und
nach dem Auflaufen der Kulturpflanzen,
Zur Herstellung eines 107agen Emulsionskonzentrates werden

cyclo[3. 3.1 jnonan, 15 Teile Öleylpolyglykoläther mit 8 Mol Aethylen-
oxyd,
75 Teile Isophoron,
miteinander vermischt. Diese Konzentrat kann mit Wasser zu Emulsionen
auf geeignete Konzentrationen verdünnt werden, Solche Emulsionen werden zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern in Kulturpflanzungen,
wie Baumwolle etc. verwendet.

Claims (12)
- Patentansprüchein der R einen niederen Alkylrest, einen halogenierten niederen Alkylrest, einen niederen Alkenylrest oder einen halogenierten niederen Alkenylrest, η die Zahl 0 oder 1 undvon den Symbolen X und Y eines Schwefel , das andere Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
- 2. 8-(Allylthio-thiocarbonyl)-8-azabicyclo[3,2.1]octan.
- 3. 9-(Methylthio-carbonyl)-9-azabicyclo[3.3.l]nonan.
- 4. 9-(Aethylthio-carbonyl)-9-azabicyclo{3.3.l]nonan.
- 5. 9-(sec.Butylthio-carbonyl)-9-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan.
- 6. 9-(Methylthio-thiocarbonyl)-9-azabicycloi3.3.ljnonan.
- 7. 9-(Allylthio-thiocarbonyl)-9-azabicyclo[3.3,1Jnonan.
- 8. Verfahren zur Herstellung von substituierten Azabicycloalkanen der in Anspruch 1 definierten Formel I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Azabicycloalkan der Formel II:•CHCH,nhCH(IDals solches oder in Form eines seiner Additlonäsalze mit Sfiuren, in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base entweder mit einem Thiokohlensäurehalogenid der Formal III:10S810/224©HaI-- C — Y — R (III)Ii-χin der Hal) Chlor oder Brom bedeutet undX und Y die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben,oder mit den Bildungskomponenten eines solchen Halogenide, nämlich mit Phosgen oder Thiophosgen und dem Alkalimetallsalz eines Alkanols oder Mercaptans der Formel IV:R— Y— H (IV) .umsetzt, wobei R und η-in den Formeln II bis IV die unter Formel I des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben·.
- 9. Verfahren zur Herstellung von substituierten Azabicycloalkanen der im Anspruch 1 definierten Formel I, in der X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und Y Schwefel bedeuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Azabicycloalkan der im Anspruch 8 definierten Formel II, als solches oder in Form eines seiner Additionssalze mit Säuren, in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base mit einer Verbindung der Formel GXS worin X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und einer Verbindung der Formel V:R—- Hal (V)in der R die unter Formel I des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat, undHai Chlor oder Brom bedeutet,

Verfahren zur Herstellung von substituierten Azabicyclo-- alkanen der im Anspruch 1 definierten Formel I, in der X Schwefel und Y Sauerstoff bedeuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Azabicycloalkan der im Anspruch 8 definierten Formel II als solches oder in Form eines seiner Additionssalze mit Säuren, in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base mit einem Xanthogenessig- '109810/2246säureester der Formel VI:R 0 — C S CH9COOHIl L (VI)in der R die unter Formel I des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen hat,
umsetzt. - 11. Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als herbiziden Wirkstoff mindestens ein substituiertes Azabicycloalkan der im Anspruch 1 definierten Formel I zusammen mit Verteilungsmitteln und/oder Trägerstoffen und gegebenenfalls anderen herbiziden und bioziden Wirkstoffen enthält.
- 12. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern, gekennzeichnet, durch die Verwendung von substiuierten Azabicycloalkanen der im Anspruch 1 definierten Formel I oder von Mitteln gemäss Anspruch 11.COPY109810/2 248
