Description
The The invention relates to an inspection tunnel for surface inspection of components, in particular of body parts of a motor vehicle.
Hinsichtlich ihrer Oberfläche visuell zu überprüfende Bauteile durchlaufen den Inspektionstunnel, wobei sie ausgeleuchtet werden, um Oberflächenunebenheiten, wie beispielsweise Riefen, Kratzer, Beulen, Wellungen, Pickel, Ausbeulungen oder dergleichen gut sichtbar zu machen.inspection tunnel for visual surface inspection of components, in particular of body parts of a motor vehicle are off known and widely used in the prior art. One Special application is the automotive industry. find here Inspection tunnel especially for quality control in the Subsequent to painting work. Regarding their surface visually inspected components go through the Inspection tunnels, where they are illuminated to remove asperities, such as scratches, scratches, bumps, curls, pimples, bulges or the like to make well visible.
By means of these fluorescent tube panels It is possible to have an extremely bright illumination regarding their surface to be checked components to accomplish what it should enable, even the smallest inaccuracies to be able to locate in the surface.
Although themselves the previously known from the prior art inspection tunnel has proven in everyday practice Improvement. It is particularly desirable that Reduce energy consumption without sacrificing performance in the test quality to be achieved.
The The object of the invention is therefore an inspection tunnel with to provide a reduced energy requirement.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird mit der Erfindung ein Inspektionstunnel vorgeschlagen mit einer Lichtquelle, einem zentralen Lichtverteil- und Umlenkreflektor und mit zwei Reflektoreinrichtungen, die jeweils eine Mehrzahl von relativ zueinander bewegbar ausgebildeten Lichtlamellen aufweisen, wobei die Reflektoreinrichtungen mit dem zentralen Lichtverteil- und Umlenkreflektor zusammenwirken.to Solution of this problem is the invention with an inspection tunnel proposed with a light source, a central light distribution and deflecting reflector and with two reflector devices, respectively a plurality of relative to each other movably formed light fins , wherein the reflector devices with the central Lichtverteil- and deflecting reflector interact.
Tageslicht vergleichbares Farbspektrum aufweisen. Vorzugsweise liegt
Diese beiden Teilflächen sind jeweils konvex ausgebildet und führen zu einem Umlenken des in zwei Lichtströme unterteilten Gesamtlichtstroms in eine erste und eine zweite Richtung.in the Use case is the light emitted from the light source of Lichtverteil- and deflecting reflector divided into two light streams, preferably in equal parts. For this purpose has the Lichtverteil- and deflecting reflector over two faces. These two faces are each convex and lead to a deflection of the two light streams divided total luminous flux in a first and a second direction.
Of the The inspection tunnel also has two Reflector means. In this case, the first reflector device the first partial surface of the Lichtverteil- and Umlenkreflektors and the second reflector means of the second partial surface assigned to the Lichtverteil- and deflecting reflector. In that sense, the two reflector devices with the Lichtverteil- and Umlenkreflektor together.
The over the first partial area isolated and deflected luminous flux is guided to the first reflector device, where then a Reflection of the luminous flux in the direction of the to be illuminated Component takes place. In the same way it comes to the diversion of second luminous flux by means of the second reflector device. in the The result is a proper illumination of the surface to be checked for its surface Component.
A Each reflector device has a plurality of light louvers. These are preferably in their relative Positioned adjustable to each other. This allows It, an optimized light deflection to achieve an optimized To achieve illumination.
According to another feature of the invention tion is provided a second light source. Both the first and the second light source cooperate with one and the same central light distribution and deflection reflector. In this case, the light emitted by the two light sources is divided by means of the central Lichtverteil- and Umlenkreflektors and preferably directed to equal parts in the direction of one and the other reflector device. Here then takes place in the manner already described a reflection in the direction of the component to be illuminated, wherein by means of the reflector means a quasi-parallelization of the light is achieved.
Dabei sind je zwei Meter Tunnellänge eine Lichtquelle, vorzugsweise zwei Lichtquellen, ein zentraler Lichtverteil- und Umlenkreflektor sowie zwei deckenseitig des Tunnels angeordnete Reflektoreinrichtungen vorgesehen.inspection tunnel can be several meters long depending on the design, depending after the component to be tested. In the automotive industry are Inspection tunnel ten meters long, fifteen Meter long or even twenty meters in length. Each two meters tunnel length is a light source, preferably two light sources, a central Lichtverteil- and Deflection reflector and two ceiling side of the tunnel arranged Reflector devices provided.
Of the Energy consumption of the device according to the invention when using two light sources, two meters of tunnel length each is about 2.4 KW. Known from the prior art Fluorescent tube panels each have an energy consumption two meters tunnel length of about 8.4 KW. Allowed to do so the embodiment of the invention opposite the state of the art by 70% reduced energy consumption.
In spite of the reduced energy requirement allows the invention Design an improvement in the test result. In difference to the prior art, the illumination of the to be checked Component only indirectly. This leaves unwanted reflections and points of light on the surface of the to be checked Avoid component. In addition, it allows quasi-parallel Aligned light even the smallest bumps in the component surface to be able to recognize. When imitated by fluorescent tubes Light is not possible despite comparatively high brightness.
Of the Inspection tunnel according to the invention proves Overall, as extremely beneficial. In comparison to the stand In terms of technology, the energy requirement is considerably reduced. And this while improving the test result to be achieved.
