Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hot water supply system with a hot water source and one or more taps, at which the hot water source with the Tap points is connected via water pipes and the hot water source at Opening one or more taps dispenses and / or produces hot water.
Hot water supply systems are known in which in an electrical or with gas-heated thermal baths, cold water is heated as soon as one Tap opened and water from a cold water inflow over the thermal baths to Tap is directed. Such thermal baths are mostly used as instantaneous water heaters designated. They serve from one of a cold water inlet with more or less high pressure cold water supplied to the water heater to produce hot water, and this for example in the consumer a sink, bath or shower put. Between the instantaneous water heater and the tap for the hot water there is always a more or less long pipeline with which the hot Water is led from the instantaneous water heater to the tap. It says at the tap therefore always cold water when not in use. Now wishes the Consumers of hot or warm water at the tap, that's what he likes initially only the cooled water is available from the supply line. This is unusable for him, for example, when using warm water want to wash your hands. It is constant practice and actually not too avoid that the consumer first turns on the tap and the cooled water from the pipeline drain unused and to Waste water can get. Since the instantaneous water heater is only possible through this Opening the tap is usually a considerable amount of time until the hot water can be removed.
After a tap is blocked, the water in the supply lines to the cools Tap points very quickly. Since the discontinuous, often interrupted Be use of most of the taps is a constantly repeated process, lead such hot water supply systems to a considerable Ver waste of clean drinking water. This is not just about little world friendly, but also a costly burden on households and Consumer. To counteract this, either the instantaneous water heater arranged as close to the tap as possible or individual Tapping points with low water consumption additional storage heaters assigned. Although this reduces water consumption, it leads to higher ones Energy costs.
The invention has for its object a central hot water supply with which both the water consumption is reduced and the energy generation is reduced. This task is defined by the in claim 1 ned invention solved. Further training is ge in the dependent claims indicates.
The invention consists in principle with a hot water supply system a hot water source and one or more taps where the Hot water source is connected to the taps via water pipes and the hot water source becomes hot when one or more taps are opened Gives off and / or produces water in that between the water pipes in the Area of the tap or the tap and the cold water connection of the Hot water source a water circulation pipe with an electrically operated Pump is inserted that the pump with a switch, in particular a button Switching on the pump via a relay, processor or the like, is assigned with which the pump and thus the circulation of the water can be switched on, and that the pump has a switch, for example a A timer or button, a thermal sensor or the like is assigned. As soon as hot water is available at the tap, the pump is switched off switched off again and warm water can be drawn off immediately. The For example, a consumer who enters and intends to use his bathroom tapping hot water next sets on the switch or button or one weight-dependent or a proximity-dependent button the pump in Activity and sets water in the circulation line in motion. The pump Then begins the cooled down in the feed line to the tap To promote water and, as no water is drawn from the tap yet, the water from the hot water outlet from the hot water source or from Draw the instantaneous water heater to the tap in this circulation line. It arises So a circulation, because all the water from the with the Hot water outlet connected supply line to the tap and from the Circulation line is thereby in the cold water supply line to the source or led to the instantaneous water heater. At the hot water outlet of the source or Water heater, on the other hand, the water is drawn off, so that in the case of a Instantaneous water heater starts up almost immediately because of the same effect arises as if the tap at the tap was turned on and off for this reason, water is taken from the hot water outlet. It flows So in the case of a water heater from the water heater in hot water the supply line to the tap and cold water from the cold water circulation pipe to the instantaneous water heater. The circulating water is clean cooled drinking water from the pipes. If the circula tion pump the entire water content from the supply line to the tap and circu line has once circulated, is now in the supply line at the tap hot water. The circulation pump can and should now be switched off again be switched. This can either be done via a time relay, which ent speaking the length of the pipes between the hot water source and the Tap is adjusted, but it can also be a thermocouple or a thermo Measuring device to be arranged at the tap or the pump signals when warm water has arrived. This thermal measurement can cause both the switching off of the pump, and by light or Sound signals indicate that the tap has hot water available.
A check valve or the like is provided in the circulation line, which is constantly transporting water from the source's cold water supply to the Tap points prevented, water only in the direction of the hot water pipe can flow to the cold water connection. The invention is not limited to that Use of the circulation line for instantaneous water heaters or combination heaters. It can also be used in storage devices, ie in which a Heater or a thermal bath or a water heater a certain volume plenty of hot water.
However, the invention is particularly advantageous for the so-called combination terms, in which both useful water is generated and a heating circuit is operated. The constructive implementation of such a circulation line is very simple. Supply lines to the tapping points and the associated circulation line can be laid practically parallel and relatively adjacent to each other. Also a Subsequent installation in existing systems is quite possible. At a relocation hardly has any relevant costs, since it occurs from the outset Double tube can be provided. All necessary aggregates like Check valves, circulation pumps, safety valves, relays for switches or buttons etc. can be relatively close together in a single assembly be installed immediately adjacent to the water heater, such as Additional component in the cold water inlet to the instantaneous water heater in which Place a branch must be used. This assembly will cost keep extremely low, especially since commercially available components can be used. Due to the invention, instantaneous water heaters no longer have to be close to the tap to be ordered. Rather, they are now with long ones Hot water supply lines to the taps can be used.
In order to explain the invention in more detail, an embodiment is described below example described with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 eine Prinzipdarstellung eines Heißwasserversorgungssystems gemäß der Erfindung, Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a hot water supply system according to the invention,
Fig. 2 eine Baueinheit mit Pumpe, Rückschlagventil und Zeitschalter. Fig. 2 shows a unit with a pump, check valve and timer.
In Fig. 1, a hot water supply system is shown with a hot water source 1 , the cold water from a cold water supply line 2 via a shut-off device 3 with constant backflow prevention and a spring-loaded safety valve 4 at a connection 5 of the hot water source 1 leads to cold water. A water expansion vessel 6 is assigned to this connection 5 . In the hot water source 1 , the cold water supplied is heated and made available at an outlet 7 of a feed line 8 . This feed line 8 leads the hot water generated to one or more taps 9 , at which it can be removed. The hot water supply system described so far is known. It has the disadvantage that, depending on the length of the supply line 8 carrying the warm water, a more or less long time passes until after the tap 9 is really warm water is available.
Between the hot water supply line 8 in the area of the tap 9 and the cold water connection 5 of the hot water source 1 , a circulation line 10 is inserted, in which a circulation pump 11 is arranged. This circulation pump 11 is switched on arbitrarily by a switch or button 12 which is or are arranged for the consumer at or near the tap 9 or are accessible. As soon as the consumer, with the intention of taking hot water, switches on the switch or button 12 or switches it on or actuates it, the circulation pump 11 in the supply line 8 and the circulation line 10 causes a water flow, which takes hot water from the hot water outlet 7 and into the Line 8 pulls and leads into the cold water connection 5 of the hot water source 1 cold water from the line system 8 , 10 . If hot water is already stored in the hot water source 1 , hot water is led to the tap 9 at a time which corresponds to the length of the line 8 , that is, it is made available there. If there is still cold water in the hot water source 1 and this is only warmed up by a continuous-flow heater, as soon as the tap is opened, the time until hot water is available at the tap 9 is increased by a certain amount of time. In the case of a fixed tap 9 and a known length of the line 8 , the time after which hot water is available at the tap 9 is known and can be predetermined there, for example by a timer 13 . The pump 11 can also be switched off by measuring the heat of the water in the region of the tap. The measurement or the circuit can be set to a desired temperature. As soon as the consumer draws hot water, the circulation pump 11 can be switched off again. This can be done automatically by the timer 13 and / or by a heat meter 14 at the tap or by opening the tap 9 . As soon as the tap 9 is opened, the pump 11 should be switched off in order to save energy. A backflow through line 10 must be constantly prevented. For this purpose, a backflow preventer 15 is inserted in line 10 .
The hot water source 1 can not only be a water heater that is operated with gas or electricity. The hot water source 1 can also be a store, the hot water content of which is constantly kept at a predetermined temperature by a separate hot water generator such as a gas, electric or oil oven. Connections VL and RL indicate at the hot water source 1 that this can also have a heating circuit with flow and return.
Fig. 2 shows an assembly 16 which is combined with the terminal 5 of the hot water source 1. It contains a T-piece 17 , which on the one hand has a passage 18 from the cold water supply line 2 to the cold water inlet 5 of the hot water source 1 , and on the other hand a branch 19 to which the circulation line 10 can be connected. The pump 11 is screwed onto this branch 19 , onto this the backflow preventer 15 and to this the circulation line 10 is connected. As the simplest solution, a timer 18 is provided on the pump 11 , which is always started when the switch or button 12 is actuated. This solution is particularly simple if it is only a single circulation line 10 , that is to say the length of the supply line 8 is exactly known. In the case of a single line 8 with several tapping points at different distances from the hot water source 1 , it may be more advantageous to switch off the pump 11 in accordance with the most distant tapping point 9 . However, the invention is not restricted to the use of a single circulation line 10 . For larger hot water supply systems with several separate, possibly parallel hot water pipes 8 , several circulation pipes 10 and several pumps 11 can be used. In this case, it may be useful to watch several switches 12 and heat meters at the individual tapping points 9 and to switch them off from there. A particularly simple solution is shown in FIG. 2, where the valves 3 , 4 and the connection for the water expansion vessel 6 are also integrated in the component 16 .
The hot water line 8 and the circulation line 10 can be designed as a double line, that is to say can have both lines running parallel to one another and also as double lines in which the circulation line 10 is arranged within the hot water line 8 or vice versa. A heat sensor can also be arranged in the assembly 16 . If the heat sensors in the assembly 16 indicate the desired temperature, the temperature at the tapping points is certainly correct.
The unit shown in Fig. 2 can also be installed directly in hot water sources 1 , so that pump 11 and backflow preventer 13 and time switch 18 are arranged in the housing of the hot water source 1 .
