Description
The invention relates to a paving surface made up of individual one another arranged stones, which are preferably made of concrete, the paving surface means for discharging itself on the Surface of the stone accumulating liquid, in particular Rainwater, identifies.
Such a paved surface is known from DE-OS 26 55 867. This paving surface consists of concrete blocks, into which a Rohrlei system for the removal of on the surface of the concrete blocks collecting rainwater is let in. The Concrete blocks on their side surfaces horizontal and vertical channels into which the piping system is inserted when laying the stones is laid. Through vertical pipes that run up to the surface of the concrete enough stones, the water is taken up and into the one below horizontal pipeline. The the vertical pipe receiving bevel of the concrete block is rectangular and forms when joining two concrete blocks, for example Rectangle that surrounds the pipe mouth at a distance. The free space between pipe and concrete block must be tight after laying be filled so that the water can enter the pipe mouth. This process is very complex, because it is absolutely essential must be that no filler gets into the tube, because then a Clogging of the horizontal discharge pipe is to be feared and thus under certain circumstances, the water drainage is severely impaired is. Such constipations can also go through over time other pollution occur and the whole system un make usable.
The invention has for its object to offer a possibility ben, with the rivers accumulating on the surface of the stones effective and with little construction effort can be reliably discharged.
This object is achieved in that the facilities for Ab lead to liquid accumulating on the surface of the stones are free spaces reaching to the floor surface of the paved surface, which are filled with a filler, the elements of which are represented by a Stick binders together. This training has the advantage that First of all, the free spaces should be of simple construction can and for this already existing openings in the Stones. These free spaces are inventively with the Mixture of filler and binder filled. Because that Filler or its elements firmly together in the final stage stick, there is initially a solid surface, which also at punctual load on the surface of the paved surface for example, is not pressed together by shoe heels. Consequently the paving surface according to the invention is suitable, inter alia, be especially for heavily freed by pedestrians and vehicles of any kind marked paths, streets and areas. Furthermore results from the inventive design that through the use of coarse-grained filler that ent when filling in the free spaces speaking is not or hardly compressed and which also ins especially later on in everyday use Tet that relatively large spaces between the elements of the filler remain through which the accumulating liquid can be reliably derived. In doing so, too Dirt particles of normal size without the risk of clogging gaps thus formed can be washed through and depending on Condition of the substructure of the paved surface (as well as the Liquid) can be discharged further. According to the invention trained paving area primarily for guiding rain water, but can also be used for other purposes, where other liquids have to be drained will. It is conceivable, for example, to also cover the paved area Factory halls to use, of course then below the paving surface is a drip pan from which the led or collected liquid can be removed.
In a further development of the invention, the filler is grit. Here is the The grain size is of course matched to the size of the free spaces and a grain size of 5 to 8, but also up to 20 is preferred mm can be used. Depending on the application, the grit but also be finer or also coarser.
In a development of the invention, the filler is a single or Mixed product from the components natural stone chippings, gravel, concrete recycling material (RCL material) or similar. Of course can also include normal grit in such a mixed product be. Here is a selection primarily according to the respective type Use case, using it with this specified filler it is also possible to set special color accents.
Advantageously, up to a height of 2/3 to 4/5 the free space filler with a coarser grain of z. B. 5 to 8 mm filled. Then the free spaces and, if necessary, the joints between the stones with finer granular filler with a grain size of e.g. B. 0.2 to 3 mm completely filled. This ensures that all dirt particles that penetrate the top layer, too be washed away, so that a permanent liquid drain is guaranteed. The upper layer can namely ge if necessary be denied, since the dirt is on top and vacuumed or vacuumed can be rinsed.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the binder is a a hardenable resin. Here is in more detail staltung the binder designed so that it on the surface of the Filler adheres. The synthetic resin is treated with a Hardener added and this binder mixed with the filler. The mixing ratio is such that a "dry mixture" arises during the processing time of the hardener offset resin can be easily processed. This means that the mixture is spread on the laid stones and esp is pushed into the open spaces or returned. By the adhesion of the binder to the surface of the filler and so that the individual elements of the filler come together good bond, with relatively large gaps between the individual elements of the filler arise. It should be pointed out instructed that also grit and the like without additives into the free spaces can be filled and that then targeted synthetic resin or a suitable adhesive is filled in, sprayed on or sprayed on can be. After curing the mixture, the off hardening time due to the addition of hardener, for example in the range of is adjustable from a quarter of an hour to several hours firm bond of the filler, which is possible within the the individual elements of the filler is resilient. Here also turns u. a. by interlocking or gluing to the upper surface of the surrounding stones a solid bond that is suitable for a good durability of the pavement surface even with high changing loads burdens. It cannot be swept out or sucked by brooms, sweepers or driving on vehicle tires.
In a development of the invention, the free spaces consist of one each bevel arranged on at least one side surface of a stone formed. The bevel points in further training especially the shape of a right triangle with a Leg length of at least twice the grain size of the Filler. Such a stone is for example one Basic training of the stone as any rectangle in the manufacture easy to implement. The leg length is preferred ter embodiment about 5 cm, but in any case at least Twice the grain size of the filler or its elements.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the free spaces are through one or more openings formed on the stones. So they can Stones, for example, grass pavers, where one or more Other openings are filled with the filler. The openings can also have any other shapes (round, oval, angular) sen. It is also provided in the context of the invention that the screen the surfaces of the stones are, for example, undulating, so that with appropriate mutual relocation also free spaces arise between the stones, some or all of them be filled with the filler according to the invention.
In a further development of the invention, the free spaces are given by the type of Laying the stones formed. This includes in particular the Ver laying the stones at a distance, preferably with the help of Spacers to understand between the stones. This Ab stands can turn any stones themselves or also other elements, for example plastic spacers. It is particularly provided that the plastic spacer ter are hollow inside, so that this area can be filled with filler is. Furthermore, the height is such that on the surface of the Stones the filler with a continuous filling surface with the stones forms.
In a further development of the invention, they are adjacent to the free spaces the joints between adjacent stones with fine-grained Filler or normal grout fillable. In doing so, this will fine-grained filler after curing with the binder mixed filler processed. It can be provided that filled spaces during the processing of the jointing compound cover it with a kind of template, for example. Unless low Amounts of such grout in the spaces between Filler, this is irrelevant, since a setting and Clogging is avoided by the size of the gaps.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the follow the description of the drawing can be seen in the in the figures illustrated embodiments are described in more detail.

The stones 1 , in particular concrete blocks, according to FIG. 1 have a rectangular basic shape, at least one edge being chamfered. Thus, when laying stones of this type, free spaces 2 are formed which, based on the basic shape of the individual stone 1, have the shape of a right-angled triangle. Basically, the bevel can have any shape. It is - as said - provided that a stone 1 has one or more bevels. As a result, the laying pattern shown in FIG. 1 can be realized for example. The free spaces 2 are filled with a filler 3 , in particular grit, in a grain size of 0.1 to 20 mm, the elements of which are connected to one another and to the stones by a binder, which is a synthetic resin mixed with a hardener. Other solidifying or hardening adhesive such as bitumen, water glass or the like can also be used. This filler 3 is mixed prior to processing by grit or the like with synthetic resin or a corresponding adhesive in a mixer or by hand in conjunction or applied to grit, and swept into the spaces 2, for example. The synthetic resin or a corresponding adhesive can also be sprayed or sprayed onto the open spaces filled with grit or the like. After the filler has hardened, the remaining joints 4 between the individual stones 1 are filled with a fine-grained normal jointing agent.
A single stone 1 is shown in FIG. 2, an opening 5 being additionally let in as space in this stone 1 . In this figure, the filling of both the opening 5 and the free space 2 with filler 3 is provided on the stone 1 .
In Fig. 3 stones 1 of a paved surface are shown, which are designed as normal rectangular stones and which are separated by spacers 6 from each other. These spacers 6 can for example be T-shaped or cross-shaped. The corresponding selection is based on the installation pattern. Two of the laying patterns are shown in the figure. The spacers 6 can also be stones. But these are preferably made of plastic and each form a cavity inside. These cavities are also filled with the filler 3 . Of course, the plastic spacers 6 can also be solid. The spacers 6 preferably do not extend to the surface of the stones 1 , so that there is a continuous filler layer on the surface of the stones. The spacers can also be molded onto the stones.
