Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for connecting the individual layers of multi-layer hygienic pulp door or nonwovens with each other by embossing in the form of embossing points, embossing knobs of an embossing shape un ter intermediate layer of the layers arranged one above the other against a smooth counter surface, that the layers are pinched together and so on are connected in embossing points, and after that the Whoever moves the embossing knobs away from the embossing points the. The invention further relates to a device to carry out the method, the device an embossing mold with a desired embossing embossed knobs arranged in a pattern and a smooth counter surface che having the interposition of the one above the other arranged layers to produce them together connecting stamping points are deliverable against each other and are then removable from each other.
The embossing pattern consists of a variety of single, defor the tissue layers transversely to the layer direction ming and connecting point-like one embossing. The embossings are here from each proceeding concave from the two outer layers of tissue domed embossed points formed transversely to the La aligned with each other and in their head-up Upside down floor areas through the tissue layers Embossing effect are interconnected. For generation Such an embossing requires that a Embossing form is used in which embossing from both sides protrude pimples, which are arranged so that each two opposing embossing knobs on the embossing Tissue layers are directly in front of each other. On the one hand, this makes the manufacture of the necessary Embossing forms are complex and secondly during the Forming a very exact positioning and constant con control the relative position of the embossing knobs to each other required. This way it becomes a hygiene cellulose cloth with a pleasant softness and good Skin friendliness creates, however, the effort is here for relatively high.
Furthermore, all in the relevant industry commonly known prior art two more embossers drive known, namely the wild stamping and the Unionprä supply. During the wild embossing, an embossing roller is used against a smooth, usually flexible counter roller is working. In the Union embossing process, a male and used a die roller. With these two pre The process creates cloths on one side have raised protruding embossing points, what on this Side of the cloth gives an unpleasant roughness.
There is the task of a process of the beginning mentioned type to create that at a low on embossed an embossing without raised protrusion points allowed on the finished product. Furthermore, a Device for performing the method specified be, the manufacture of which with a relatively low on is connected to the wall and is easy to operate and only a little monitoring during their operation effort required.
The first part of this task is successfully solved according to a method of the aforementioned Type, which is characterized in that the embossing points when the embossing knobs move back from them by means of a limited adhesive force around a limited path distance that is smaller than the Ge velvet thickness of the layers outside the embossing points.
The method according to the invention initially corresponds to known game stamping, but goes down in its Ab go one step further. This another step is that the first to ei embossed points on one side of the layer package indirectly after their generation by a limited route stretch with the embossed knobs in their return direction tion are taken, this distance so be is limited that the embossing points do not finally over protrude one of the two outer layers. In this way is despite the simplicity of the manufacturing process produces a product with embossing on both sides below the remaining surface of the outer layers gene, which means that there is a softness and good skin-friendliness achieved becomes.
The for the limited take of the stamping points by the Embossing knobs required adhesive force can differ on generated way. Preferred procedural exceptions Events in this regard are in claims 2 to 4 specified.
To solve the second part of the task, a pre direction proposed, this having an embossing shape arranged according to a desired embossing pattern Embossed knobs and a smooth counter surface that with the interposition of the layers arranged one above the other for producing embossing that connects them score against each other and then again from are removable from each other.
The inventive device for performing the The method is characterized in that the embossing shape with means for generating a limited adhesive force of the Embossing knobs is equipped on the embossing points, whereby the adhesive force is limited to a level that the embossing pimples the pre when they are removed from the counter surface take points for a limited distance, the is smaller than the total thickness of the layers outside of the embossing points.
The device advantageously only needs one Side of an embossing mold with embossing knobs, while on the on the other side a smooth counter surface is sufficient. In order to the device is easy to manufacture because a smooth te counter surface no special manufacturing effort demands. The embossing shape with the embossing knobs only has to be times. Since the counter surface is smooth, also plays an exact mutual positioning of the Embossing shape and the counter surface does not play a major role. Here by the operation of the device is very simplified. It is also essential that the embossed knobs with Mit to generate a limited adhesive force on the Embossing points are fitted to the latter in a ge desired measure relative to the position of their manufacture to connect to the unembossed areas of the to change the situation.
Different preferred configurations of the device with regard to the design of the embossed knobs specified in claims 6 to 11.
In order to be able to operate the device continuously and to be able to process web-like material NEN, it is preferably provided that the embossing shape with the Embossing nubs is an embossing roller and that the counter surface is the outer surface of a counter roll, the embossing roller and the counter roller under constant passage of the connecting layers are rotated in opposite directions.
To achieve a sufficiently firm embossing and good durability and a correspondingly long stand time of the embossing mold and the counter surface is for this preferably provided that they are made of metal, preferably Steel or chrome-plated copper.
Die Figuren der Zeichnung zeigen:In the following, the invention is exemplified a drawing explained. The figures of the drawing demonstrate:

Fig. 1 shows in the middle a here from four tissue layers 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 formed hygienic towel 1 , which is bahnför shaped and is moved from right to left in the pass. Coming from the right, the individual layers 11 to 14 of the cloth 1 are not yet connected to one another, but are only brought into the shown, mutually aligned position by known guide and guide devices.
In the upper part of FIG. 1, an embossing mold 2 in the form of an embossing roller is shown in part, which rotates in the direction of the arrow 20 around a central axis which is no longer visible here.
In the lower part of FIG. 1, a counter surface 3 is partially visible, which is formed by the outer surface of a smooth cylindrical roller which rotates in the opposite direction to the embossing mold 2 in the sense of the movement arrow 30 about its central axis, which is likewise no longer visible here. The peripheral speeds of the embossing die 2 and the Ge genfläche 3 are the same.
In the surface area of the embossing die 2 which is facing the counter surface 3 , an embossing knob 21 is visible which protrudes outward from the cylindrical surface of the embossing die 2 . The embossing knob 21 has the basic shape of a truncated cone with rounded transitions to the cylindrical outer surface of the embossing mold 2 and to its end face facing the counter surface 3 . The se front side of the embossing knob 21 is formed radially on the outside by an embossing edge 22 which gives a recess 23 to the interior of the embossing knob 21 .
The embossing mold 2 and the counter surface 3 are arranged at a distance from one another such that a small gap remains between the end face, here the embossing edge 22 of the embossing knob 21 and the surface of the counter surface 3 , so that the embossing mold 2 and the counter surface Ge 3 do not touch.
The cloth 1 from the layers 11 to 14 runs in the direction of the arrow 10 between the rotating embossing mold 2 and the counter surface 3 , which also rotates. In the area of the embossing knob 21 , the layers 11 to 14 are squeezed to a thickness that is greatly reduced compared to the original total thickness. This squeezing ensures that the layers 11 to 14 are adhesively bonded to one another and thus an embossing point 15 is produced. In practice, a plurality of embossing knobs 21 is attached to the embossing mold 2 , which are distributed in a desired embossing pattern so that a cloth 1 can be provided with points 15 arranged in the corresponding embossing pattern.
In the just visible squeezing of the layers 11 to 14 of the cloth 1 with each other in FIG. 1, the air located within the layers 11 to 14 and between them is also displaced. As soon as the embossing knob 21 then begins to rotate due to the rotation of the embossing die 2 and the counter surface 3 from the upper layer 11 of the cloth 1 , a certain vacuum results in the recess 23 on the end face of the embossing knob 21 . This vacuum ensures an adhesive force in the sense of the force arrow 29 , which ensures that the embossing point 15 is held by the embossing knob 21 with a limited force. This limited adhesive force ensures that the pre-points 15 from the position he takes in Fig. 1 is moved up a certain distance, but this distance is so limited that it is in any case less than the total thickness of the cloth 1 in the areas of the layers 11 to 14 , which are not embossed. This will be clarified later with reference to FIG. 3.
FIG. 2 of the drawing shows the embossing knobs 21 from FIG. 1 in a top view. Here, the truncated cone shape of the embossing knob 21 is also clear, the recess 23 being in the center of the end face of the embossing pen 21 now facing the viewer. This recess 23 is surrounded on the outside by the embossing edge 22 , which forms the highest loading area of the embossing knob 21 .
Links und rechts in Fig. 3 ist das Tuch 1 durch die Prägung nicht beeinflußt und be sitzt hier noch seine ursprüngliche Gesamtdicke D. Fig. 3 of the drawing finally shows a schematic cross-section of a section of the cloth 1 , which has been provided with embossing points 15 by the previously described method. The cloth 1 is not influenced by the embossing on the left and right in FIG. 3 and its original total thickness D is still located here.
In the central area of FIG. 3, one of the numerous embossing points 15 per se in a cloth 1 is shown. It is particularly clear here that the embossing point 15 is now raised by a limited distance s relative to the position which it still assumed in FIG. 1 during its manufacture. This lifting takes place, as already mentioned above, by the limited adhesive force temporarily existing between the end face of the embossing knob 21 and the embossing point 15 . However, this adhesive force is only so great that the embossing point 15 can only be taken along by the dimension s provided. Thereafter, the moment of resistance of the layers 11 to 14 of the cloth 1 increases in the immediate vicinity of the embossing point 15 so that the embossing point 15 is no longer taken along. As can be clearly seen in Fig. 3, the embossing point 15 is completely within the upper and lower surfaces of the cloth 1 , so that no vorste existing embossments occur that affect the smoothness and softness of the cloth 1 .
