Compared to the springs supported against it, it is advisable here to also increase the lateral inclination of each spring and the associated drive unit lift mast in the same direction between the wheels, one to the pivot axis of the swivel arm and to the wheel axis especially when the lift mast 40 is extended to switch on the parallel hinge pin, so and with the load in the raised position that when the drive unit is compressed, a torsional lateral instability or the risk of tipping can occur between the spring and the drive unit. A lift truck, denoted overall by 1, is provided with a chassis 2, in the lower region of which the wheel recess 3 is fastened in Pahrzeugquerrichtüng f a tube 4, which has screw holes 5 on both sides for receiving pivot bearing bushes 6.
A swivel arm 8 is articulated to this on each side via axial rings 9 and adjusting nuts IO and a continuous rigid support shaft 11, which at its free end is connected to a drive unit? is rigidly attached. Each drive unit 7 consists of a drive 7 a, preferably of an electrical or hydraulic type, as well as a gear arranged in a housing 12 and a drive wheel 23 mounted on this housing.
On the transmission housing 12, a bearing 13 for a pivot pin 14 is arranged above to the one a generally designated 20 spring associated pressure piece 15 can pivot between which Pressure piece and an approximately horizontal chassis plate 17, an annular rubber-metal element 16 is arranged. A metal shaft 18 is attached to the pressure piece 15, which is supported by a rubber-metal socket 19 is surrounded. A cup-shaped carrier 22 is on the other side of the chassis plate 17 attached, and by means of lock nuts 21 screwed onto the metal shaft 19, the ring-shaped Rubber-metal element 16 can be prestressed and the drive unit 7 held in the downward direction with a brief cessation of the wheel load.
On each drive unit 7, a housing part 25 extends in front of the wheel axle 23 ″. After that front protruding housing part 25, a bearing pin 26 is attached and on an outer fixed mast rail 29 of the mast 24, a bearing 30 with a detachable half 28 is provided, that a self-aligning slide bearing 27 can be fastened between the bearing pin 26 and the bearing 28, 30.
The operation of the parts described above is as follows: Shock loads caused by bumps the road or a sudden stop of loads in lowering motion, are cushioned or damped by the drive units 7 with their swivel arms 8 to the Pivot support shaft 11 in the upward direction and biased against the according to a predetermined value Support rubber-metal elements 16 resiliently.
Auf Grund der gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen dem vorderen Teil 25 jeder Antriebseinheit und dem Hubmast 24 mittels · der Pendelgleitlager 27 stellen sich bei einzeitig überwiegenden Stößbelastungen bzw. bei Schräglagen und Kurvenfahrten des Hubladers wechselseitig unterschiedliche Federungswege ein, wobei der Hubmast 24 der jeweiligen Schräglage des Fahrgestells 2 entgegengesetzt seitlich ausgeschwenkt wird, da bei einem Absenken des Fahrgestells gegenüber der Antriebsradachse der Anlenkpuükt zwischen Antriebseinheit und Hübmast an derDue to the articulated connection between the front part 25 of each drive unit and the Lifting mast 24 by means of self-aligning slide bearings 27 arise in the event of predominantly impact loads at one time or alternately different suspension travel when the lift truck is sloping and cornering one, the mast 24 of the respective inclined position of the chassis 2 is swiveled laterally in the opposite direction, since when the chassis is lowered opposite the drive wheel axle the articulation point between the drive unit and the lift mast on the
The wobbling movements of the pressure pieces 15 that occur here are of the rubber-metal sockets 19 to the chassis plate 17 of the chassis 2 balanced out. The other

no F i g. ί shows, essentially schematically, the deflection paths of the main points of the system. Around the center of the support axis 11, the wheel axis 23 ″ move upwards with r t and the bearing pin 26 with r 2 with the same load-dependent adjustment angle *, which results from the path / spring 20 with r on the hinge pin 14. The compression travel / 2 on the bearing pin 26 is greater than the compression travel Z 1 on the wheel axle 23 a. As can be seen, the compression travels on each side of the vehicle are independent of the other side of the vehicle. With the same impact on both sides of the vehicle, both wheel axles 23 α and both bearing pins 26 each assume a higher uniform position relative to the chassis 2, whereby in this case the lifting mast 24 is not pivoted to the side, but moved in an approximately vertical direction.
Fig. 4 shows, essentially schematically, an example of deflection with lateral inclination of the lift truck 1 with respect to the shift of the center of gravity S 1 of the lift truck 1 without lifting mast 24 and the center of gravity S 2 of the lifting mast 24 including the load carried by this from the neutral vehicle vertical center of gravity line SL. The influence of tire impression is neglected here. In addition, for the sake of simplicity, it is also assumed that the deflection takes place exclusively on the right-hand side of the vehicle. The right wheel axle 23 α and the right bearing pin 26 have taken a higher position than the chassis, whereby on the one hand the lift truck 1 without lifting mast 24 and on the other hand the lifting mast 24 from the neutral vehicle vertical center of gravity SL, as shown, have been pivoted. The pivoting of the lift truck 1 without lifting mast 24 or the displacement of the center of gravity S 1 results from the depression f recllts of the right spring 20 and the transverse distance I 1 of the support points of the springs 20. The pivoting of the mast 24 and the displacement of the center of gravity S 2 results from the deflection travel f 2 on the right of the right bearing pin 26 and the transverse distance I 2 of the self-aligning plain bearings 27 attached to it; where f 2 Techts is the difference between Urecnts and f right .
