Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein chemisch eigenartige· Verfahren
zur Herstellung von grösstenteils neuen, insektizid wirksamen
0-/2-Bromäthyl_7-0-/2~, 2-dichlorvinyl_7-pho8phorsäureestern
bzw. -amiden.
Aue der deutschen Patentschrift 968 4-86 ist bereits bekannt,
dass sich 2-substituierte Dioxaphospholane mit Chloral zu 0-/2-Chloräthyl^-O-/?,
2-dichlorvinyl_7-phosphorsäure-Derivaten umsetzen lassen. Weiterhin wird in der Deutschen Auslegeschrift
1 232 961 bereits ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Estern einiger Säuren des Phosphors besenrieben, welches unter anderem - jedoch
auf völlig anderem Wege - zu 0-/2*-Bromäthyl_7-0-/2,2-dichlorvinyl_7-0-methyl-phO8phorsäureestern
führt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man die analog gebauten 0-/2-BromäthylJ7>-0-/2\2-dichlorvinyl^-pho8phorsäure-Verbindungen
der allgemeinen Formel

Alkylarylamino oder /T-Alkyl-2-aikoxycarbonyl_7-vinyloxy
stehen, in hoher Ausbeute und Reinheit herstellen kann, indem man 1, 3f2-Dioxaphospholane der allgemeinen Formel

in der R und X die oben genannte Bedeutung haben, mit Bromdichloracetaldehyd

zur Reaktion bringt.
Hierbei ist es als ausgesprochen Überraschend und unerwartet zu
bezeichnen, dass nur das Bromatom die Spaltung des Dioxaphospholanringes bewirkt und in die neu entstehende Seitenkette eintritt.
Da Chloral, wie in der zitierten deutschen Patentschrift
angegeben, die beschriebene Ringspaltung mit der gleichen Leichtigkeit
in exothermer Reaktion herbeiführt, hätte man bei Benutzung von Bromdichloracetaldehyd anstelle von Chloral ein Mischprodukt
erwarten sollen, in dem Brom- und Chloratome statistisch auf die Halogenalkyl- und die Dihalogenvinylgruppe verteilt sind.
Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Die Produkte dee erfindungsge«£;-■en
Verfahrene sind einheitlich und entsprechen der allgemeinen Formel (I), wie sich z.B. kernresonanzepektroskopisch beweisen
läset. Das erfindungegemäsee Verfahren stellt somit, gemessen am
Ütande der Technik, einen Fortschritt dar.

Verwendet man 2-kethoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphospholan und Bromdichloracetaldehyd

Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden 1,3,2-Dioxaphospholane
sind durch die obige Formel (II) allgemein definiert. In Formel (II) steht R vorzugsweise für Alkyl oder Halo^enalkyl mit 1-4
C-Atomen, ferner für Alkoxyalkyl mit vorzugsweise 2-6 oder Alkenoxyalkyl mit vorzugsweise 3 bis 6 C-Atomen und X für Alkoxy
oder Alkylrtercapto mit vorzugsweise 1-4 C-Atomen, ferner
für /T-Alkyl-2-alkoxycarbonyl_7-vinyloxy, vorzugsweise für
^T-Methyl-2-äthoxycarbonyl__7-vinyloxy, ferner Aryloxy, vorzugsweise
Phenoxy, für Alkylaryloxy, vorzugsweise Niederalkylphenyloxy, für Arylmereapto, vorzugsweise Ihenylmercapto, für Dialkylamino
mit vorzugsweise 2-8 C-Atomen, für Dialkenylamino mit vorzugsweise 4-8 C-Atomen, für Diarylamino, vorzugsweise Diphenylamino,

Die Ausgangsprodukte (II) sind bekannt und lassen sich auch im
technischen Massstab herstellen.
Als Verdünnungsmittel kommen alle gegenüber den P.eaktionspartnern
indifferenten organischen üolventien infrage, vorzugsweise aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol und Toluol, chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Di-, Tri- und Tetrachlormethan
und Äther wie z.B. Diäthylather. Prinzipiell kann die
Reaktion aber auch ohne Lösungsmittel ausgeführt werden.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem grösseren Bereich variiert
werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 10O0G,
vorzugsweise zwischen 30 und 700C. Die Temperatur stellt sich
bei der exotherm verlaufenden Umsetzung von selbst ein und kann durch Zugabe des Aldehyds reguliert werden.
Zur Durchführung des erfindungagemäesen Verfahrens lest man daa
gewünschte 1,3,2-Di oxaphoepholan (U) gegebenenfalls in einem der
genannten Verdünnungsmittel und tropft die Jiquimolare Menge Bromdichloracetaldehyd
(J]I) zu.
Zur Aufarbeitung werden die K^akfci ons'i i^-ungen neutral gewandten,

Die nach dem erfindungsgeinässen Verfahren erhältlichen Stoffe
sind grösstenteils neu und finden als Pestizide Verwendung.
Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern das Verfahren: Beispiel 1:
Br-CH2-CH2-O
30,5 g (0,25 Mol) 2-Methoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphospholan in 200 ecm Benzol
werden unter Rühren langsam mit 48 g (0,25 Mol) Bromdichloracetaldehyd
versetzt. Hierbei steigt die Temperatur auf 700C an. Man lässt zwei bis drei Stunden nachrühren, wobei die Temperatur
wieder auf den Raumwert abfällt. Die Reaktionslcsung wird mit
Wasser neutral gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, abfiltriert und eingeengt. Zur Reinigung kann der ölige Rückstand
destilliert werden. Man erhält 0-/£-Bromäthylg_7-0-/2,2-dichlorvinyI-^-O-methyl-phosphorsäureester
als farbloses Cl vom Siedepunkt 110°C/0,01 Torr und dem Brechungsindex n^5= 1,4876.

X fur Alkoxy, Aryloxy, Alkylaryloxy, Alkylmercapto, Arylraercapto, Dialkylamino, Dialkenylamino, Diarylamino, Älkylarylamino oder ^-Alkyl^-alkoxy-carbonylJZ-vinyloxy stehendadurch gekennzeichnet, das« man 1,3,2-Dioxaphosphplane der allgemeinen FormelR-CH-O^1, Yin derR und X die oben genannte Bedeutung haben, mit Bromdichloracetaldehyd der Formel01Br-C- C
