Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zum Einsetzen einer Metall verstärkung in einen Knotenpunkt einer Konstruktion aus einem aus
Fasern und Harz bestehenden Verbundwerkstoff zur Verbesserung der Verbindung zwischen einem Zwischenblech und
den daran anschließenden Wandungen, dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET, daß
in den Knotenpunkt die Metal!verstärkung in Form eines
dreiteiligen Verbundes eingesetzt wird, der aus einem ersten Element (1) in Form eines Zylinders (2) mit breitem
Ansatz (3) zur Verbindung mit dem Zwischenblech (9,), einem zweiten Element (7) zum übergreifen des ersten Elementes
mit Rippen bzw. Flügeln (8) in Richtung der an das Zwischenblech (9) anzusetzenden Wandungen (12), und aus
einem dritten Zwischenelement in Form eines Zwischenringes bzw. -bleches (11) besteht, welches zwischen den
beiden ersten Elementen liegt und den Druck der Flügel auf den Ansatz (3) des ersten Elementes verteilen soll.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET, daß eine Metall verstärkung eingesetzt wird, bei welcher
sich die Flächen des Ansatzes (3) und des Zwischenringes (11) um den Zylinder (2) erstrecken beziehungsweise bei
welcher einige dieser Flächen gerauhte Abschnitte oder Auskehlungen (14, 15) aufweisen, welche die Verbindung
zwischen der Metal!verstärkung und dem aus Fasern und
Harz bestehenden Verbundwerkstoff begünstigen.
