Abstract
Verfahren zur Veränderung des Eigenlenkverhaltens der Hinterräder eines zweispurigen Kraftfahrzeugs, deren radführende Lenker zumindest größtenteils an einem über elastische Lager am Fahrzeugboden abgestützten Achsträger (10) angelenkt sind, wobei zumindest eines der elastischen Lager (12a, 12b) als schaltbares Lager ausgebildet ist, derart, dass ein über Elastomerelemente (4a, 4b) bezüglich eines Lager-Führungselements (1) geführtes Lagerelement (2) mittels zumindest eines unterschiedlich positionierbaren Stützelements (5a, 5b) in seiner Bewegungsfreiheit eingeschränkt und hierdurch die Charakteristik des Lagers (12a, 12b) verändert werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Charakteristik der bezüglich der Fahrzeug-Mittellinie (11) im Wesentlichen symmetrisch angeordneten Lager (12a, 12b) situativ asymmetrisch eingestellt wird.Method for changing the self-steering behavior of the rear wheels of a two-lane motor vehicle whose wheel-guiding links are at least largely articulated to an axle support (10) supported by elastic bearings on the vehicle floor, wherein at least one of the elastic bearings (12a, 12b) is designed as a switchable bearing, in that a bearing element (2) guided via elastomer elements (4a, 4b) with respect to a bearing guide element (1) is limited in its freedom of movement by means of at least one differently positionable support element (5a, 5b), thereby changing the characteristic of the bearing (12a, 12b) can, characterized in that the characteristic of the relative to the vehicle center line (11) substantially symmetrically arranged bearing (12a, 12b) is set asymmetrically situational situation.
Description

Achsträger oder Fahrschemel, der seinerseits am Aufbau oder Unterboden des Kraftfahrzeugs, insbesondere Personenkraftwagens, befestigt ist, und zwar üblicherweise unter Zwischenschaltung elastischer Lager. Diese elastischen Lager besitzen ein sog. Lager-Führungselement, das starr bspw. mit dem Achsträger verbunden ist. und das über Elastomerelemente ein sog. geführtes Lagerelement führt, das seinerseits starr am Fahrzeug-Unterboden befestigt ist. Durch gezielte Auslegung und Anordnung der Elastomerelemente lässt sich dabei ein gewünschtes Eigenlenkverhaqlten der Fzg.-Hinterräder, hervorgerufen durch unterschiedliche Kräfte zwischen Rad und Fahrbahn – einstellen.Generally known prior art is the mounting of a vehicle rear axle in or on a so-called. Hierbei ist zumindest eines der genannten elastischen Lager zwischen dem Achsträger und dem Fzg.-Aufbau als sog. schaltbares Lager ausgebildet. An einem solchen schaltbaren Lager ist zumindest ein sog. Stützelement vorgesehen, das bspw. auf hydraulischem Wege unterschiedlich positionierbar ist und das hierbei gegen das geführte Lagerelement gefahren oder von diesem weggefahren werden kann. Insbesondere dann, wenn einander bezüglich des geführten Lagerelements gegenüberliegend zwei solche Stützelemente vorgesehen sind und einander entgegengerichtet pressend auf das geführte Lagerelement einwirken, kann die Beweglichkeit des geführten Lagerelementes gegenüber dem Lager-Führungselement erheblich eingeschränkt werden. Gegenüber einem Zustand, bei dem das oder die Stützelement(e) nicht am geführten Lagerelement anliegt/anliegen ist dann die Steifigkeit des schaltbaren Lagers erheblich erhöht. Erfindungsgemäß wird nun, in bestimmten Situationen bewusst eine Asymmetrie erzeugt, derart, dass sich die Bewegungsfreiheit eines geführten Lagerelements auf der einen Fahrzeugseite von der Bewegungsfreiheit des entsprechenden geführten Lagerelements auf der anderen Fahrzeugseite unterscheidet. Unter Einwirkung von Fahrbahnkräften auf die durch den Achsträger geführten Hinterräder kann sich dann der Achsträger gegenüber dem Fzg.-Aufbau geringfügig verdrehen, und zwar im Wesentlichen um eine Vertikalachse.
