Bohrstangeneinsatz Bohrstähle und Bohrmesser werden in Bohrstangen
verschiedenartig befestigt. Bevorzugt werden hierfür Schrauben, Kegelstifte und
Keile.
Boring bar insert Boring steels and boring knives are used in boring bars
fastened in different ways. Screws, tapered pins and are preferred for this
Wedges. Boring bar inserts are also used that work with the drill steel as a unit
be fixed in the boring bar. One is known which uses the drill steel
with a tapered shaft end and a threaded pin by means of a tapered nut
pulls into a double-conical expansion sleeve, thereby expanding the expansion sleeve
and clamps the drill steel in the drill rod. Another well-known boring bar insert
is clamped by a grub screw in the boring bar. The fine adjustment
of the drill steel is carried out by means of a screw mounted in the drill rod insert
with covenant. The drill steel itself is inserted into the drill rod insert with a grub screw
fixed. The boring bar insert with the expansion socket avoids tilting
of the drill steel. Boring bar inserts with immediately behind the boring steel
built-in fine adjustment only allow the boring steels to be clamped
with inadequate grub screws.
In the drill rod insert according to the invention there is a drill bit on the drill steel
arranged pressing clamping wedge, the wedge angle greater than the angle of friction
and the one passing through a recess of the drill rod insert
Has poor. A fork wedge engages the outside of the boring bar insert, its wedge angle
is approximately equal to the angle of friction and its rise opposite to that of the clamping wedge
runs. A screw is arranged in the fork wedge, which is inserted into the arm of the clamping wedge
engages and, depending on the direction of rotation, pulls the wedges against each other or from each other
removed. As a result, a single screw simultaneously acts as the boring bar insert
fixed in the boring bar and the boring steel fixed. When turning the screw
in the opposite direction while maintaining the clamping of the drill rod insert
in the boring bar, the boring steel is loosened.

shown. It shows Fig. 1 the front end view of the boring bar insert,
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section, Fig. 3 shows the front view of the actuation side. Fig.

Im Grundkörper 1 ist eine Verstellspindel Z mit Feingewinde und Skalenscheibe
gelagert.
In the base body 1 there is an adjusting spindle Z with a fine thread and a graduated disk
stored. On this the nut 3 is displaceable, the pin 4 in the bore
of the drill steel 5 engages. A clamping wedge 6 with an arm 7 is parallel to the drill steel 5
slidable in the base body 1. A penetrates through the threaded hole of the arm 7
Screw 8, which is gellgert in fork wedge 9. This engages with its dovetail-shaped
Fork ends 10 in the same of the base body 1. Both wedges 6 and 9 are turned to the right
the screw 8 moves against each other and when turned to the left from each other. The wedge angle
of the clamping wedge 6 is much larger than the angle of friction. The wedge angle of the
Fork wedge 9, however, is equal to the angle of friction. Through these different wedge angles
is the clamping of the tool holder in the transverse slot of the boring bar 11, the clamping
of the drill steel 5 and the loosening of the clamping wedge 6 to readjust the drill steel
achieved. With the wedges 6 and 9 pulled apart, the drill steel 5 can be placed in the tool holder
be pushed in and coupled to the pin 4 of the nut 3. Both wedges
6 and 9 can be moved against each other in the tool holder until the
Wedge 6 holds the drill steel. The tool holder is prepared in this way in the transverse slot
the boring bar 11 inserted and the screw 8 by means of a socket wrench for so long
turned until the tool holder is firmly seated in the boring bar. To set the
With drilling steel, the clamping wedge 6 is loosened by turning the screw 8 to the left. Included
the tool holder remains clamped in the boring bar. Using the same socket wrench
the adjusting spindle 2 can be rotated and thus the drill steel 5 to the required level
can be set. Then the drill steel is through the screw 8 with the
Clamping wedge 6 clamped again. When the drill steel is loaded, neither
the tool holder in the boring bar still loosen one of its individual parts, but
just clamp more tightly. When changing the drill steel 5, the clamping wedge 6 must be approximately
half of its adjustment range can be shifted by means of the screw 8. First
then it can be released from the pin 4 of the nut 3 and removed from the tool holder

If the tool holder is to be removed from the boring bar, screw 8
Turned to the left until the clamping wedge 6 with the pin 12 of the bolt 13 in the lower end
the groove 14 of the base body 1 starts running. This detaches the fork wedge 9 from the base body,
and the clamping of the tool holder in the boring bar is released. The parts
15 are lock nuts which are each secured by a pin 16.
