Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vehicle roof with a roof part and with one under the Roof part provided light field.
Die Helligkeit des nicht transparenten Flächenstrahlers wie auch sein Farbton kann eingestellt werden.EP 1 053 910 A2 also includes interior lighting for motor vehicles have become known to at least one light field, which by at least one film-like, Light radiating surface radiator is formed. The area heater, for example a electroluminescent film or a light-emitting polymer film, for example provided in the area of the vehicle roof and can also on the underside of a Sunroof cover may be attached. The brightness of the non-transparent Panel spotlight as well as its color can be adjusted.
Wenigstens eine der beiden übereinander verschiebbaren Scheiben ist durch eine elektrochrome Beschichtung in ihrer Transparenz variabel.DE 196 30 812 A1 describes a transparent covering system for one Vehicle interior has become known in which a to release a roof opening transparent pane can be slid over or under another pane of the vehicle roof is. At least one of the two slidable disks is through one electrochromic coating variable in its transparency.
The object of the invention is to provide a vehicle roof mentioned above, in which brightening in a simple manner by means of a light field below the roof part is achievable.
This object is achieved according to the invention in the vehicle roof mentioned above solved that the light field on an underside of the roof part by illuminating with light is formed from a lighting device. The lighting device is at least on an edge area on the circumference or on at least one side of the illuminated field arranged below the roof part, for example in the case of a rectangular roof part two opposite sides, and radiates directly or via a deflection onto the Underside of the roof part. On the underside of the roof part, there is therefore no need for a sheet active lighting device can be attached, which covers the underside of the roof part and restrictions on the design of the vehicle headlining or the underside of the Would lead vehicle roofs, as is the case with that described in EP 1 053 910 A2, non-transparent illuminated surface is the case, which is therefore not the case with transparent roof parts is usable. If the underside of the roof part is illuminated as required on the other hand, it only reflects the incident light into the interior. Without active Illumination can be seen instead of the illuminated field on the underside of the roof section.
The lighting device according to the invention is then particularly advantageous use if the roof part is transparent and for example a solid glass roof or is a glass cover of an openable roof, so that on the one hand daylight through the can shine transparent roof part into the interior and on the other hand if necessary additional lighting, for example at night or during twilight, the Illuminated field can be illuminated. On the other hand, the transparency of the roof part and the View from the interior to the outside is not restricted.
To increase comfort in the vehicle interior and to customize the Underside of the roof part on the interior trim of the vehicle can expediently be provided that the lighting device light with different, emits changeable color. This can be used to control the light intensity Color of the light can be adjusted and to the color scheme of the vehicle interior can be optionally adjusted.
There is preferably a shading device below the transparent roof part provided that its transparency can be changed by applying a voltage Layer z. B. is attached to the underside of the roof part. Such Transmission-variable layer consists for example of electrochromic material or made of a liquid crystal material or is formed as an SPD film. These layers or Foils can be between well-transparent and almost opaque states can be set so that a sliding roof is not required for shading. There however, depending on their material, these layers or foils have a certain color can have, which may not harmonize with the interior design, can an individual color correction through the color setting of the lighting device and color matching. If the shading device in one partially or non-transparent state is set, so that the idea is direct Sunlight is reduced or excluded, so can be emitted by the light Luminous area nevertheless adjustable lighting with adapted light color be made.
In a simplified embodiment, when the lighting device is installed the color is preset, e.g. B. by color filters or colored discs on the Light sources of the lighting device or the irradiated area, which alternatively or in addition, a coating or vapor deposition to achieve the desired May have color effect. These can also be interchangeable in order to create a To be able to make color adjustments. This can be done according to customer requirements to be hit.
In the vehicle roof mentioned above, the object is also achieved according to the invention solved that a support surface is spaced from the underside of the roof part, the by illuminating or irradiating with light from a lighting device Illuminated field forms. This support surface, which is made, for example, of a transparent pane Glass or plastic, can be on both its underside and on its top be illuminated by the lighting device. Alternatively or in addition, the Edge sides of the pane are irradiated with light that is directed downwards in the pane Vehicle interior is deflected or broken. Such a disc is in the US 5,079,675. The disc can be integrated with the lighting device below the transparent roof section or a glass cover.
The preferred configurations mentioned for the first-mentioned solution can also be used This solution can be combined and also have the advantages mentioned.
The underside of the roof part and / or the transparent support surface or pane can have a reflection-improving surface, which can also be formed as a scattering layer can.
In a preferred embodiment, the lighting device contains a cylindrical one Light source that is bounded or surrounded by a translucent color element. If the translucent color element at least two different colors has, which can optionally be arranged in the light path of the light source, so different light colors can be set.
As an alternative or in addition, the lighting device can use other luminous elements such as Contain LEDs or the like. If the LEDs are different Have light colors and can be selectively switched to generate certain light colors, can also set different colors of the respective light frame become. The light emitting diodes are, for example, in a repeating sequence of Diode units with z. B. arranged four different successive colors, so that uniform lighting is achieved during selective switching.
The illuminated area can not only be generated on the vehicle roof, but also on Side windows or rear windows, so that the positioning not only directly on the Vehicle roof is limited.
Es zeigt:Exemplary embodiments of the vehicle roof are described below with reference to FIGS Drawings explained in more detail. It shows:

A passenger car 1 contains a vehicle roof 2 (see FIG. 1) with a roof part in the form of a lid 3 , which is arranged in a roof opening 4 and is, for example, a lid of a lifting roof, a sliding roof, a sliding / lifting roof or a spoiler roof. The lid 3 is made of transparent material such as glass or acrylic glass. A roof frame 5 (see FIG. 2) carries an opening mechanism 6 , known per se and therefore not described in detail, for the cover 3 . The opening mechanism 6 is connected to a cover frame 7 , on which a seal 8 and a holder 9 for an illumination device 10 are attached. The lighting device 10 is on the bracket 9 z. B. fastened by means of a snap fastening 11 and contains at least one light source 12 .
A transparent pane 13 is arranged below the cover 3 and is attached to the holder 9 or to the lighting device 10 by means of a holding frame 14 . A side surface 15 of the disk 13 adjoins the light source 12 . When the light source 12 is switched on , its light enters the window 13 via the side surface 15 (see FIG. 3) and is reflected downwards towards the vehicle interior via a plurality of reflection surfaces 16 formed in the window 13 . An exemplary embodiment of such a disk is described in US Pat. No. 5,079,675. In the case of an essentially rectangular cover 3 or roof part, for example, two lighting devices 10 can be arranged on the opposite edge regions of the cover 3 or on two or more adjacent sides.
A shading device can be arranged on the underside of the cover 3 or the plate 13 , so that the light transmission through the cover 3 into the vehicle interior can be adjusted. For this purpose, the pane 13 can be provided on its underside with a layer 17 , the transmission or transparency of which can be set by applying a voltage. The layer 17 can be applied as a coating or it is a glued-on film. The layer 17 may consist of electrochromic material or of liquid crystal material, as is the case, for. B. is described in DE 196 30 812 A1 and DE 42 34 981 A1. Layer 17 may also be designed as an SPD film. Alternatively, the transmission-variable layer can also be arranged inside the cover 3 . With the transmission-variable layer 17 , a mechanical cover device, such as a sliding roof or a roller blind arrangement, which is usually arranged below the cover 3 , can be dispensed with, since the possibility is created in the case of undesirably strong incidence of light by appropriately controlling the transmission of the layer 17 by the incidence of light by the Cover 3 to reduce in the vehicle interior in the desired manner.
The luminous intensity of the pane 13 can be adjusted by means of the at least one controllable light source 12 . The pane 13 can be colored in a preselected color in order to achieve the desired color effect when the lighting is switched on. Likewise, the lighting device 10 can have a color film or the like arranged in the light path in order to achieve a specific light color. Fig. 8 shows a cylindrical light source 12 , for example a fluorescent tube or discharge tube, which is surrounded by a tube 18 made of colored transparent material, so that the emerging light assumes this color. For the purpose of changing the color and adjusting the color, the tube 18 contains regions with different colors distributed over its circumference or a continuous color spectrum. The tube 18 can be rotated relative to the light source 12 via a drive, so that the respective color range at the light exit determines the light color. Fig. 9 shows the light source 12 with a second coaxial tube 19, which is rotatable around the light source 12. Depending on the position of the two tubes 18 and 19 to one another, color areas 18 a to 18 d of the inner tube 18 lie below color areas 19 a to 19 d of the outer tube 19 , so that uniform colors or mixed colors can be set at the light exit.
In the variant shown in FIG. 4, the lighting device 10 illuminates the underside of the transparent cover 3 , to which a layer 17 of the shading device is also attached. In addition, a reflection layer 20 can be provided for reflecting the illuminating light. The reflection layer 20 can be formed as a scattering layer for the light.
In the variant shown in FIG. 5, the lighting device 10 illuminates the top of the pane 13 spaced from the transparent cover 3 . The incident light is refracted at the pane 13 and emerges towards the interior.
FIG. 6 shows a modified embodiment in which the pane 13 spaced from the transparent cover 3 has a transmission-variable layer 17 on its top, while in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 the transmission-variable layer 17 is arranged on the underside of the pane 13 . The illuminating device 10 illuminates the upper side of the layer 17 and the disk 13, respectively.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 10, a support plate 13 forming a luminous field is provided below a lid 3 (the lighting device for the luminous field 13 is not shown in FIG. 10), which is firmly connected to the lid 3 . Light exit points 22 can be seen on the underside of the carrier plate 13 . In the region of the front end of the carrier plate 13 there is a perforated mask 24 which projects beyond the front edge of the carrier plate 13 and a fastening element 26 and is pushed back in the direction of the arrow when it comes into contact with an obstacle, for example a finger 28 , in order to actuate a sensor, which then emits a signal to a control unit (not shown) which controls the lighting device of the carrier plate 13 so that it emits an optical warning signal and triggers a reversal of the cover drive. In this way it can be prevented that objects or parts of the body are caught between the support plate 22 (or the fastening element 26 ) and the edge 30 of the roof opening 32 when the cover 3 is closed.
Alternatively or additionally, the front edge of the cover 3 (ie the left edge in FIG. 10) can be provided with a perforated mask 24 which can be displaced when touched, in order to trigger an optical warning signal of the carrier plate 13 when it comes into contact with an obstacle. The optical warning signal can consist in that light of a particular color, in particular red light, is emitted via the light exit points 22 and / or that the light is emitted as a flashing signal.
In Fig. 11, a modified embodiment is shown in which a control device is provided which detects when the lid 3 is moved by the cover actuator, and then causes the illumination means to emit a visual signal, such as in connection with the embodiment of Figure has been described. 10 (in Fig. 11, the light forming the warning signal is indicated by the reference numeral 34).
In Fig. 12 a further modified embodiment is shown, wherein the lid 3 and / or the edge 32 of the roof opening is provided with an intrusion sensor, which causes the control device of the illuminated field 13 to emit an optical warning signal when an intrusion is detected, preferably additionally an acoustic warning signal is given. This additional optical burglar protection is particularly effective when the cover 3 is a transparent cover.
In Figs. 13 and 14, examples are shown for an embodiment of a provided on a support plate below a lid light field, wherein the light emitting panel 2 relatively slidable plates 40 and 42 includes. One of the plates is preferably designed to be stationary, while the other is displaceable relative to the stationary plate. The two plates 40 , 42 have areas with different transmissions, these two different areas being designated by reference numerals 44 and 46 in FIGS. 13 and 14. For example, the areas 44 can be essentially completely transparent, while the areas 46 are essentially not transparent. The regions 44 can be circular, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, or they can be strip-shaped, as shown in FIG. 13. However, it is essential here that the pattern of the plates so formed 40 and 42 correspond to each other, so that, ie are congruent to each other as shown in Fig. 13b and Fig. Position of the plates 40, 42 the corresponding areas are superimposed 14B, while in the position shown in FIGS. 13a and 14a, the two plates 40 , 42 lying one above the other are displaced relative to one another such that a transparent region 44 of the upper plate 40 lies above a non-transparent region 46 of the lower plate 42 and vice versa. In FIGS. 13a and 13b as well as the upper part of Fig. 14a and 14b the pattern resulting are shown in a schematic plan view.
The areas 44 and 46 can, instead of being formed as transparent and non-transparent areas as described, also differ in that they are colored in a different color.
In this way, by shifting the two superimposed plates 40 , 42 relative to one another, the transmission pattern or the color pattern formed by the light field can be changed by shifting the two plates 40 , 42 relative to one another. A change in intensity or change in color of the light emitted by the luminous field can thereby be achieved.
Instead of providing two plates which can be displaced relative to one another, a so-called plate can also be provided TEC plate can be provided, which allows an adjustable color change.
FIG. 15 shows an embodiment of a glass lid 3 according to the invention, which is provided with a foam 50 in its peripheral edge region, for example to fasten a lid inner panel 52 to the lid, which serves, for example, as a point of attack for an adjustment mechanism for the glass lid 3 . The reference symbols 22 denote the light exit points on the underside of the cover 3 , which form a light field. Light-emitting diodes (LED) 54 , which can be integrated into the foam encapsulation or can be foamed in, serve as the lighting device for this light field. The light emitting diodes are arranged in the lid 3 in the region of the lateral peripheral edge margin 56 and emit light laterally, which is brought via suitable deflection means as described above to exit downwards at the light outlet points 22 in the glass cover 3 a.
In Fig. 16 an embodiment is shown of a vehicle roof according to the invention in which the illuminated field 13 is formed as a sliding headliner. The illuminated field 13 is arranged as a carrier plate below a cover 3 , but can be moved separately from it in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The top of the carrier plate 13 is provided with a layer or lamination 60 which is not transparent and, when the carrier plate 13 is closed, obscures the view from the vehicle interior 62 onto the cover 3 . The cover 3 is designed as a transparent cover, so that the carrier plate 13 serves to prevent excessive light from entering the vehicle interior 62 in the closed position shown in FIG. 16. Optionally, the carrier plate 13 can be moved backwards (to the right in FIG. 6) in order to expose the cover 3 with respect to the vehicle interior 62 . In this embodiment, the carrier plate 13 with the light field radiating downward into the vehicle interior 62 takes on the function of a sliding headliner.
In Fig. 17 an embodiment is shown of a light field, wherein the illuminated field 13 is provided with light-emitting edges 70, from which light laterally, ie, horizontally, emerges. Illuminated field 13 is shown in a view from below of the vehicle interior. The luminous edges 70 are formed in a raised or downwardly projecting area 72 , which is circumferential in the example of FIG. 17. The illuminated field 13 is designed as a carrier plate arranged at a distance from the underside of a cover.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 10 to 17, the lighting device for the light field and the light coupling into the light field can be designed, for example, according to the embodiments of FIGS. 3 to 9.
