The present invention relates to a daylight system for mounting in the area of a window surface of a building to efficiently use the daylight for interior lighting.

However, the Lichtumlenksysteme, as described above with respect to the prior art, have the disadvantage that they can lead to glare by daylight in the interior despite the light deflection or completely obstruct the view through the windows.
Object of the present invention is to provide an illumination system for deflecting daylight, which allows the most possible glare-free lighting in the interior by daylight, without acting as a complete Blicksperre. In particular, the observer should have the impression that he can see from inside to outside, as through a normal window, but glare is avoided, especially when the sun is high.
The object is achieved by a daylight lighting system for mounting in the region of a window surface according to claim 1.
According to the invention, the daylight system is formed by a plurality (preferably more than three) of lamellae in a first subregion, which can preferably also be of identical design for easier production. The lamellae are arranged at a distance and at an angle, so that a direct view from the inside to the outside is made possible. Due to the parallel arrangement of lamellas, it is possible to see through the horizontal plane almost indefinitely by 180 °. In the vertical direction, it is also possible to see through the limited angular range due to the distance between the lamellae and the lamella shape. The upper limiting angle is preferably between + 5 ° and + 25 °, in particular at + 15 °, with respect to the horizontal, and the lower limiting angle at between -55 ° and -80 °, in particular at -68 °, with respect to the horizontal. From the inside, this angle area gives the viewer the impression of an almost unlimited view through the daylight system, as would be possible with a window opening.
Furthermore, the lamellae in the first subregion are provided with two types of reflection surfaces which cooperate in such a way that they divide the light, which comprises a defined solid angle region, which extends only above the horizontal, directing into the interior, wherein the light output after the second reflection into the interior takes place only in a solid angle region above the horizontal. As a result, the light which impinges on the exterior of the daylight system at an angle from above is also forwarded to the ceiling of the interior only for indirect illumination. Thus, an almost glare-free lighting can be generated with intense daylight, which hits the daylight system from the outside when the sky is clear and the sun is high.
The person skilled in the art will recognize that the choice of the shape and orientation of the two reflection surfaces on each lamella and the spacing of the lamellae relative to one another allows the solid angle range from which light is deflected from the outside to be deflected inwards by a double reflection. In general, the respective first reflection surface is arranged at a shallower angle with respect to the horizontal than the second reflection surface. The spacing of the lamellae is selected such that in the vertical direction the upper end of the first reflection surface is still below the lower end of the second reflection surface of the lamella arranged above it. This ensures a view through the slats in the vertical direction, wherein the direct view between the slats in the first portion preferably comprises an upper limit angle of + 15 ° and a lower limit angle of -68 ° each with respect to the horizontal. The skilled person understands that the angular ranges depend on the distance of the slats and the depth of the slats in the horizontal direction and can be adjusted thereby. In general it can be said that for lamellae with a small vertical depth, the distance of the lamellae is chosen to be smaller than for lamellae with a large vertical depth, in order to achieve the same upper and lower limiting angles for direct viewing from inside to outside. The upper or lower limit angle is defined by those rays which can pass straight through the daylight system with the greatest possible or lowest inclination, without being distracted or blocked.
According to a preferred embodiment, the defined solid angle region above the horizontal, from which incident light is reflected at the respectively first reflection surface at least partially to the respective second reflection surface of the overlying lamella, comprises the solid angle range of over +15 ° with respect to the horizontal. This corresponds to the angular range from which intense solar radiation arrives at the daylight system in cloud-free skies and the sun rises. The fact that the light from this area passes through reflection into the interior and is returned to the ceiling, in these sunsets, despite the intense light radiation, dazzling is prevented.
According to a preferred embodiment, the light incident on the first subarea of the daylight system from outside from the upper half-space is reflected back to the outside and / or absorbed to a proportion of more than 50% from the slats to the outside. For this purpose, areas on the outside of the slats between the outer edges of the two reflection surfaces may be formed as an absorbing (in particular vertical) surface or be formed as a further reflection surface. In this embodiment, the light passing directly through the daylight system is attenuated so much that excessive heating of the interior can be avoided.
According to preferred embodiments, the first reflection surface is generally approximately horizontal, preferably at an angle between 10 ° and 30 °, in particular 20 °, relative to the horizontal, and the second reflection surface is generally approximately vertical, preferably at an angle between 50 ° and 75 ° , in particular 62 °, arranged with respect to the horizontal. The first and second reflection surfaces on the lamella may, according to preferred embodiments, enclose an angle between 20 ° and 65 ° with respect to each other. The angles of the reflection surfaces are defined by the degrees, which best approximates a possibly curved reflection surface. Further, all angles are perpendicular to the window area with respect to a vertical cross section.
According to a preferred embodiment, the first reflection surface is concavely curved. The curvature may be formed as a continuous curve or the curvature may be approximated by an at least two-part traverse. Due to the concave curvature, it is possible to achieve that the light reflected into the interior is emitted upward only at angles above the horizontal, and in particular preferably at angles of more than 20 ° relative to the horizontal.
According to a preferred embodiment, furthermore, the second reflection surface has an S-shaped bend. The curvature may be formed as a continuous curve or may be approximated by an at least three-part polygon. On the one hand, this curvature ensures a uniform distribution of light into the interior in angular regions above the horizontal. On the other hand, the opposite side of the S-shaped second reflecting surface provides an absorption or reflection surface of the daylight system to the outside. The S-shape has the advantage that the incident light from the outside, especially at low levels of sunlight, can be effectively reflected back without getting between the slats in the interior. The S-shape is therefore used in particular for glare protection at low solar states, ie against light which strikes the daylight system from horizontal directions.
The advantage of the S-shaped second reflection surface is in particular also given for the preferred embodiments discussed below, which have a further lamella variety in a second lower subregion of the daylight system.
According to the invention, in a second subarea of the window area, which lies below the first subarea, the daylight has further lamellae arranged with a horizontal longitudinal extent, each having only one reflection area corresponding to the second reflection area. The slats in the lower second portion of the window surface are similar to the slats in the first upper portion of the glare protection against incident from the upper half-space light. On the other hand, however, the lamellae do not have any reflection surface of the lamellae corresponding to the first reflection surface in the first partial region, so that no light is deflected by double reflection into the interior in angular regions above the horizontal. Due to the two different slat shapes in the upper or lower part of the window area only those slats contribute to the indirect lighting on the ceiling, which are arranged in the upper part. If the louvers from the lower subarea also emit light upwards after reflection at the first reflection surface, persons in the room could thereby be blinded. The lamellae in the lower second subarea therefore have no first reflection surface. This can be achieved according to an embodiment in that the surface corresponding to the first reflection surface is blackened in the lamellae in the second partial region, ie. H. photometrically inactive. According to an alternative embodiment, the corresponding reflection surface is simply completely absent, in that the lamellae in the second partial region are formed from a simple (preferably S-shaped bent) flat material. The latter embodiment also has the advantage that the lower limit angle, up to which the direct view through the daylight system is made possible, can be greater. While a lower limit of, for example, -75 ° can be achieved for the slats in the first upper portion, the lower limit angle can be increased to -85 ° by omitting the first reflection surface for the slats in the lower second portion. This also corresponds to the natural angles of a person standing in front of the daylight system in the interior. The person either looks through the lower second portion of the daylight system to view through the window a street below the building. It is advantageous that the lower limit angle for the direct view extends to -85 °. However, if the person wants to look into the distance or upwards, they will mostly look through the upper first portion of the daylight system. Here the lower limit angle is less relevant. In this subarea of the window opening, the upper limiting angle in direct view of + 15 ° is more relevant. This upper limit angle has the advantage that direct sunlight from above can not cause glare when the sun's rays are high.
According to a preferred embodiment, the boundary between the first and second partial area is arranged in a ceiling height of the window area between approximately 1 m and 2 m, in particular between approximately 1.4 m and 1.8 m. This corresponds approximately to the eye level of a seated or standing person, so that the above-mentioned advantages with respect to the angle ranges for the glare protection and the direct viewing through the daylight system in the first and second partial area result.
According to a preferred embodiment of the daylight system with different lamellae in the first and second subarea, the reflection surfaces of the lamellae in the second subarea are aligned such that all light incident from the outside from the upper halfspace is reflected back or absorbed back to the outside. As a result, glare-free is achieved. In particular, in this embodiment, the S-shaped configuration of the second reflecting surface is advantageous, because the S-shape can prevent light from penetrating through the second subregion of the daylight system by a single reflection from outside to inside.
According to a preferred embodiment, the reflection surfaces of the lamellae in the first partial region and / or the reflection surface of the lamellae in the second partial region have a reflectance of at least 50%, in particular more than 60%. Highly reflective reflecting surfaces increase the efficiency of the daylight system.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the reflection surfaces of the lamellae in the first partial region and / or the reflection surfaces of the lamellae in the second partial region are designed for directional reflection or have a scattering behavior with a tenth angle of 2 × 10 ° to 2 × 20 ° and a half-value angle of 2 × 5 ° to 2 × 10 °. The directed reflection also increases the efficiency of the daylight system. However, a low scattering behavior is acceptable and may even improve the glare control.
According to a preferred embodiment, the lamellae are flexibly connected to one another in the first and in the second subarea of the daylight system. As a result, the daylight system can also be rolled up to completely release the view through the window opening if desired. The height indication for the boundary between the upper first and lower second sub-range of the daylight system refers to the daylight system when it is completely unrolled.
According to a preferred embodiment, which is applicable in particular for rigidly arranged daylight systems according to the present invention, the vertical outer edges of the slats are formed as luminous surfaces. For example, an OLED coating (organic light emitting device) may be provided to achieve night lighting of the building. In addition, photovoltaic elements may be provided on the outer sides of the slats or decorative color and / or Musterbedruckungen be provided on the outside to make the building decorative. It is advantageous that the daylight illumination system according to some embodiments has vertical sections on the outside, because these sections appear in the window openings viewed from the street level on the outside of the building as a continuous surface. These sections can therefore be used for color and pattern printing, so that from the outside gives the impression of a continuous pattern, while from the inside of the building view through the daylight system within said limiting angle is still possible.
