Abstract

Eine Lichteinheitsabdeckung, die eine (erste) Farbschicht mit dunkler Farbe enthält, die einem Vorherausschneiden unterzogen wird, wird in einer vorgegebenen Position an einer Rückseite einer (zweiten) Kunststoffschicht mit einer hellen Farbe auf einer Oberflächenseite, die einem Nachherausschneiden unterzogen wird, laminiert und gegossen. Die zweite Schicht steht in Richtung zur Seite der ersten Schicht und einer Grenzoberfläche zwischen der ersten Schicht und der zweiten Schicht vor und ist um einen Abstand in Richtung zur Seite der ersten Schicht in einem laminierten Abschnitt versetzt. Die erste Schicht berührt den geschmolzenen, zweiten Kunststoff und wird dem Nacherausschneiden derart unterzogen, dass ein Teil davon geschmolzen wird und durch seinen Fluss mitgezogen wird. Ein Stufenabschnitt in einem Hohlraum, der einem vorstehenden Abschnitt der zweiten Schicht in Richtung zur Seite der ersten Schicht entspricht, blockiert den Fluss des geschmolzenen, ersten Kunststoffs in die zweite Schicht hinein. Der erste Kunststoff wird nicht in die erste Schicht eingemischt, wodurch sich ein ausgezeichnetes Erscheinungsbild und eine große lichtemittierende Fläche ergeben.
